New Year's Eve was slow service but that's to be expected even though I ordered way ahead for a specific time delivery they were still over an hour later than what they promised , but I will say they did make up for it with the Big Benito pizza we ordered , it was on point cooked just right and everyone loved it to ring in the new year read more

ordered Greek salad and was not fit to eat, after a few bites I tossed in trash. Wilted lettuce, mushy tomatoes, and warm beets. I'll never order from there again read more

We like the pizza. We were told 25 minute. We got our pizza after 45 minutes. They hadn't put our bread in the oven or made our salad.

Terrible service!!! Asked to speak to the manager twice, and the employee just set the phone down and walked away. I called back and she did it again. Took 2 1/2 hours to get my pizza. They were my favorite until that day. I was very polite until the girl ghosted me twice. read more

Cardboardish pizza with a handful of bs help.Owners are old and need to move on. Pizza sauce it like burns your mouth in weird way. Lame sorry rather eat Angelas because they also have fresh baked cakes and cookies. Boo Benitos! read more

I order a pizza today (1/4/23) @ 607pm and received it 730pm just barely lukewarm. I had to heat it up just for it to edible. The worst part is this place is literally only 3 to 4 mins down the street from where it was delivered. I pre-paid with my card and added a tip. I wont ever eat from this place again. Ill order from the Patio as I normally do. I thought I'd try a real pizza place for a change... NEVER AGAIN!!! The 1 in Rockwood on Huron River Drive read more

Good tasting pizza but they will NOT follow request. I asked for NO ham and add bacon on the Duplex pizza. This is the second time the couldn't get the order correct. Sorry to say I will no longer order from them. I even gave a $10 tip!! read more

Stay away...Officially will not go back. I got a pickup order and when I got home realized the pizza that should have been a deep dish wasn't! Called them and they thought I was coming back...don't think so. So an hour later got the corrected cold pizza delivered. Good thing I wasn't starving. The deep dish was the same thickness as the regular pizza. Waste of time and money. read more

Benito's Pizza - a sandwich in a box - Pizza Near Me - Rockwood, Michigan

This is one of my favorite pizza restaurants. I've ordered from here several times and have never had a problem with a delivery. I ordered two personal pizzas tonight online@6:46pm it should have been delivered@ 7:46.I didn't get it til 9 pm. I called and was told they were short on drivers. It should not take two hours for a delivery, in that two hours I could have made my own pizza. The person I talked to could have cared less Benito's in Rockwood has lost my business. I would rate it with no stars if I could. read more

This is the Best pizza in the downriver area barnone They use quality 100 percent REAL cheese, and the sauce is very tasty. I've been recommending this place to everyone and they all love it‼ All I can figure out about any bad reviews on this app is that they must be the competition totally hating. Oh and the staff is super friendly and the place is very clean and sanitary TRY IT YOU"LL LOVE IT‼ read more

The only pizza and subs worth getting from Rockwood, the New Boston location is just as consistent when I lived out there.

Over the past four weekends I ordered a Big Benito each weekend. The first pizza came nearly burnt, covered in garlic butter and parmesan (did not order flavored crust) I assume they were to cover up the blackened parts and cost $24.88. The second weeks pizza came and was okay but it cost $25.94. The third weeks pizza tasted as if the cheese had gone old and the sauce was very watery/runny and this pizza cost $27.44 ($1.50 more than week two and $2.56 more than week one) The fourth weeks pizza was the worst, again it was burnt but this time without any flavored crust, but there was barely any sauce on the pizza. I decided to pick the pizza up yet the price was $26.94 this time around. The lady that rung me out was quite rude and didn't give me the correct change. I've had Benito's since I was a kid and it's sad but I can't bring myself to order from them again. The quality and taste has gone way downhill and it seems they make up their prices out of thin air. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I just felt like trying a sub sandwich so I gave them a call. The sandwich was good enough for me to order from again since they are real close to me. I got the Italian and added the 10 French fries for only $1 more. Quick also. read more

I ordered went to pick it up and when I walked inside the place I changed my mind about eating the pizza. The door was propped open flies and bees in the windows and inside the light covers!!!! Dirty counters worn appliances. The elderly lady took my cash and then proceeded to put her hands in the ingredients!!!! I wonder when the health department last paid them a visit. read more
