It officially has been over 45 mins and only one employee just came back out. There is a huge line of people and the employees seem overwhelmed, but definitely taking their time with each guest. I took my friend into this Boost mobile location because her phone was so messed up from her…read moremessing around with things on her phone that she shouldn't have been messing with plus she had a bunch of viruses due to her clinking on things she shouldn't have. So when we got there we were greeted by by girl named Delia. I explained the problems my friend was having with her phone and I also asked her if she could see if my friend could up grade her phone. We were there for a while but that was okay because Delia was absolutely amazing !! She was able to get rid of all the viruses (and let me tell you there were a lot) and my friend got a new phone (the exact one she wanted), and new phone case, and a screen protector (that Delia put on) all for 1/3 of what I paid just for a phone at Tmobile.
