This Ace hardware store is located right in the center of town, and it is definitely a well sticked and a full service hardware store. Their prices may be a little higher but the convenience factor far outweighs the additionally cost. I was helped immediately by an awesome employee, and he directed me to the exact section that had closet brackets, and then he directed me to where the small screws were located. I was surprised to see their extensive paint section, and they even have Christmas gear already on display. I really do appreciate the personalized attention from the folks who work here.

The College Park / Laurel / Beltsville / Hyattsville area is really lucky to have a plumbing shop like this in business. Fergusons stores often refer customers to T.M. O'Donnell much like a primary care doctor would refer a patient to a specialist. Unlike a medical procedure, you can just go to the specialist first (T.M. O'Donnell) and get the parts and any info you need on the first trip! Remember to bring cash if you only need a small part or two, as they prefer to only accept credit cards for purchases over $10.

I was sold a graphite stringy substance in its place, but still had a leak. I went to Ferguson's plumbing supply and they had the whole spigot, but they referred me to TM O'Donnell. They even gave me a printed paper with directions on how to get there from Ferguson's. I went to this shop and was greated by 3 friendly men. The one that took care of me looked for the washer but did not have the exact size. He did get me a graphite ring washer. He stated if the spigot was still leaking from the handle, the problem was likely farther down the rod and to come back with the rod if it does. He was right. He did not charge for the graphite washer by the way. So I took the rod back to the shop. He replaced the end piece which also seemed to have a washer which was eroded/torn. I paid $6.43 for the piece. And it fixed the job. No more leaky handle. Now I can set my house to timer to water my wife's plants and grass. Definitely, would come back to this store. They are a wholesale distributor and seem to have a lot in their shop. If they dont have it, they can probably get it for you.

I then tried to purchase something else on that store credit and wasn't able to because apparently the name attached to my gift card was incorrect and you need to verify All gift card purchases with your ID. I approached customer service to tell them to update my name so it's correct- they told me that they're unable to do that- after they screwed it up ten minutes ago. When I voice concerns about being unable to use the gift card online, the employee told me that I wasn't able to use gift cards online which actually seems like she just lied to me. The level of an incompetence, and also the inability to take responsibility for such incompetence is why I have left one star.

The problem is that I kept getting door dash calls because they kept sending multiple drivers to pick up the same order. I called the location and they told me that if it didn't arrive by noon, that I could come pick up another one, which I appreciated. However, my order did arrive shortly after. The customer service I received was pleasant. However, HD needs to fix this delivery issue with Door Dash. They sent 5 ppl to pick up one order. I have no idea which driver actually delivered it. So the original order could have been stolen. I'm not sure if the manager sent it with the last driver or not. We don't have visibility because we order through HD, but the driver is calling the customer asking us to call DD. All of that should be handled without the customer's involvement directly with HD. I didn't choose to deliver through DD.

This one, however, seems to be a bit more convenient with the other stores around it. I came here after making a few other stops and ran in to find a few items that I had on my list. It wasn't easy finding them right off the bat as this was a new store to me, but I soon found my way around once I opened up the app. Once I had the app up and going I was able to find the items I needed. I stood there for a minute to look the items over to compare until I was able to make my decision. With my items in hand, I made my way to the front and used the self checkout to make a quick exit. With items in hand I was happy to find this location as it made it easier for me that day.

I could not get a hold of anyone who is able to find this toilet and when I requested management, nobody came for two hours they kept claiming the manager was in a meeting, but because I am a former employee, I recognized the manager that I needed for this situation and they were simply walking around. They have lazy management and disrespectful workers due to horrible management. I would suggest absolutely any other location except this one unless your entire day is free.
