However, this office makes you pay an overcharged amount in case your insurance doesn't provide that discount. They do return the overcharged amount after settling with the insurance company a month later. Of course, there's no interest added for holding onto my money during that time. And now I have the added hassle of filling out a form to put that money back into my HSA account. I visited all kinds of doctors since I had an HSA and this is the only place that returns money to you after charging you too much. Why can't they take care of the payments like all other medical offices?

I'm used to working with providers who get pre-approval, and who bill your insurance. That is not how this office works. I needed a biopsy, which they made me pay up front and said they would submit to insurance and reimburse me when they got paid. They use a third party service and submitted the claim using paper forms. Apparently it went first my dental insurance, then to my medical. They ended up calling about 60% of the charge beyond reasonable and customary. They reimbursed 40%, which they applied to my deductible. So I expect to get no check back from the provider. This process has taken nearly five months so far. The front office has been fairly responsive, but so far all the information on progress I've had to get from my insurance company myself. It was nearly $1,000 so not pocket change. But hey, good news it wasn't cancer.

These guys are top-notch, their automated x-ray machine is cool, their fish tank is groovy, and their office building's atrium is rad. Five stars -- would recommend.

Not a tiny piece - the second provider I went to see later found it on x-ray. 2. I chose full anesthesia but did not recall being told to avoid eating in the morning. I showed up with a full belly and was told there could be a risk of vomiting in the process. The procedure went forward. 3. After the procedure, the bone graft kept falling out. My primary dentist suggested me to see Dr Banda again. He told me the graft failed and recommended redoing the grafting procedure right away. 4. At that point I decided to see another dentist for second opinion, who then found out the fraction left behind. She suggested letting my gum heal before another procedure with a chance to grow back enough bone, which it did and saved me a procedure.

My first visit went well. I agreed to the procedure of dental implants and spent close to $20K. I…read moream a senior citizen and should've known better. Once the crowns were put on, and X-rays were completed...the posts don't seem to be put in right and I have a big gap between the crowns and gums. When he was placing the crowns on, I was in pain and he told me "why are you in pain...you shouldn't feel anything." I kept telling him "I was in pain". He treated me like I was a little kid. It was my pain and it's my body. He didn't feel what I did. I do not recommend Rosy Dental or or any company associated with Dr. Ahmad Kateb.

Truly a 5 Star experience!!…read more As a patient with stage 3 kidney disease, I felt like this practice really took care of me and personalized my care.  Dr. Banda spoke with me at length before (for close to 40 minutes!) the actual surgery date and actually talked about my conditions and even talked about fluid management and my kidneys!  My nephrologist doesn't even go into that much detail!   I truly felt like I was in really safe hands maybe because he is both a physician and a dentist and the procedure went really smoothly.  I was put to sleep with an IV and a tooth was removed and a bone graft was placed to rebuild that part of the jaw, and I don't remember a thing!  The recovery was basically painless and he even called me after to check on me.  The staff was really straightforward and gave me all my fees in the beginning.  Yes, this practice is probably expensive but absolutely worth every penny when it came to my health.  Be assured that you will get a board certified surgeon that really really cares about his patients. He is very thorough and sticks to best practices but best of all he is the most knowledgeable medical person I have been to when it comes to pain management. So many times I have been told take this and then if it still hurts take this or another one. Dr. Reed is very specific about what to take, when to take it and for how long. I had absolutely no pain at all. He is on some kind of board or panel about pain management. He really knows his stuff unlike Dr. Minnoch who should not be trying to give people his oral concoction which is ineffective and dangerous to the patient.

This was my first dental cleaning and examination since moving to Bellevue. It was easy to make an…read moreappointment. The team reached via text to gather all the information they needed, even while the clinic was closed. Seems like they have other locations with staffs coordinating care for different clinics. I arrived at the clinic and was greeted by the dental hygienist, who started with X-rays. I was not expecting the cleaning to be done by the dentist and ended with dental hygienist doing the polishing and flossing with dental floss. The cleaning process was not as thorough as I expected compared to my previous dental visits. It seemed like they only used ultrasonic tools to rinse plaque off, followed by polishing, and then I was done. In the past, I had more detailed scaling, polishing, and flossing. At other clinics, they usually measure my gums and track them over time, which was not done at this clinic. In addition, I usually use ClinPro 5000 fluoride toothpaste at night to help prevent cavities. They did not have it at the clinic and said it needed to be prescribed, asking me to call back to obtain it. I feel that one of the front desk staff could have easily made a note and followed up with the patient. I understand the clinic was busy that day, but I feel the task delegation was not very efficient and the care was not as attentive.
