    2" lift 35" tires

I brought my Jeep in for a lift, steering upgrades, larger tires and new 4.56 gears. These guys are amazing. Detail oriented, and completed all the requested work down to adding the decorative covers for the tie rod and drag link. The track bars were adjusted perfectly, the alignment is spot on, and the steering wheel is straight. Curtis, was friendly, understanding and very communicative. They are going to check and service the new gears in 500 miles as a part of the installation process. I love this shop!

    Bent working on my ride!

I moved to Tucson Arizona and still drove my new Gladiator over to these guys so they could put their hands on it. I am so comfortable that these guys not only know exactly what they are doing, but your vehicle will actually be better adjusted than from factory. They pay close attention to angles on all your parts, and their alignments are top notch. If your in Southern California or anywhere your willing to drive, it's worth it for sure. Drove all the way home and not one issue over 400 plus miles first drive.

One of, if not, the best off road shop in San Diego. Sure, 4wp and ORW are bigger and more known, but with this shop, the owner and techs are all involved in the builds. I personally had work done, and recommend tons of people. Customer service is top notch, and they care for your vehicle like one of their own. Give them a call or just show up. They will get your job done.

David and his team performed a job to lift my weekend warrior GX460 and the results turned out awesome.

I NEVER make reviews and it's unfortunate I have to say this because I thought we would be doing a lot of business together. Long story short, randy is VERY unprofessional. I came in for an oil leak on my 05 450R and randy had said that it was problem A and B and I said okay do what you have to do. Charged me $400. No problem if the leak is fixed. Come pick up the bike when it's done, bring it home and take it for a 5 minute ride, oil everywhere again. Immediately brought it back in and said hey still got oil he said okay it could be problem C or D and I said okay do what you have to do. He said he would pressure wash it and clean it up so he could see where the oil was coming from. He ran it back and forth in the parking lot a few times and said it's not leaking and ready to be picked up. *But never dove into the problem to see where the oil was actually coming from or why* ** where it all went south ** I called him after a week that the bike had been done (with the holidays I was busy and not able to pick up the bike) I said his phone wasn't working or something was wrong and then I asked him if he did anything to fix the problem other than pressure washing it and proceeded to call me an ***hole and completely caught me off guard. I said okay no need for that I will be by to pick up my bike today. I was not saying anything in a bad tone and even if I did there's no need to call anyone an ***hole for something that minor. I'm a business owner myself and I would NEVER call a customer names for any reason. Proceed to go pick it up and I move my bike to where my stand is at the back of my truck so I can warm it up and take it for a ride to prove that the bike is still leaking oil. And it's a LOT OF OIL. not just a little bit. He comes out hot and is cussing at my girlfriend and I and things just take off from there. Things get escalated very quickly and he's calling me names and I'm yelling that's he is being very unprofessional and if he's having a bad day to not take it out on us. I proceed to take my bike on a 5 minute ride JUST TO SHOW HIM THAT HE DIDNT FIX ANYTHING. I get back and lo and behold what do we have here? Oil. Everywhere. Hes saying that there's nothing he can do to recreate the oil pressure build up needed to actually find the oil leak. All the while we try and have a nice civil conversation and reset the situation bc maybe it did get a little out of hand at first. I'm doing my best to keep my cool and he's just being very condescending like he did NOTHING wrong. At this point he's looking at the bike and says this is your problem and said thank you for the input, but we will no longer be doing business together. He didn't like that because he started going off on me again. And I packed up my bike and left because he is too weak of a man to know when to take some constructive criticism and he wasn't worth the time to explain my side. Moral of the story I came in for an oil leak to be fixed and it was not fixed. I still have the same short $400 for a problem that really wasn't even there. Randy called me all sorts of names, saying that I don't know how to work a phone, called me a f***ing prick, called me an ***hole and many other names. This all started because Randy got offended on what I said over the phone that his phone wasn't working and I asked him if he actually fixed the problem other than pressure washing the bike. Randy could've went about the situation many different ways that many different points of the interaction. When I was explaining my side of the story he constantly interrupted me and talked over me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Attached are pics of the oil leak I still have. Randy you failed to do your job and you dropped the ball on so many levels.

Oh man, I really dont know where to begin. The only reason they get two stars and not one is…read morebecause they are not total screw-ups, just mostly screwed up. They suffer from what most motorcycle sales places suffer from, pretty girls working who were obviously hired for looks and have little to no knowledge about motorcycles, and mechanics who probably passed their training less than a year before getting a job there. I purchased a motorcycle there in 2006, and was told I would receive a 10% discount on any parts I purchased form them. There was no limitation on "items that were on sale/clearance" mentioned. I only ever get flak from the sales staff when I try to get it applied, and have had them flat out refuse to give me discounts on items that are on sales (I had to talk to a manager, but he eventually approved it). I had them do two valve adjustments, the first one came out ok, but the second time they had my bike for 2 1/2 weeks until they finally were able to finish it and give it back. In all, if you have to shop there, make sure you know exactly what you want and don't let sales/parts people push you around. If you want good service, I eventually tried out Poway Motorcycle near Alba and have never been dissatisfied. I continue to use them today even though I've moved to La Jolla for school.

NEW and Better then Ever!!!…read more Talk about a dream come true, the original owners of Alba closed their doors August 2009 and the employees loved the product so much, they bought the place!! I buy all my aftermarket ATV parts here now and the Team at AlbaAction.com rock like no ones business! I highly recommend calling them or stopping by the website to get whatever you need because these guys (and gal) ROCK!
