The restaurant workers were friendly, and the restaurant was clean. But my two outrageously priced pizzas were lousy - particularly the crust - and isn't that the most important part of a pizza? My family loves pizza, and we are not picky. We almost never have leftovers on pizza night - not even the crusts. Even when the pizza is mediocre, we still eat it. But tonight, I threw nearly $20 worth of pizza in the garbage can (1/2 of a Large Pepperoni and 1/2 of a Medium Cheese). I bought these pizzas for a family get-together tonight. We all agreed that the crusts were dry, burnt, flavorless (except for the charred taste), and were nearly impossible to chew. Can no one in this town make a pizza crust with raised dough, where crust is medium-thick, slightly spongy in the middle, and lightly crispy on the bottom? Cardboard pizza crust seems to be the accepted norm here in Conway. I will say that we liked the flavor of Bellissimo's sauce, cheese blend, and pepperoni. read more

So happy with this place! The pizza is very very good, and reminiscent of NY pizza. Good amount of sauce and cheese, thank goodness! And oddly enough, although it seems like traditional Neapolitan pizza, there's a little char on the crust, which would elude to a "fired" pizza! Eventually, I'll think to inquire, but for now, I'm just very happy they exist! The few times I've been here, the service behind the counter has been A+! Very friendly people. A special shout-out to Adrianna, who took the time to answer questions and welcome me to the area on my first visit! What an excellent person to have working in a customer service position. Tiny hole in the wall restaurant next to the Food Lion. The first thing to keep is this score is based on the calzone and stromboli. They are absolute perfection. Hefty portions and delicious flavor. If you go, this is what you should eat. If you ignore my advice, the meatball sub barely has any sauce and the pizza is just fair. So don't ignore my advice. Get the calzone or stromboli. We had the Grand Strand attractions BOGO coupon (good for up to $18.95), but they applied it to the lowest priced item (a kids meal for only $8.75). So just be aware if you try to use one. They also brought out all our food as it was ready. So every one got their food very warm, but I waited at least 5-10 minutes after the first person got theirs. Another positive note is that they provided complimentary garlic knots. A nice little unexpected perk. So again all in all, I probably would have only given them a 4, but this was a 6 out of 5 calzone, so it ended up a 5. But remember get the calzone or the Stromboli if you want the best meal. read more

I ordered the Italian stromboli Bellissimo. The pizza pan that it was delivered on was wet. I rolled over the stromboli and dumped 4oz of liquid into a cup. I then used 4 napkins to soak up what was under the stromboli. The dough was so soggy underneath I couldn't pick it up. I told the waitress and she said "ewww"! I received the bill and didn't get any discount for my mess. I told her they need to serve it on a pizza screen, so the liquid didn't make it soggy. Quick and easy lunch special that includes 2 pieces of cheese pizza and a drink for $7.99. I always add pepperoni for an up charge. Also, I add Parmesan and pepper flakes because the pizza is bland. Crispy crust, but again not much flavor. Staff are nice and try to get you out quick especially at lunch. read more

Coming from NJ by NY City I have ordered many gramma pizza over the the years there. The Two Gramma pizza I made ordered from Bellissimo today were the worse I've eaten. Their pizza was very salty and crust was too thick and chew which is not typical gramma pizza style. I think the owner of the pizzeria need to send there pizza makers up north to learn how to make authentic gramma pizza. For I was very disappointed spending $61 for the two pies. read more

This business will get NO MORE of our business, and we have been customers for years! We have never been treated so rudely at a dining establishment. We were charged for items we did not receive, and when we called to let them know the order was missing several items they proceeded to argue with us instead of fix the problem. The wrap was completely sogged out with chicken left in whole huge chunks, and the fries were cold and grease soaked. Coming from NYC, and living in Conway currently, always on the look out for good pizza. I have been here a few times and their pizza is great. But not impressed with the 4% additional fee charged if you want to use your debit card. Not good at all - very off putting and now a days, with COVID, not many people take cash, and who carries cash, so this to me is just a way to get extra dough, no pun intended. If you dine in, they bring over garlic knots which were so good, so that's nice, free of charge, one per person, you can order more for an additional charge, and the service is attentive, but I haven't tried anything but the pizza. Perfect NY slice. You can fold over and the crust was perfect. I really like this place and I think others do also because each time I have been, it's crowded. read more
