Okay so I'm going to start off with the bad and then talk about the good. The downside to this place is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Everything about this place is 10 stars if I could give it. I went here after going to Davids Bridal. Completely found it on a whim when I searched for bridal shops in Rednlands! This store is totally a Diamond in the Rough. So I made an appointment here on Yelp which made it totally convenient! I got to my appointment about 10 minutes early and I pull up and it's this cute little old Victorian style house! I fell in love immediately. Trisha comes to the door and let's me in. The store is not huge but there is such a great selection. One of the things I love is that it was not at all overwhelming. Sometimes when you go to stores like Davids Bridal there is so much to choose from you can wrap your mind around what you really want. So anyways... Trisha my mommy and I are the only three in the store and it was perfect because it was a total hands on, all about the bride experience. Just the best! So Trisha shows me around the store and they have sizes from 2-20 or somewhere roughly around that size frame. Don't quote me on that! I pick a few that I really like and Trisha is so patient and sweet! She helps me with whatever I need and never complains when I decide this one is not the one once again. With it being no other brides in the store it really made it a special experience! Trisha decided to pick out a dress for me and I was not so sure. I tried it on and literally fell in love!! She was even kind enough to help me into my shoes! She put me in a veil and put on a beautiful beaded belt and I had to say "YES TO THE DRESS"!!! I could not have found that dress in a better color or price! Thank you so much Trisha!! So just a little side story about the store that I fell in love with! The store has dresses that are all name brand discounted dresses because all the dresses are donated from bridal stores around the world! Love it!!!! My favorite part is that they donate from the dress you buy to families who have a family member with stage 4 cancer so that their loved one can live out there days at home instead of a hospital! As soon as I got engaged my mom made us an appointment to shop for wedding dresses at Beloved. We were lucky enough to get an appointment when someone cancelled. I checked several bridal shops before coming to Beloved so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. They were very helpful and let me try on as many dresses as I could within my appointment time. There was only one clear winner and I walked away so relieved to have my dress all taken care of! The thing to know about Beloved is that its a nonprofit. The dresses are brand new but donated dresses so they only have one size of the dresses and you walk away with your dress that day. They have a list of tailors if you fall in love with a dress not in your size. All the proceeds go to support the families kf cancer patients. After having the worst experience at David's bridal in Ontario (don't go there) I came across this place and I am sooooo glad I did !! I found my dream dress here! I had called previously to talk with an employee and explain the horrible experience I had at David's bridal and she assured me it would be a much different experience here and it totally was. I didn't know dress shopping could be so fun until I came here! Before this I went to 2 David's bridal hut was super discouraged because I didn't love any of their dresses. Everything about my experience here was great! It's in the cutest house and is small so you get very personalized service and don't feel like a million people are looking at you when you come out in a dress. The dresses are gorgeous but are sample sizes which works out well if you're a size 10-12, not as well if you're smaller. The girl who helped me was so sweet and even stayed super late with me when I couldn't make up my mind about a dress. My appointment was at 2:30 and was supposed to only be an hour but she let me stay until 4:15. VIP appointment includes small champagne toast with 75 minute consultation and the boutique all to yourself to be able to browse with 4 of your closest friends and family. All proceeds go towards helping cancer caregivers! As I walked in I was greeted my Prea and Samantha. Prea finished up with the previous bride while Samantha helped me browse through the different dresses. At first glance I will admit I thought I wouldn't like any dresses but to my surprise I picked out 6 gorgeous dresses to try on! As I tried on the dresses Prea and Sam suggested possible alterations and allowed me to try on accessories like belts and veils to complete the look. They genuinely cared to help me find my perfect gown and listened to all my questions. In the end I chose the very last dress I tried on a beautiful low back mermaid Maggie Sottero. They placed my dress in a zipped bridal bag and off I went with my gown! Thank you to Prea and Samantha for being so helpful and patient with me. Some helpful info: Hours: Boutique is only open Thursday-Sunday by appointment only. Appointment can be booked online. Dresses: designer sample dresses off the rack. Once you say YES to the dress you get to take it home with you that same day! They refer you with multiple locations who provide alterations if needed. Boutique receives new stock every 2-3 weeks. Styles: They have every type of silhouette you can think of lace/satin, mermaid, ball gown, A-line. Sizes: most gowns were sizes 4-14 but on average majority of the sizes were 10-12. While they also have a few larger sizes 18-22 Prices: 40-70% off retail. Gowns start from $499-$2900. So you can definitely find a gown with any budget. I made an appointment on their website for a Sunday at 12:00pm. When I walked in, Prea greeted me with a smile. She was finishing up with her last client, but encouraged me to walk around and pull any dresses that I would want to try on. She chatted with me about what type of dress I was looking for, the budget, and wedding venue. She found some great dresses in my price range. I found 2 dresses that I really liked and had a hard time deciding. Prea did not pressure me at all. She asked helpful and thoughtful questions to help me decide. I ended up choosing a dress, and taking it home that day! They gave me a list of tailors who could do alterations. The great thing about this store is that they allow you to make one exchange. I agonized over the two dresses for a few days and reached out to the store in case I wanted to change dresses. They responded and said it was not an issue and it's easy to do an exchange. I felt relieved, but in the end, I stayed with the original dress that I purchased. This store has many options and I highly recommend it. They allow you to put a dress on hold for two weeks for $100, which is what I did, since I'd never tried on any other dresses (and I had another dress in mind). There was a mistake that happened at the boutique previously where one of the attendants, Prea, sold the wedding dress I had chosen to buy to another customer while I was still undressed in the dressing room after deciding that was the dress that I wished to buy. After this mistake the boutique did everything in their power to correct this mistake and found the same dress for me and shipped it in. They gave me a VIP appointment and I was helped by a lovely woman who I believe is named Joy. Over all it was a wonderful appointment and I left with my wedding dress.
