Our tile was about 15 years old and had never been professionally cleaned at all. Although we maintained it and kept it in very good condition, However , the TILE CLEANING COMPANY did a super job on getting our grout back to the original looking color. I was pleased with thoroughness of the technician. But he was also realistic as well and told us what could and could not be achieved. Case in point we have a guest bathroom that is as old as the house which is about 24 years old. Although the tile surrounding the tub is in decent shape we were hoping it could be resurrected and look fresh and new again. But as the technician pointed out, at some point you cannot do much for bathroom tile and you either re-grout it or completely tear it down and put something new in. That's just the reality of the situation. So be realistic that miracles cannot always be performed in some bathroom situations. In other cases, you might get lucky if the grout is not too old and worn. However, floor tile is usually much more forgiving. But I highly recommend the TILE CLEANING COMPANY! I had already called and had gotten two estimates, when a trusted handyman I worked with recommended Clarity Construction. I contacted Clarity Construction and within a day received a call from Jason to for my third estimate. He told me how long it would take (about 4 hours) to complete the work. Without coming to my home, Jason sent me things the other two companies did not: a picture of my roof, along with three options from the lowest cost to the most expensive and long lasting option. With all that, there were few questions to ask. Jason was polite and patient in explaining the few questions I had. I liked with the middle option. Clarity's pricing was the lowest of the other two companies I contacted, so I went with Clarity Construction. Clarity worked with me as I had to get a loan for the work. Even though it took two weeks waiting for my loan approval, Jason never put any pressure on me, and the price estimate did not change, which I really appreciated! Once the funding was in order, their people arrived in a timely manner on the date and time we established. They were quick, professional, and cleaned up so well you could barely tell they were ever at my home! I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend them!
