With that said, I really want to highlight how amazing and attentive Coach Alex was. She was incredibly supportive and helpful , even going as far as telling me that if she ever saw my name on the class roster again, she'd put together a workout that focused less on legs because of my disability. That level of awareness and care meant a lot. The front desk attendant was also incredibly sweet. Overall, it was such an amazing experience. The workout itself was fantastic, and I genuinely cannot wait to go back when I'm able to reactivate my membership. Highly recommend!

Ya'll this place will get you in shape in no time. I tried the Lagree class. The instructor was so nice and allowed me to switch over from the Climb x Boot Camp class when I showed up. I was also able to purchase a pair of grippy socks onsite for about $10. The music was good, the lingo will take sometime to learn, but I appreciated the instructor coaching me and helping to position me in the right position, and gave me words of encouragement. There was only 7-8 ppl in the class so I wonder what it's like when it's full. I appreciated the work out bc it challenged me to push myself just a bit more. I had a good sweat and worked my upper body to the point where my arms were going to give out on me, half way through but I kept pushing just a little more. I appreciated that there was no pushy sales person trying to get me to purchase a membership. Now I can give it sometime and a proper think. Everyone was pleasant and professional from the staff to the members in the room. Nicolette was subbing from Danville and she was a great instructor. Provided me with a quick history about how Lagree was established. I definitely hope to come back and try the climber/boot camp class.

I also took the 7:30 a.m. R&B class on Saturday morning, and it was a total vibe! I met Mercedes, and she was so sweet. All of the instructors are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and motivating. The energy in the studio is amazing, and I was sweating buckets after both classes! The facility is also very clean and well-maintained. I'll definitely be signing up for a membership. I rode all the way through my pregnancy -- right up until the day before I gave birth. Every single class, I felt held by this community. The encouragement, the check-ins, the way people genuinely cared about how I was feeling -- it carried me through one of the most vulnerable times of my life. Riding wasn't just a workout. It was where I felt strong when so much of me felt fragile. Coming back 8 weeks postpartum was harder than I can put into words. My body felt like a stranger to me, and getting on that bike was the one thing I could do to start finding myself again. And the moment I walked back in, I wasn't alone. This community wrapped around me and helped me rebuild -- not just my strength, but my confidence, my sense of who I am. I'll never forget how Mercedes personally adjusted my bike on my first days back and kept it dialed in for me, making sure I was safe every single time. That kind of care, that attention to one person finding her way back -- it meant everything to me. The classes are incredible. They're fun and engaging, the music lifts you up, and the owners pour so much heart into making sure everyone feels supported and safe. But what makes Just Ride truly special is that it's so much more than an indoor cycling studio. It's a community of people who show up for each other, who encourage and care for one another like family. Joining Just Ride wasn't just about getting fit. It was about being caught when I needed it most, and finding my strength again surrounded by people who felt like home. I'm so deeply grateful. ‍

I have to say out of all the gyms I've been to: FBBC, UFC, Planet Fitness, The Camp, and many other local family owned gyms, Concord fitness boot camp aka Fit Body Boot Camp concord has been the absolute best! I lost weight but the change was not just in appearance. I actually felt stronger and could notice the difference in my strength. My energy and endurance was like my teen days. The crazy part is appearance wise this gym has been the least impressive. But Virgil makes the small space functional and you really don't need much more than this. When I showed up for my first trial the location made me hesitant. Virgil's customer service was great and he made me feel welcomed. The other members were friendly and there were all ages and body types. I stayed and loved it. Everyone was extremely helpful and motivating. They all push you to finish your reps, to keep moving and not quit, and if you struggle they make you feel okay with modifying while teaching you ways to work on it until you can one day do what you're struggling with. It was hard but it seemed like within days my body learned how to handle doing sit ups and push ups. Another major part is nutrition. Virgil helped me with a shopping list and meal ideas. He is respectful but also doesn't sugar coat. With each weigh in he reminded me what I needed to do to stay on track. I also learned how to count calories. If I still lived in the area I would see about joining again. If I didn't give it 5 stars it is solely because of the cost. When I went it cost around by $300/month. Is it worth it? Yes. Is it affordable and feasible? No. I could not keep up going there as it was too much for my budget. Pictures for comparison of cheeks and chin when I first started in March to September

With reassurance from the owner (whose phone number was on Google), it was indeed open for business, I was excited to get moving for my Friday workout. I was introduced to the owner and other people who showed up for the class and I could tell they were regulars. The place looked pretty legit as you know I love legit gyms :-) I was asked to disinfect the bottom of my shoes as street shoes aren't allowed on the floor, since we laid on them for floor workouts. That made me feel better because I ain't tryna rest my head on a floor where people before me don't know where to walk sometimes and you don't know where they come from ahem, SF CITY STREETS!!! This was my first Bootcamp class in a long while so I was pretty thankful that Virgil (owner and trainer) allowed me to modify my workouts. It was a damn good sweat and I had great energy the rest of the day.

My main gripes are: -Facilities seem to be down often, taking a good while to be repaired. Whether this be the pool heater, sauna, or steam room. It seems like something is always out of order. -Re-racking weights. This is the worst gym I've belonged to for this specific category. I know it's difficult to get people to put weights away after use, but this gym specifically is completely out of order with this. I'm surprised whenever I approach a machine that does not have plates already on it. Overall a good gym for the price, but quality with facilities and gym ethics could get much better.

Front desk personnel was no help either all they can say is that there is nothing they can do. With the cost of living going up and having to make cutbacks in order to stay on budget I just couldn't do it anymore. I finally decided to cancel my membership after being loyal for so long and join a different gym a little bit further away. I wish that this establishment have the same loyalty to their clients and would do whatever it took to keep long tern memberships alive. To me fitness is a lifestyle and I had planned on doing this until my body can no longer physically do it anymore. It's disheartening to see that this establishment which I thought was all about family in providing a good long term relationship would care a bit more, but I guess all they really want is to up the cost of their fees and don't care if you leave. If you don't mind paying a lot for your membership and don't care about loyalty and want to support an establishment that will never respond to you and show they care then join this gym. But just so you know there are a lot more options in the area for much less with better equipment and people that actually shows you they care.

When we were choosing a studio, I was intentional about finding a place that offered strong technique across all styles, fostered a healthy environment, and pushed my girls to grow. Dance Connection continues to deliver on all of these. We commute to the studio, and it has been worth every mile. Our dance family has grown so much, and the positivity in this community has been incredible for my kids. After trying multiple studios, I can confidently say that Dance Connection's ballet program is genuinely fun, the tap instruction is unmatched, and the way the older dancers support the younger ones is truly uplifting. My daughters have gained so much confidence performing, and they absolutely love being in class. The studio manager, Camille, also deserves special recognition. With my husband gone frequently for work, I'm often juggling the girls' dance schedules with my youngest in tow.
