I scheduled an appointment here and I was greeted by a custom, "welcome" sign with my name on it. I arrived with my kids and I was so nervous they were going to misbehave, but the setting was calm and we were the only people in the boutique. I didn't know what to expect but Emily made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the process. She was informative, sweet and extremely helpful. A girls girl. I was so nervous before my appointment but as I entered I was welcomed with warm greetings and my nerves were calmed.  Emily made the whole process experience seamless, enjoyableand stress free. She was so helpful and kind. Before my appointment, I was worried that I wouldn't  be able to find a dress so close to my wedding date, which is about a month from now. I've seen this bridal boutique at the Victoria Garden mall before but never went inside because well, I hadn't gotten engaged yet lol! Luckily New Leaf Bridal also had the dresses I was looking at online so that helped, and it's family owned so I wanted to support! Making an appointment online is easy, they'll call you to confirm it. When my sister and I walked in to the shop on my appointment day. they were expecting me which already made a great start to the visit. After showing them the styles I was looking at, they pulled those as well as a few others that were similar and they thought I would like! While trying them on, the girls helped me in and out of the dresses. They let me try dresses on a second time if I was unsure. They were so patient and answered all my questions, which I appreciated so much. And when I found the dress I wanted, they broke down the price, helped me choose the ideal size, and were up front about how long it would take to arrive. I had the most special experience at New Leaf Bridal in Feb 2020! I had planned a short notice May wedding and was struggling to find gowns that would arrive in time for my big day. I had shopped at about 3 shops already and called around to a handful of others. By chance I saw New Leaf Bridal carries a gown I was looking for. I called and they booked me an appointment the very next day. My mom and I had the best and most special intimate experience of shopping and asking questions. Their consultants Emily and Annika were the BEST! Super sweet and genuine. And they allowed my mom and I to share that special moment of saying yes to the dress!! I felt like my mom and I had the entire shop to ourselves! When the owner found out my wedding date, they put a rush order on my dress so that I could have it ASAP (without my knowing). Within a few short weeks my dream dress arrived! I can't say enough of how great their customer service was in comparison to other bridal shops. If an intimate special experience is what you are looking for, with genuine and super sweet consultants, then this is your place! As a side note, my wedding was postponed due to Covid. New Leaf Bridal was amazing! Emily was my stylist and she was the sweetest thing ever. She made me feel so comfortable and was also great at helping me get into the dresses and pining them in just the right place. I loved the selection of dresses they had, a little something for everyone, and all the ones I tried on were comfy and beautiful! I didn't even think that was a possibility with most wedding dresses. I am usually a size 6 to 8 in pants and a small in shirts, and had an easy time finding my size here. I range from a 14 in more form fitting dresses to a 8/10 in a-line dresses. I also would like to include that all of the dresses I tried on were under 2,000 dollars! I'll make sure to include some photos below of my favorites. I came in on 11/11/2020 during COVID, and I was allowed to bring 2 people with me. We all had to wear masks of course, but what I loved the most is that I had other family members shopping at Victoria Gardens and after I had found thee dress, they allowed my other family members to pop in quickly and sneak a peak at the dress. Really appreciated them letting us do this because I come from a huge family and I get so sad going places that one allow one person to my appointments. Can't say enough good things.
