I was getting pretty frustrated with their lack of selection and their inability to accommodate the unique dimensions of the rooms. One of my friends recommend Carpets & Us, which is close to where I grew up on Long Island. It may be a small business, but it has the biggest carpet selection I have ever seen! I cannot say enough about the staff; they are phenomenal! They are all extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to listen to my needs. The first carpet they recommended was exactly what I was looking for and even custom cut it to fit my apartment perfectly! They truly seemed invested in making sure I got exactly what I needed within my price range and treated me like family. Oh, I forgot to mention they even do custom flooring!
