While driving across country with a deadline to get my mom back to her home and make my plane back to my home, the radiator hose broke out on I-40! This was about noon on a Sunday so we were stuck for a bit until the shop opened. Once we spoke with Aaron early Monday morning, they got right on the job, drove a significant distance to get the part and put it in place quickly, knowing our situation. In addition to that, Kelley came to the motel where we were staying to get the car keys, then again to bring the repaired car to us and handled the transaction right there in the lobby!
