Well we were excited about Santino's when we moved here. We gave up on the pizza's because they wouldn't put any sauce on their pizza. I ordered and paid for extra sauce and when I got home, hardly any sauce. No more pizza from there. After 3 years we decided to give them another chance and ordered sub sandwiches. We have never had sub sandwiches with hardly anything on them. I ordered a super and what I got was a couple slices of meat with mostly lettuce. Come on, Santino's, I'm trying to keep loving your pizza, but you're making it difficult lately. This is twice on Friday nights in the last month that I got a total of eight slices of pepperoni on a large pepperoni pizza. I really hate parting with $16 plus tip ( I also got half mushroom) for one lousy slice of pepperoni per slice. Your pizzas are usually awesome , these pizzas were ordered roughly between 3 and 4 PM. We had a very great experience at Santino's. We stopped in during lunch time, was greeted, drinks were brought out quickly and the food was amazing. The kids got a small cheese pizza and I split a medium meat lovers pizza with my husband and we all loved it. Definitely recommend and will be stopping again next time we come to Myrtle Beach! read more

We went to Santino's today for lunch. Years ago, we used to eat at the one on 544 near the college, and it was always great. What a HUGE disappointment. Ordered a cheesesteak with no lettuce, tomato, or sub sauce, but received it with all three on the sub. Ordered a small pepperoni pizza, came back in 20 minutes, and was told they messed it up, so come back in another 20 minutes. We did, and the pizza was completely undercooked. We took it home, and put it in the oven, and as I'm eating it, I find HAIR under the cheese... picture attached. People take ZERO pride in their work anymore. read more

Pizza here is amazing!! Super good. We stopped here on our way to Myrtle Beach. Glad we chose this little gem along the way. The customer service was wonderful as well. stopped here on the way back to north carolina from myrtle beach. doesn't look like much from the outside but once you come inside you are greeted by the nicest staff ever. they were really interested in our travels and gave great customer service. i made my own pizza and got hot wings. the hot wings were AMAZING, i mean falling off the bone! i liked my pizza for the most part because of the ingredients i put together but the pizza sauce and the crust could be better. overall i'd definitely come back, they deserve more props than they get! read more

My family and I stopped in tonight and we will never go back. The waitress did a good job and that's about the only positive thing I can say about this place. We ordered a pizza, 2 spaghetti's and 2 subs. Our food came out separately which to me isn't right, when you go to a restaurant you like to eat together as family. We literally got my granddaughters pizza as we was fixing to leave. We had already fed her off of our plates by this time. When I asked to speak to a manager when he finally came out I was told that the pizza was made wrong and the spaghetti was as well. He said he could discount my bill which was fine. Went to check out and the bill was more than I thought I should pay. instead of trying to talk with me about the situation I was ignored. The waitress was the only one apologetic. Stopped for a quick lunch on the way home from Conway. It's an older building with the inside needing a little attention. Nothing serious, just some updating would be nice. We were greeted quickly and the staff did an excellent job taking care of us. We both had small sandwiches and they were both very good. The water tasted like it came from flint michigan or a well in the wild west after a sandstorm. Then came the salad. I could have made a better salad at home. It was shredded lettuce with 3 sliced tomatoes and a ranch packet. Then came my meatball sub. The slimmest sub I've ever seen. I had a better meatball sub at my public high school. Finally to top it all off the waitress got our tickets mixed up and charged us for the wrong things. Amazing subs--on this particular night I rode through the drive thru (thankful they had a drive through because it was pouring rain) after placing my order over the the phone. The cashier was very kind, and considerate! Also, not to forget to mention, I have only eaten at this location this one time. To me, Santino's bread is different from any other sub joint around --T O M E! And that's why I went back -- i ordered steak and cheese with fresh veggies and I'd just about summoned my hubby to whip around again to get "anūn" as my late father would pronounce "another one", lol. Too bad they didn't have any dill pickles, only sweet, no thanks. On that same ticket I also ordered my two year old daughter a personal Pan meat lovers--easy to hold and pick up; though it was very fresh and delicious, Little Missy demolished half of the Sub, leaving me too fill up on the pizza. I've been to this place at least three times. The pizza isn't bad. It's not like the mom & pop pizza shops up north, but it isn't bad. On the other hand. They have an item they call an Italian sub. They put a honey mustard sauce on this! OMG!! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!?!? It was HORRIBLE and it took them 30 minutes to make it, and no other customers were there. Take some advise from someone who knows about Italian subs/hoagies/whatever...If you're going to put honey mustard sauce on a sub, then call it a Carolina sub, but DON'T YOU DARE CALL IT AN ITALIAN SUB!! Italian subs use either red wine vinegar and olive oil, or mayonnaise, or both. You forgot the oregano too! PS, their service leaves much to be desired a well. Love this place! We moved to aynor and I've been dying try them out. They did not disappoint. Best pizza I've had in a while since moving to South Carolina and that says a lot cause we're from South Philly. There you about 30 pizza places to order from and out of the 30 only 2 were bad. If you're in Aynor and you love your pizza this is the place to get it. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu and trust me I will. And the drive window makes it even better. LoL read more

Upon first glance this restaurant was appealing, as we needed to make a lunch stop on our way to Myrtle Beach. Upon arriving, the staff was not as attentive as expected, but this was okay at first. Long story short: Waited 40 minutes after ordering, only to be asked if we had ordered yet. WTF. Shout out to the guy who actually noticed us looking hopelessly for our pizzas and came over to ask if we had ordered yet and if we needed anything. He was NOT our waitress, who, 40 minutes prior had taken our order for only 2 small, 1 topping pizzas. With only 4 other families in the entire (very small) restaurant, how do you 1. Not check on your table periodically, and 2. Realize that it's been a LONG a$$ time that your table hasn't gotten their food?!? Oh. Probably cause you're too busy sipping that soda behind the counter. The thing that blows our minds the most is that she looked at us multiple times during our wait, and it also seemed that we were her only table. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. We heard about this restaurant during one of my daughter's soccer games in Myrtle Beach. A couple of people in the Stadium were talking about how good the pizza was. So on the way home we stopped in around 730 on a Tuesday night. The people in the stands are correct. The pizza we ordered was delicious. We ordered a large pepperoni and extra cheese with half mushrooms on one side. It was big enough to feed two adults and one 15-year-old hungry soccer player.
