After repeated calls and emails again, we finally got "rescheduled" for the following Saturday. Again a no show, with zero communication. After months of being led on and two waisted Saturdays, we are left to dispute the deposit charge with our credit card company.

I went in to check battery levels because my car had cut off while I was driving and the battery was reading low on the monitor and via a test by my oil changer provider. I went here on 2/10 to check the levels of the battery which took 2.5 hours and what they feel was a worthy service of $196 for a diagnostic when all I asked to be checked was the battery reading. The battery was changed by them in July and the proper connectors weren't clean and so which caused the problem in the first place. My main issue is why not diagnosis the entire car if you're going to charge $196. Just a shame.
