Belly Busters ,recently 1st time I attended a Tbird Clubs monthly meeting. The Eggs Benedict w hash browns was one of the best presentations I've ever had. Th waitress was attentive and served us our multiple breakfast fare with speed and care. The facilities cleanliness and great organization for our multi members and seating plan was great. Don't know what all these other rather abrupt bad rating s are about? But we all were happy w Belly Busters!! Tom 56 little bird january2024

Belly Buster special with wheat toast

Went for breakfast and it was good but nothing great. Got the belly buster special with French toast and it was good but the home fries were bland and I was surprised by how small the French toast was. My sister got the same but with pancakes and she said the pancakes weren't good. My niece got a special, I believe it was eggs Benedict over cornbread and hash. She liked hers but they screwed up the hash

I know you think I had no willpower and took a bite before i took a pic, but I really just wanted to make a pac-man pancake...

Went here Thanksgiving Morning...as they were open. This morning I had a couple of eggs, cooked medium, toast, fries and 2 blueberry pancakes. Yeah, I know...why I am eating so much on Thanksgiving morning! Anywho...didn't finish the home fries. These are grilled and they're ok I guess...a little paprika and onion powder are clearly evident. Eggs...perfect. Good toast...and the pancakes...wow, really good. Plenty of blueberries and warm butter slathered throughout...and there is a slightly crispy outer layer on these things...the batter isn't too thick either...the pancakes are just fluffy enough. They offer your typicaly not-really-maple-syrup-syrup...which is fine. I might pay extra to get some real stuff tho...especially on these pancakes. Our waitress was really cool...and very optimistic for being open on Thanksgiving morning. I had commented on how I was surprised they were open that morning...in which she replied, "I know! Isn't it exciting?!"...with a cute smile and without any biting sarcasm either...I like optimistic people. :) Still cash only...I am almost inclined to give them 4 stars. Almost. Maybe if I can land a date with the cute, happy waitress...I will be biased enough to push this up a couple stars. :D

It's colorful, it's groovy, it's bright, it's nostalgic. Even the employees are wearing shirts with funky themes and patterns. There are TVs showing shows from back then. The floors are checkered, the ceiling is silver, the chairs are red and the tables are blue. We were seated at a booth, which can more than comfortably sit 4-6 people. The menu is HUGE, think cheesecake factory but for a diner. There's a little bit of everything but the font and everything around it makes it hard to focus on what each item is. I went very simple and chose the Simon and Garfunkel which included two pancakes or French toast, two eggs, two bacon, two sausage, toast, and home fries for $18.99. After about 15 minutes, our food came out. The bacon could have been crispier, with some parts being wobbly. The sausage was thick, juicy, and savory. The potatoes were a little bland and mushy on the outside. The eggs were cooked medium, just how I requested them, and the englush muffin was a little different than your traditional ones since it didn't have the little pockets of air but it was still good. The French toast was moist, but I wish it had more cinnamon - the egg was the dominant flavor. Overall, it was a very satisfying breakfast. There is plenty of parking as it's in a plaza

Omelettes are perfectly cooked eggs are never over cooked even when they are busy great pancakes…read moreservice is very good all in a very clean environment

Small strip mall diner with minimal decor and furnishings likely financed on shoestring budget…read more Good crowd, mostly on stools at the counter, looking like regulars. Decent array of offerings. Friendly server. -- Build your Own Omelette: This was my wife's order. Seemed small compared with recent omelette plates elsewhere. She liked it but found it and the accompanying hash browns (homefries are the other option) very plain. Solid enough. -- Pancakes and Sausage: Stack of three, no browning, more of a Twinkie color, and-- come to think of it-- Twinkie flavor. A little dry, needing the syrup. I upgraded to a mini bottle of real maple syrup for $3.99. My wife noticed that the cap had previously been opened and it was refilled. Not a big deal for me, but for those who care, now you know. Ordinary pancakes, but got the job done. The quartet of sausage links were thin but perfectly cooked. No real wow factor, but no real complaints. An adequate breakfast; adequate gets a 3. If I'm comparing it against Rosco's Diner around the corner, I give the food edge to Rosco, the value edge to Rosco, the convenience edge to Doty, and the service fairly even. As for the atmosphere: in Rosco's favor if you don't mind conservative news in the background, and in Doty's favor if you do.

On this super hot day, I was heading for the seating in front of the grill, my favorite spot, always in diners, she suggested I use a booth instead as it was already hot in that area. It was buzzing with people the entire time but as it is roomy inside, I never saw anyone having to wait. SERVICE: Adrienne took wonderful care of us, keeping coffee topped off and making sure we had everything we needed. FOOD: Good, solid diner food, fresh ingredients. One pancake was the size of the entire dish, could have used a few more chocolate chips. The campora omlet good, would be made better with something savory added or maybe more garlic/onion spice. Home fries were tasty, grilled english muffin excellent. The corned beef hash is crunchy, preference is for the beef to be a bit softer. The bill can be paid with credit card, but the tip must be in cash. Plenty of parking. Beware, if going during winter, the entrance walkway is barely shoveled, we had issues getting a walker through as one side was a very thick layer of ice, so a tricky entrance and exit. I'd recommend they put way more ice melt down near the entrance and chip away at that ice to prevent falls. The parking lot was nice and clear.
