I just came from Wynn's Nail lounge on Huebner do not go there. I had a gentleman named Unk work on my $47 deluxe pedicure and he was horrible. He did not even offer me a drink. All I wanted was some water. I asked if I could borrow a charger and he said they didn't have one in the whole store but when I went last month, they had one it was really weird and then he threw me out before my polish dried. I've never had such disrespect. I am a 60 year old woman with money to spend. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Yesterday, I stopped in to get a new set of nails, pedicure, and wax my eyebrows. The guy doing my nails was in a rush through out the whole process. He cut me on 3 fingers!!! He was filing so hard the cube flew out of his damn hands and landed 3 stations away. I let him know two fingers were not straight. He had filed them to much and angled them. I wanted them squared. Okay so, I've come here about 3-4x now since i moved to this side of town and i have never had a bad experience until today. Given it was super busy due to the holiday but... This older lady doing my pedicure was rough, rushed and she literally broke off my toenail and then just kept painting like no big deal. My polish is streaky and it's a shame because i really liked this place. $70 for a pedicure just for them to end up like this.. Shellac last forever, which as a busy mom in the medical field, is great! But now I'm stuck with this god awful pedicure for the foreseeable future. I did feel a little rushed to pick one color out of a billion. We each had the milk and honey pedicure and I feel like it was worth the money. The guy who did my mom's was very friendly and talkative and took his time. The lady who did mine was nice, not talkative but I don't mind that, however she was a little rough. Thought my cuticle might've been bleeding at one point when trimming but couldn't tell. Also, the temp of the stones used for the massage, the towels wrapped around my legs and the paraffin wax was wayyy hot. She had gloves in so maybe she didn't notice. My mom said hers were fine, be her person took longer to use each item so they seemed to have time to cool down unlike mine. My feet did feel refreshed and much softer after we were done. I love coming to this nail salon. Not just because I live close by but because of the great service and quality I receive every time I come in. Most times I come without making an appointment and am ok to wait for my specific nail artist. I like to get a shellac manicure with Jennifer and I like to get the deluxe pedicure with Lisa. Both of these young ladies are phenomenal in their craft and are always so kind and thoughtful with their nail art ideas. Their prices are also very reasonable. Overall dissatisfied. This is my 3rd time here and possibly my last. I was telling the technician about how the previous time I had come I had really liked the color but not sure which it was because the technician from the last time had helped me picked. The technician from today went on to say that she doesn't know and the other technician won't remember. I stayed looking at the colors and she did not try helping. After I picked a color that was displayed as light, the dip powder itself was dark, she didn't even attempt to ask to show how the color would look. I decided to pick another color and just stick with it. The technician seemed to be in a bad mood, was not friendly, and was not helpful. When she was done she asked me to go wash my hands and didn't even bother checking to see how my nails looked probably because she knew they were rushed and probably because she simply didn't care. She also didn't offer me a beverage like the other technicians did to their clients. I would not recommend this nail salon. Came here after a recommendation from a co-worker. I was taken in right away and as other reviews say, I did feel a little rushed to pick a color. Tristan took care of me and definitely isn't big on the "experience" or super friendly BUT did an amazing job! I went back multiple times for dip on my nails. Recently I was in a rush and didn't make an appointment, I walked in and Tristan was busy so they had me sit and wait for someone else. A very nice lady helped me and worked on my nails. Before we got to the process of putting them under the blue light, she was called by someone else to do a waxing and told me excuse me. I'll be right back. Some other girl came and was working on my nails while she was gone And did one layer. My girl came back and I guess she assumed the other lady had done more? She completely forgot to put my nails under the blue light at all put a topcoat on me and was like OK you're done. Of course they didn't last long and I was kicking myself for not speaking up. On the next visit , A man named Robert sat and started to do my nails. He was in a rush, he was rude and when I said I wanted square rounded nails, he proceeded to tell me they needed to be rounded and cut the sides off my nails. My nails literally cracked the next day we're splitting and we're so thin. I ended up having to get acrylic at another salon to fix them. Conclusion, if you don't get Tristan, it's going to suck. Then they applied a finger nail crooked and when I asked her to straighten it, she walked away and they told me they "couldn't help me". What??? Lol. So they'd removed them and I left. Best pedicure I've ever had per Mr. Thomas - a HUGE pick-me-up. He was wonderful! Very gentle & careful. I got the Milk and Honey pedicure which was super affordable. He was thorough! The pedicure itself was relaxing and exactly what I needed post break-up + 12hr shift. The chairs are spacious and there's good music playing in the background. The pedicure included all-natural honey along with a lengthy massage, hot stones, paraffin wax and hot towels. There's more to it but that's what I can recall off the top of my head. GREAT pedicure. 10/10 would recommend. Only reason I can't give five stars is because I had a not so stellar experience with my manicure the last time I was here; the technician was a bit rough and made me bleed...but I'm hoping that'll improve. read more

So that mean the discount was for an excuses to increasing the price to 60$ for a simple fill. We both did pedicures which the lady's doing it we're very very nice . WHILE, the gentle they did a Horrible job ( picture shown). I went here in two separate occasions and both times I got the manicure shellac. They have 200+ colors to choose from and imo, pretty trendy ones. Kenny took care of me both times and he's very careful as far as not cutting too close of my cuticle line. For the first time I went was during their grand opening month (June) and they were running a promotion for 20% off your entire service which was super cool, I mean who doesn't love to save on money, right? For the second time which is this month July, it's down to 10% so I'm still getting something. I believe the promo runs through 7/30/20 so if y'all want to save some bucks while getting your nails did, why not? If you bring friends, I think you'll save more too! read more

I came to just get gel nails . I had fake nails and they just broke my real nail trying to take them off. And then they go and overcharge me for just gel nail. I asked about the price at first and they said 40 then it went up to 65. I have been here for 3 hours. I kept telling her I need my nails SHORT and done with GEL only, but she was so focused on starting and finishing my nails to get to the next customer that she committed to seeing before she had even taken my previous polish off, that she completely forgot to cut my nails. When I reminded her that I need them short for work, she just started aggressively filing them down, didn't even match the other hands shape or length, wasn't sanitary or professional about the process at all. My nails are uneven, lumpy, not even fully painted, full of gaps, and look like a 10 year old painted them a week ago. She didn't even put a top coat on the left hand, and when I reminded her before she rushed off, she said it's shiny like the other hand so she left it alone. Didn't cut too close to my cuticles, spent a solid amount of time smoothening out the nails, and made sure they were 'texting safe'. Great environment and everyone was making conversation.
