My cool new LG fridge@ Lowe's!

I haven't written a review since Covid, so here we go. When my water dispenser stopped working on my refrigerator I figured it was time to drop some money and buy a new one. Of course the one I liked was a special order so the waiting game was on. My fridge was initially supposed to be delivered on 07/07/20, yeah right! Of course they blamed the delay on the pandemic. New delivery date 07/25/20, good thing I have a Brita Water Filter pitcher or else.. Lol! Long story short. After the delivery folks confirmed I would be home on the 25th between 8am-noon, at 1230pm, still no delivery truck. Once I called, I was told my item never made it on the truck. Was I livid wasting my Saturday morning waiting on a refrigerator that never came, would be an understatement. After the run around, I finally got one of the managers on the phone, Matt. He seemed to understand my pain and suffering and he compensated me for my inconvenience by knocking $265 off my bill. That act alone brought my blood pressure back down to a manageable rate.. Lol! So they located my Fridge and delivered it the next day. Lowe's and especially Matt corrected a big mistake and came through in the clutch!!

Only two return attendants.

I usually prefer Lowe's to Home Depot, so I drive farther to shop at Lowe's. Unfortunately, returns are painstakingly slow here. I've been in line almost ten minutes with no movement! Only two registers and manager has walked by twice. Now 4 more people in line.

I beg of you to not go to this Lowes! I ordered a whole kitchen suite from this Lowes online, it's a big order and waited almost 2 months, supply chain issues I understand. But then on the day of my delivery I don't get a call, a text or an email from anyone. I took of the day from work to stay at he and wait for it. I call the store, no answer I call corporate they call the store no answer. Corporate files a claim for me and says someone will get in touch with me, no one did. I called the next day and the day after that and the day after that. Almost a week passes of me calling corporate the store having my claim escalated. It is not until I went into the store myself and demanded manager that I got my delivery rescheduled and they had no idea that I had not gotten my stuff. I did not get an apology and felt as if i was being the 'rude' customer for being upset (please not i did not raise my voice or curse, I'm too timid for that).

These people dont pick up the phone. I have spent thousands of dollars here and I still get poor customer service.
