Ok Auto Repair in my opinion ... is honest and trustworthy. They are professional and transparent as to your issues or non issues whether certain things need to be fixed or not. Their prices are extremely fair at times even underpriced was my thought!!! I think this is owned by a family or family members help each other out. My catalytic convertor was recently stolen by someone who feels good about stealing them from the innocent. Customer service was great as they always picked up my phone calls and answered every question. I used to take my cars to the dealerships or major tire/ mechanic chain stores for peace of mind. Oftentimes, they would "up sell" or find something else wrong with the cars. I know I was paying more but I didn't mind as long as I was being treated fairly. I was not... Example, the new installed brake pads that leave dust and make noise (cheap parts)... The last draw was when they told me the wrong parts came in and asked me to come back the next day. I finally asked around and got a recommendation to take my car here, OK Auto Repair. Because it's a small "mom and pop" store, I didn't expect much. My first impression was... wow. The shop is clean and tidy. It's conveniently located near the Asian mall. You can go explore, shop, or get a bite while waiting. The mechanics are all in clean uniforms with name tags. They even tuck their shirt in. I got someone attention right away. He asked me what I needed and got right on the phone to order parts. The job was done right and on time. Long story short, I've already been back as a happy customer. Their prices are very reasonable. The quoted price is what you pay. They don't try to squeeze in tax or credit card fees. I have found a shop that offers the best of both world. The clean facility, great customer service, and very reasonable prices. There's just one thing I would change about the shop if they asked me. The shop should be called The Best Auto Repair. Really great, friendly service!! Found a nail in my tire and needed it to be patched. Luckily I found Ok Auto Repair, conveniently located next to Phước Lọc Thọ. They worked on my car immediately and was done within 15-20 minutes. Not only did they patch my tire, but they were also nice to check my other tires and filled their air pressure. Came here for a long-needed axle job because my CV boots decided it was time to fail (they wanted retirement). So I called in on Tuesday morning and asked the receptionist for a quote. She just said to come in and we'll take a look at everything. So i brought my car in, they promptly took a look at it and said yea you need your axles replaced. I decided to have the job done on the spot cause I won't have time the next day to wait for a repair. They brought my car in and I can see them working from the waiting room as I'm typing this. They know what they're doing and they give you all the info you need to know. Definitely will take my car back here for future check-ups. In this Vietnamese ethnic concentration with Vietnamese auto repair shops everywhere, the competition for customers is quite high. The prices are generally similar across many shops. Although the employees at the this are nice and friendly, the owner is not. When he gave me the bill, he said, "Oh look I give you a discount because I'm not charging you for taxes." I looked at the bill and I see that the tax is $22.44 ...."what about this tax?" I asked. "Oh no, no tax" he insisted. That's a lie. Labor cost was supposed to be $80, which he quoted when I came in. Then he charged me $120 total for additional minor labor. LIES. Be careful about how much you're charged. He might lie about his quotes. Even though the final prices are in the range of what other places in the area would charge me, I don't like the fact that he tried to appear to be a nice guy when in fact he's lying. read more

when it comes to auto mechanics I get skeptical and paranoid getting my car service! My sister referred to O.K auto repair, and it was good I took her advice I mean this place gave me the best customer service specially about my car! I mean they took care of what I need to get done with my car which it was MAJOR Tune up! they explain what I need to get done and also they use original parts for you car, price wise I mean WOW they have the best deal! I gave them 5 star for that! A+++++! can't beat that price! Took for about 2hrs to get my service done! and at the end they show what work was done in my car they walk me thru it! which is awesome!
