I came back to pick up the dress today, and went to try it on, and honestly I was skeptical that alterations were made before I tried it on, the dress looked like all the stitching was original and hadn't been touched. For reference I took in the sides of the bodice and hemmed the bottom. I put on the dress and it fit like a glove and it was the correct length, perfect. After the appointment, it was very easy to communicate with the owner. He responded promptly and was transparent. I had to schedule a last minute hemming request and it was done on time! If you're in a pickle, just call and see if he can do it. He will not schedule an appointment if he knows he cannot get it done on time, which I appreciate for being direct.
