I bought 6-7 sets of summer and winter tires here over several years, plus all associated tire services. The customer service and shop workers were always fairly UNfriendly, always attributed to poor ownership (which many people have confirmed to be true). Now they have a new "manager." The last contact was that I needed to "drop off" my car (20+ min drive each way), for a 15 minute tire rotation. Give me a break. Never again.

I was able to watch my vehicle be worked on through the window. The young gentleman got the lock lugnut stuck in his impact socket and threw the socket on the floor in anger. It appeared he was rushing and had somewhere to be. After about 20 minutes my vehicle was ready. I worked on my brakes about a week or so later and when I had one of my wheels off I heard something rolling around inside the tire. I took it back to the discount tire to have them look at it. I waited about 2 hours for them to finally get my vehicle in, and finally they tell me it just needed to be balanced again and it was fixed. I asked if they figured out what was rolling round inside the tire and was told that they didn't notice anything wrong. Okay fine with me if you say so... The following day, as I was driving, my TPMs sensor light turned on my dash, i figured it has to be that one wheel so I took my tire off and sure enough! It's still in there! I go back to the location and wait another 2 hours and they finally admit it was a TPMs sensor. Nice, they do it for free, everything is good, right? No!!! I then noticed the SAME wheel they did the wheel weights are missing! And on top of that it looks like they aggressively used a wire brush wheel on my wheel and left deep scratches. Seriously, don't come here. Go to a different location, this place doesn't deserve more business for the quality it serves.

Not only was he constantly updating me about my car, he worked with me to manage the final payment to be realistic for me to pay, and fixed my 177k mile car driving controls to a level that I am riding around in a quieter car than my mother's 45k mile car!!! Josh went above and beyond in terms of conscientiousness, timeliness, understanding, helpfulness, and, above all else, the thoroughness of the job that he provided me--though more expensive than I would've hoped--ACTUALLY fixed my car (so far) instead of an endless parade of new bandages that fixed one small aspect of the problem. I arrived and was greeted kindly by the front desk, big plus for me! giving the fact I work in customer service also. I pulled my car into the shop and the guy who would ultimately put my new set on was genuinely concerned about my choice of only getting two new tires. The fact that they all needed to be fixed and I was on a very tight budget my choice would ultimately mess up the overall condition of my car that would be a lot more pricey to fix in the long run. It honestly came down to fact that they would rather lose 160 in a sale then to let me make that mistake and ruin my car. I was gunna hold off for another couple weeks until Mike had the idea of going with a lesser known brand for a hundred bucks more and putting on four brand new tires as a possible option for me. I was hesitant at first because when I say my budget was tight, I mean it was tight the holidays are a killer! I figured I could simply sell a guitar to be back on budget for a month and My family can drive safely when the snow comes. The reason I mention that part is because it didn't feel like a up sell or that they wanted me to spend more money, it felt like a knowledgeable solution to a very real problem I had and I'm so pleased the outcome here. The thing that impressed me the most was where other shops in the area were installing secondary market parts in their quote, Complete Auto installed original OEM Ford parts and in particular the Ceramic brake pads that are critical in the Ford design to prevent/reduce brake dust and brake squeal. Being a retired Ford Engineer I know how critical this is and annoying it can be to a customer if any of these issues pop up later after install. This was the primary reason for me choosing this business over the others. The other key thing I liked is that the owner showed me the old parts after my repair highlighting the poor job that the prior garage had done on my old brakes giving me confidence in that I had selected the right garage to do the work. Overall I was quite satisfied with the work and will definately consider these guys again for the next repair work I need doneNew brake pads.
