Order never delivered. I created an order through the Ra Sushi's online platform. Apparently its associated with Benihana. I called the location for an update and they stated that they did not have a delivery service and that the food was ready for pick up. They then instructed me that I had to set it up through door dash if i wanted it delivered or pick it up myself. When i asked about the $10 deliver charge, they then transferred me over to the supposed manager that told me that the food was picked up by an unknown delivery service. I told them that the email I received from Ra Sushi stated that it had been delivered when it had not. The Manager stated that they would have to ring it up again to charge me. I declined and asked for a refund. He then transferred me over to someone else named Tommy who told me gave me the same explanation. She offered to redo the order and deliver it to me but i declined and wanted my refund. She stated that unfortunately she cannot do a refund and insisted that I receive the new order. I once again declined and ask for a refund of $124.91. She then stated that she would have to email corporate so that they may process a refund since she could not do it. Even with reservations they take over 30 minutes and don't seat you together. They have obnoxious drunken folk ordering the entire bar and they can't even walk out the facility. It's so loud you can't even enjoy your dinner's company or conversation it's ridiculous. read more

I've come here with my family for years for their salmon lunch boat special, priced at $11 and comes with salad, mushroom soup, sashimi, assorted tempura, bowl of rice, teriyaki salmon, California roll, edamame, and half an orange. It's a good assortment and variety for a fair price. You can request to have more California rolls instead of sashimi, too. I believe hot tea is complimentary. It's ideal for a lunch break for their fast service and fast food turnaround. It's a nice break from the tunnels. Many reviews indicate being rushed or poor service, but from a lunch standpoint it works out. Went here yesterday and the tempura was cold (which is a huge disappoint bc shrimp tempura is my favorite!) other than that, everything tasted as usual. Benihana is not authentic Japanese food. I frequent the restaurant quite often and have never really had a bad experience until my recent visit on Thursday 3/25. Usually the Chefs are great but for some reason I felt our chef for the night was extremely sloppy and rapidly rushed through the cooking. For one, Food was flying everywhere. He even threw rice a few times over one ladies head and didn't even realize it. Some food even reached the table behind us. What got me is when he served me he literally threw it on my plate (instead of simply placing) and part of the grease from the spatula seeped through my pants and burned my upper thigh area (as shown in the picture.) It just took us 30+ minutes to get our beverages, and an hour for our soup and salad. The salad now, as pictured, has no carrots diced. Our waiter has no idea what Sake Bombs or High Ball glasses are. (Jenny, Phong, and the old staff were on top of it with Chris managing) Great! Doan just got here and our waiter forgot to turn the grill on. So now we are going on 1 hour. I've been coming here for 30 years, 2-3 times a week. The new management has destroyed this place. Everything is over cooked, not up to par, etc. I'd only eat here if you ask for Doan. And yes, I travel all over the world and eat at Benihana owned restaurants and those that are franchised out. The hostess that first greeted us was not very friendly at all. It was myself and my parents that walked in for a late lunch and the hostess was clearly upset that we wanted a hibachi table and didn't want to sit in the bar area. So she told us we needed to wait before we could be sat or if we didn't want to wait we could sit immediately at the bar area. We told her we wanted to wait and she just sighed audibly. After about 15 minutes, we were able to get a hibachi table. I ordered the Splash n' Meadow which is steak and shrimp with hibachi veggies and I upgraded from steamed rice to the chicken fried rice. The chicken fried rice was so delicious, and definitely worth the up charge. They let you select how you want your steak cooked and it is a fun experience. The chef was really friendly and let us "customize" our food by asking for more garlic butter or the signature mustard sauce. Our server for our table was really nice and friendly unlike the hostess. Sigh. I love benihana. But this visit was not great. I'm giving three stars because the food was amazing, better than other benihana restaurants I've been. Ivan our chef was an absolute delight and his food showed his love of his craft. Besides that the service was subpar. I booked an early dinner on Sunday (4:15pm) to avoid the crowds and general crazy of weekend dinner time. We got there promptly at 4:15 but had to wait in the front 20-25 mins. Not a huge deal, but odd since we were well before the rush. Our server was wonderful, our chef was great, but the meal was definitely RUSHED. I was still munching but saw them pushing people through the meals so I played along and asked for a box. We all (5 of us) ordered the meals with ice cream and tea so I figured that would be coming next. I had to run my daughter to the restroom (3 others in my party still there) and when I came back I was shocked. EVERYTHING HAD BEEN CLEARED. A gentleman was trying to take my sake (still half full) and I asked if it was empty, he shrugged and walked away. It was more than half full. I sat down and started drinking it again and he came in from the side and tried to take it again! Literally had his hands on it before my husband said "she's not done with that". I was so irritated. Just ask me if you can take it! I'm right here! Anywho, they had already given the bill and it was obvious wouldn't be bringing the final round of our meal or tea. I come here often to have dinner & once for lunch. On this particular day I came to pick up a to go order. I ordered hibachi chicken & a separate side of chicken fried rice (for someone else). We went on a busy Friday night with 6 kids under the age of 5. Sharon was our waitress and she was amazing! Super attentive and helpful with the kids as well! My one year old was screaming and she brought him a bowl of fruit to help calm him down. My four year old's hat fell off for the tenth time, and she picked it up and put it back on for him. My only disappointment was that this location no longer serves yum yum sauce (as of 7 months ago) and doesn't offer an option of soup OR salad (based on their physical lunch menu) but overall the food was still Benihana worthy and the servers were very sweet. I had dinner at Benihana with 2 of my work friends. We got seated right away at the bar area, and the server immediately got our drink orders. We ordered soon after our drinks came. I had the Rocky's Choice (Steak and Chicken) which came with soup & salad starter, and a bowl of white rice and a couple of grilled shrimp with the entree. Not sure why I only got one of two sauce choices, while the others at the table got both. The food was timed just right (starters came soon after ordering and the entrees came around 10 minutes after that. The server and manager came around and refilled our drinks and checked on us often.
