The "store manager" Mohammed told me that since I did not purchase my phone at their location that I was lucky that he was helping me at all and that it was a waste of his time to service my brand new iPhone, which is less than a day old, because it was not purchased at their store but through a different T-Mobile location. I will never step foot in this store again. Go to an actual T-Mobile store if you want professional customer service.

About three or four months ago I had the back screen and my iPhone battery replaced on my iPhone 15…read moreplus. The first thing I noticed was there were still little glass shards in the camera when the back screen was replaced, which meant that they did not clean it properly before putting on the new back glass and the back glass was not seated properly because there was a gap between the frame and the glass. About a week ago my battery started giving out and it started bulging/inflating out of the phone to the point where the back glass cracked. I paid $200 for both parts (installed). So I went on Amazon and purchased the battery and the back glass and install installed it myself for $74. If you come to the shop, make sure you get warranty and that your phone has new parts installed correctly before you leave the store. I would have contacted them sooner regarding some type of warranty, but I could no longer find them on OfferUp because our past messages weren't deleted.

I waited about 10 minutes, not too bad. A young lady greeted me who was going to assist me in my upgrade. As I was explaining what I had for a trade in, she cut me off and interrupted me as I was telling her what I had, then she asked me a question about what my cell phone was doing, I started to explain and she cut me off again, got past that question and she asked me another question and again as I was explaining again she cut me off one more time, I was fuming at this point, but I stayed in control, she did it one more time as I spoke and I told her she needs to quit talking over me as it was rude, she just looked at me like I did something wrong. I was so mad at this point, I told her she was being very rude talking over me and she began to talk her salesmen nonsense. I told her I had enough because of her rudeness and I got up to leave the store. The rep who helped me looked at me like I did something wrong and told him she needs to quit drinking so much coffee. I don't know anyone who likes to be talked over like it's normal, I was so pissed as I left the store. If you need to buy or upgrade your Verizon cell phone from this store beware you will be dealing with rude sales staff. Best Buy was right across the street so I went there and the Verizon young lady there was so helpful and went over my options. I hope Verizon or the store manager or store owner calls me so I can file a complaint. 23 June 2026 UPDATE from Business Owner (see their response) It's a disappointment seeing that the business owner classifies being treated badly by rude company employees as a "bad experience". If the store had an HR department I would visit them, my question to the business owner is: how are you correcting bad behavior by your employees? I will NEVER go back to this store again, sort of questioning my long term partnership with Verizon.

RE: Aaron Hadley Sprint has been my svc provider for 20yrs. Since the T-Mobile acquisition, service levels through Sprint have diminished toward loyal patrons in my opinion. So I decided to make the switch to a competitor. Fast forward, because my daughter's phone was a G3 and will discontinue working in 2022, I wandered into this store to see if I can purchase a phone for her that would get her by until I determined who I would switch to. I shared this info with Aaron so that he would not waste his time "selling" me. However, once he saw my account and the tenure with Sprint, he could not understand why I was so disenchanted about Sprint. Aaron proceeded to share about special benefits I had through Sprint because of my tenure. It was the first time hearing about these benefits, and I made dozens of calls to Sprint asking for better rate plans and phones without the additional costs but never heard anyone share about special benefits for 20 year patrons. Long story short - Aaron patiently and knowledgeably helped me by lowering the cost of my phone plan and upgraded all four phones for my family! Everyone may not be able to experience the savings I received due to a long tenure, BUT if all reps are like Aaron, and I trust they are, you won't regret a visit to the store or considering T-Mobile as your service provider! Well, I don't review often and this review is a bit late coming but I did want to commend the staff at the T-Mobile store on Arlington in Riverside. I recently (a little over a month ago,) purchased two iPad's from T-mobile and wanted to activate a subscription to Rhapsody. Unfortunately, neither T-Mobile nor Rhapsody tech support were of much help in activating the service and were challenged by the fact that in order to turn up the account, it was necessary to send a text message to the device. Given that iPads don't receive txt (only iMessage's,) both support departments were stumped.. We'll luckily, one of the assistant managers was willing to "activate" my service on a phone and then reassign the SIM to my iPad account in order to work around the issue. In the process, he had to go through two SIM's (for which he didn't charge me at all.) I'm happy to report that this worked and I now have my Rhapsody subscription fully functional thanks to the staff at the T-Mobile store.. Thanks guys! read more

Stephany assisted us yesterday on an issue that we were doubting could be solved. Our Iphone was locked to TMobile even though we had purchased it at Best Buy, outright, no contract. Stephany worked diligently, researching other people who had experienced the same problem, looking for a solution. She worked until we were confident things were going in the right direction. He was knowledgeable, patient, and had us laughing the whole time. His employees were joking around and called him the "Mother of Verizon," which was pretty funny and honestly seemed fitting because he was making sure everyone was taken care of. Great atmosphere, great customer service, and we left with new phones and happy family members. Highly recommend this location!

Anyhow, I'm walking in and his sitting at the back table he's says welcome in, but with attitude. So I guess the only way to pay my bill is with my account number usually I'll give my ID. Because for whatever reason, they had, had aa hard time to look me up. And honestly, I didn't have my account with me at the moment. So anyhow, he wanted my account number and I asked him I could show you my ID and go from there. He didn't want to he refused. He said that he needs my account number or my bill won't be able to get paid. With attitude! I said I have never had any problems with the other AT&T at Tyler. His response was with attitude you're welcome to go to that other place. I just felt that's not a way to service people. So my response was you need proper training and he tells me so do I. Very unprofessional, specially being the manager there. I had to go to the one on Tyler. And is a difference at that location they are very nice very kind right away how they introduce themselves, how they welcome you in how they attend to you, etc. WOW! So hopefully Harvey could get the proper training he needs or they should send him to the one on Taylor so he could see the difference of the staff on how they do it the correct way with there customers.
