Awhile back, I reluctantly came here for a car wash. My vehicle was new and I didn't want to drive…read moremy new car through car wash machines, but since I was taking a road trip the next day, I did it anyway. The next morning I noticed tiny white specks all over my vehicle including the windshield. I called the business twice on separate occasions and spoke to the manager. He assured me the white specks were not caused by their car wash. We spoke extensively and I explained the specks were not on my vehicle prior to driving it through the car wash. He was adamant and rude, refusing to address the damage. Months later, I was in another state and had the car hand washed. As the guy was washing my vehicle, he commented on the specks and inquired if I ran it through a car wash. I replied yes, several months ago. He stated I needed to clay my vehicle to remove these specks and the estimate would be around $400. I contacted Tommy's Car Wash again and spoke to the manager, Ricardo. He stated what occurred in regards to the damage to my vehicle and said the manager or employee at the time did not add a water softener to the machines and that's what caused the tiny white specks to be deposited on my vehicle. I texted him pictures of the damage and provided the estimate the other car wash quoted for claying my vehicle. He replied to my text stating he spoke to the Regional Manager and the RM communicated because of the length of time they would only pay half of the estimate. Wow. Later, I responded to Ricardo by stating since the damage was caused by their car wash and not me I didn't think it was fair to request me to pay half. A few weeks afterwards, I texted Ricardo twice reiterating my previous communication regarding what I considered to be reasonable for the car wash to rectify the issue; paying the full amount to remove the tiny white specks. I did not hear back from him on either occasion. Based on my experiences, I have not been back and I won't be going back. Please keep this mind if you decide to patronize this place.

After reading other reviews I understand where they are coming from: A friend of mine recommended this place because they offer hand washes at a reasonable price. I decided to try them out 3/16/18. I spoke with Mark the previous day and scheduled an appointment for 8:15AM the following day. They open at 8AM, but I arrived 7:45AM. Although he quoted me the day before, when I got arrived, we went over prices for different services and cost for each service. Throughout conversation he was very short with me and I sensed a bit of an attitude, but tried to overlook it because I felt it was early and he probably wasn't a morning person. I tried to joke introducing my car as Roxy, which is what i named her, and start conversation with him but didn't feel a friendly or welcoming vibe back from him. Again, I looked past it because it was early in the morning and figured "morning grog". He then told me the guys who wash the cars don't come in until 9-9:15 so I wouldn't be able to start until then. A little inconvenience but took the opportunity to grab breakfast... when I came back I asked him a few more questions about services I may have wanted and with the same dry and blunt attitude he responded mostly advising "we don't do that" without explanation...... ok. Do the basic wash and interior clean guy. I'm good. There were a two other people he spoke with who were the opposite race as me(I'm african American)and I noticed he didn't have the same dry attitude with them... Now, I won't jump and play the race card, but I will say his attitude was different towards them. Vibes are real though. I texted my friend and told him my experience and told him I would give it three times before I decided not to spend my money with this company again. Mark helped me make my decision that day. When my car was finished, I paid and went to look at my car... There were still bulks of leaves built up between my window and windshield wipers which should have been cleaned while my car was being cleaned.... obviously. I began to move the leaves myself refraining from complaining since It didn't take much to remove the build up of leaves... Mark comes walking up while I'm removing the leaves and asks what's wrong. I told him the build up wasn't removed but I'll remove it. With an obvious attitude this time, he responds "Ummmm, do you mind not putting the leaves on my property?" Excuse me? You don't want me to put the leaves on the concrete ground you all wash the cars, people spit and where there are trees and bushes that shed leaves on your property??? I responded.. "Well, I figured it would've been cleaned with my cleaning instead of me having to do it myself". He turns around, throws his hand up, and responds AGAIN "We don't do that with a wash" and walks away........Oh! Ok... so you DONT entirely clean the exterior..... Just partially... ok Mark. Thank you for reassuring another dollar will never be spent here again you prick. After doin some research, there are plenty of places nearby who offer hand washes and detailing that charge the same prices. Eff Mark and his attitude. Notice you won't find too many pictures because the work is basic and the 1 or 2 you do see look basic as hell. Nothing spectacular about their work and customer service could really help boost business. Unfortunately it won't bc it's horrible as well. Find somewhere else to go where your hard earned dollar is appreciated.

I had used them before to repair a crack but knew this one would require a replacement. Jason gave me a quote for after market glass and also OEM. Because my BMW has heads up display and other safety features through the windshield he explained why I wanted OEM glass. Afterwards I did my own research and determined he was spot on. No pressure from Jason. He just let me know they were there when I was ready. Then I left town and it was an entire month before I got back to fixing my windshield. H&A is an approved provider through my insurance so the process was so easy. Within 30 minutes, Jason had the authorization from my insurance company for the replacement and calibration needed. Horatio called me and let me know he was on the way. He and Wilmer got right to work. In less than two hours they had my windshield replaced, did the calibration and drove it to make sure everything was functioning properly. They even were kind enough to move the sticker I need to get in our work parking lot from my old windshield to my new one. Horatio and Wilmer were both professional and efficient. I could not be more pleased with how easy H&A made the entire process. Thank you so very much. If you need your windshield fixed or replaced, this is who you need to call.
