This storefront is in the middle of Huntington, surrounded by many other stores but definitely can't miss it! Ben and Jerry's in Huntington NY served by Brandon and very helpful young man who took a phone call when my GPS somehow took me down the one way road bypassing the icecream store and literally walked me through the way to get there 15 minutes before closing. Yes I got an icecream waffle. The waffle was soggy. The icecream was good but 8 bucks for 2 little scoops was a lot. I like the Ben and Jerry's Icecream and it was just a spot along the way to stop for a snack. But- I think that if I have a yen again Ill just buy a small container. read more

i love ben and jerrys! such a classic brand. i got the strawberry in a small cup and it was just enough. it was very good! the staff is super nice. the only thing i will say is the air wasn't working right and i wish the AC was on. but other than that it was a nice visit. i knocked over my cup before i could eat it becuz it was one of those days!!! and he gave me another one no charge. such a sweet cashier. read more

Store hours posted on their window and on their website are inaccurate. They closed way before 11pm on a Friday. Please fix this error. If you close at 10:30pm or earlier on a Friday, then the sign should *not* say 11pm. It's super embarassing to be told "You can't come in, we're closed"when you guys have the wrong store hours listed in the front window. That's their mistake, not mine... Will not go back, cuz who knows if they'll decide to randomly close even earlier next time? And if they do, they'll probably be weird and rude about it again. No thanks read more

came here a while ago maybe a week back on a Thursday it was a nice experience. The employee helping Me was really helpful and friendly which you don't really see that around anymore. Although it was a nice place it was a bit pricey but you get what you sign up for. It could have been five stars had I not I had a bit of a bad experience with another staff member when she randomly came up to me and yelled at me to move out of her way while I was having a conversation with the other staff member. Obsessed with Ben and Jerry's...gay icons, modern day Bert and Ernie. The girl with the dark curly hair, O think she's the manager, is so kind and welcoming! She doesn't just serve ice cream, she serves looks Vibes are fire, place is a bit dirty and is clearly run by teenagers having a crisis, but maybe it was just busy :). It's like smoking a fire joint at a trailer park, so Lana Del Rey coded. Music was really good and fun, could use some more Alex G. though. I come here frequently but the last time i went was about a week ago on a Saturday around 10 pm, no one was helping the poor blond girl (who was cunty except she stood weird when scooping the ice cream...). The waffle cones, I'm not sure if they make them onsite. I read the Ben & Jerry's book on how the company was started and what challenges they faced growing the business. This location on Main st is in a prime spot. What is great about this hometown Ben & Jerry's is they can meet your party needs with a cake or even cater an affair! Came here on an off-diet night so you know I was going to treat myself. I got 3 scoops, all chocolately flavors and no complaints on that end. I've always loved Ben & Jerry's - my parents even took us on a family vacation to Vermont to visit the farm. While on one hand I wish they would bring a location closer to home, I'm almost grateful I've got to travel a bit - it's better for my waistline lol. So why no 5 stars? Well, echoing what some other Yelpers have pointed out, I didn't find the place to be so clean. Granted, it was an hour before close and there were many drunken revelers starting to swoop in and raise a little hell before they could clean the establishment for the night. It was a little cold for ice cream today, But what the heck I was in huntington anyway. Ben & Jerry's is definitely my favorite ice cream. They make many many unusual flavors along with all the standards. Today i had coffee & chocolate in a cone with sprinkles. The store is on the large side and has plenty of seating. The cashier/server was very friendly. Big hello as i walked in and once i was at the counter looking at the flavors he asked if i wanted to try any. Normally I will not come here unless i am in the area, A bit too far to come just for ice cream. Definitely gets 5 stars as you can beat there ice cream. read more

Such a cute place! Did you know they did birthday parties? I didn't. But I found out on our local Facebook group as I was scrambling to throw together a 5th birthday party for my son. I worked with Eileen and she was great. We had it on a Friday afternoon. It was drop off. The kids had a blast making tie dye T-shirts, sampling ice cream, eating pizza, and touring the shop. My son said it was the best birthday ever and it was the easiest one I've ever planned. The Ben & Jerry's girls helping with the party were lovely. We will be doing this again for one of our other boys. This is definitely a little hidden gem in Huntington Village. read more

I don't normally crave ice cream but when I do it's pretty bad (in a good way!). Believe it or not, this was my first time ever having ice cream from this brand as well as stepping foot into any of their establishments. It's located in the heart of the shopping area so parking can be limited. There is parking in the rear so no worries. The store was clean and the staff friendly. I ordered the chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake and it was just what I needed. It wasn't spectacular but it hit the spot. This location took a nosedive. I frequented this location many times over the years, and have been to hundreds of Ben and Jerry's locations across the country (I don't know if I should be proud or embarrassed, ha!) This location needs a complete overhaul. The flavors listed are not all available. The windows and doors are smeared with who knows what. The cases are dirty-and several flavors the ice cream had clumps of neighboring flavors in them. Who knows what other kind of cross contamination goes on. The one saving grace was the friendly employee who helped us-beyond that, the other employees seem irritated and disgusted. Eh, it's a Ben & Jerry's shop. Nothing special. The inside is clean and well lit. I assume you know you can buy the same B&J ice cream at the supermarket for cheaper. I'd say head to this store if: -- you're having difficulty finding a B&J flavor in the supermarket (but check with the store first). -- you're in the market for an ice cream cake made with B&J. -- you have a small group of people and want to tackle a Vermonster (giant bucket o' ice cream with lots of goodies). After I went for dinner my friend decided that we should grab some ice cream at Ben and Jerry's. So when we parked we walked in and first got that nostalgic and sweet smell of vanilla. Although the line was long we didn't have to wait here too long so when they asked what we want I asked for chocolate fudge brownie. When we got to the register, it was a little little too pricy but it was fine. But while we were paying the employees were pretty nice and said have a good day (FYI I know you're probably like " oh they're hired to say that" but it sound legit. When we ate the ice cream, I licked it and saw tasted a little ice in ice like actual ice. But it wasn't a big deal because the flavor "overpowers" it so it doesn't taste weird. read more

Just awful service....it was crowded and I was standing in line with other customers. I was literally ignored by the staff....they looked at me and just starting helping the people behind me.
