They really did bring my 2017 black on black Equinox back to her original glory! The Equinox has sat outside for the past 8 years so exterior was very faded. Ben's Premier Detailing is the ABSOLUTE BOMB. In my opinion it cannot be topped. I took my sad 1998 Mazda truck... gravely neglected for years. I didn't have much hope for it but would have been pleased to have it cleaned and shiny. I had read Ben's reviews and had actually used their services years back just for a three year old car. Was pleased then so I remembered the job they had done. For the old truck I asked for a really good wash and shine and hoped they could make the very stained carpet look a little better. When I went to pick it up I was absolutely blown away. I thought it would have been impossible to see it so amazingly different. Not only was the exterior bright and shiny like a new penny but the interior was unbelievable. NO CARPET STAINS front and back of the inside. Even the tires looked AMAZING. I wish I could show before and after shots . You would not believe it. If you need an EXPERT detailing you must take it to BEN'S in Snellville. So my son spilled an almost entire gallon of water on the floorboard of my new truck and I almost lost it. Owner Mr.Ben and his associates are so friendly and provide you the best price and service in town. If they make it something wrong , then they will fix it free of charge. Most of the time their work exceeds my own set of standards.Best car wash service hands down. I have never once had a serious complaint .There are never any water spots or streaks left on the windows, mirrors or paint. My dirty car always out with showroom condition, especially if you have a black car then mirror shine is guaranteed with wax. I know this business from 2012 and i am completely satisfied with the result. Beyond happy and impressed with Ben's Auto Detail Center.... I called on a Saturday at 12 pm and they was able to squeeze me! I had a small "accident" in my car where my dog pooped my front seat and walked all over!!! Yes I tried cleaning it but you can imagine.... well when I dropped my truck I had 0 hopes. I arrived at 10:20 and was told my car would be ready in a hour. I came back at 12:26 and my car was not even worked on. I expressed interest on the time of completion and was told it will be done. From 12:26-2:30 I watched several cars come after me get a full wash inside and out. Talking to all the people that waited and received car cleaning all had to pay different amounts. Two of the same cars came through(after me) and they both were done in less then 20mins. Me as well as the other customers were very confused. One was charged 65 and the other 75. I also was quoted $100 and nobody else was. At 2:00 I was the last car there with just a simple wash and vacuuming. Ben told me he was busy and he didn't have to listen to me. After cussing and fussing I paid his employees that he worked the shit out of. I paid because I RECEIVED A SERVICE!! Witch was f'n sh''''y my was still dirty.
