Shockingly, the staff handed over the title to our trailer without verifying identity, ownership, or requiring any documentation whatsoever. No ID check. No paperwork. No authorization. Nothing. This is not a minor mistake--this is a major failure in basic security and business practices. Titles are legal ownership documents, and handing one over to an unverified individual puts customers at real risk. What made this even worse was how it was handled afterward. When I called to address the issue, I was connected to a manager who was completely unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they said they felt like they had been scammed too. There was no accountability, no attempt to correct the situation, and no concern shown for the seriousness of what happened. The call ended with them hanging up on me. That level of care and professionalism is unacceptable--especially when dealing with something this serious. If this is how they handle sensitive documents and customer concerns, I strongly recommend proceeding with extreme caution. We expected a professional standard of care. This was the exact opposite.

Trexal and the guys at First On got me a new battery and installed it for a little more than I would have paid off I bought it and went through the hassle myself. This is the 3rd time I have had to come and bring a vehicle for service in the past 2 months. The first time I had some sensors replaced. The second time I had to have a power steering pump and an automatic door fixed. This last time was the battery on my other car. Nobody likes to spend money on car repairs, but it's nice to know when you spend your money you are getting what you pay for, and you aren't being added services you don't need. They were upfront and honest with unit damages and the process on purchasing. They kept in contact with me through the entire process. Both Chris and Parker helped me through the process. Parker answered all my questions about the unit in my initial walk through. The unit was priced fairly, it was pretty much brand new. They repaired a few minor things for me on it and the final walk through was very in depth, showing me how the camper worked and gave me the full run down so I felt comfortable. During the paperwork, there were no add ons and was no pressure for add ons. (offered but I didn't feel any pressure at all, they made it known there was no pressure for the extras). They also worked with my personal bank with no issue. They are a small business and every time I went they had multiple people they were helping, so keep in mind they do get busy and are working hard. I would work with them again for sure.
