They provided a loaner vehicle, arranged to have the dent repaired, fixed the AC issue, and even delivered the EV9 back to me while picking up the loaner on the return trip. The staff has been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I am still bummed about the initial condition of the EV9, but I really appreciate how they handled the situation and stood behind the customer experience. Overall, amazing service and a great team. Najwa was my sales consultant, and the interaction initially went well. The vehicle was ready when I arrived, she was informative, and the test drive was straightforward. During the test drive, we discussed the sales process, including some of the practices I prefer to avoid as a customer. I explained that I also work in sales, and we verbally agreed that we would keep the process straightforward and avoid unnecessary sales tactics. After I expressed that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle, Najwa explained that another sales consultant would be joining us to finalize the deal. At that point, the price presented to me was approximately $10,000 higher than the price I had seen advertised online. I was told that the difference was due to dealer-added features. I explained that I did not want the additional features and that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle at the advertised price. There was then a lengthy discussion about the pricing. I was told that the additional charges were simply part of the dealership's process. After I expressed my dissatisfaction, Najwa and the other consultant stepped away and returned with a proposal reflecting the original advertised price, without the additional $10,000 in charges. This was the most frustrating part of the experience. If the advertised price could ultimately be presented without the additional charges, it would have been much more effective to provide that pricing from the beginning rather than presenting a substantially higher price and negotiating back to the advertised amount. Afterward, Najwa told me, "I don't know why you're getting upset--you know how sales works." I do understand how sales works, which is why I found the experience particularly disappointing. I understand that dealerships have sales procedures and that salespeople are expected to follow them. However, transparency and consistency in pricing are important, especially when a customer has specifically asked for a straightforward transaction. Because the screen is not functioning, we have no control over essential features in the vehicle, no air conditioning, no radio, no cameras, and other important functions. This creates major safety concerns, especially with two small children. Two family vacations have already been impacted because we were unable to use the air conditioner or rely on any camera systems while traveling. To make matters worse, the loaner vehicle provided was a very small compact car, making it nearly impossible to safely and comfortably transport two children in car seats. This vehicle was supposed to be my Mother's Day gift, but instead, it has brought nothing but stress, worry, and countless phone calls to both the dealership and service department. The vehicle has been in service for over two weeks, and we still have no answers or resolution. No one returns our calls, and everyone continues to point fingers instead of taking responsibility. At this point, we are consulting a lemon law attorney because the dealership has not been straightforward or communicative throughout this process. Based on our experience, it feels as though the seriousness of this issue was not fully disclosed from the beginning. Extremely disappointed with the service!…read more On February 20, 2026, we paid nearly $2,000 to replace all four brakes after the dealership recommended the repair. The job took over six hours, and we were promised a complimentary oil change as an apology. Just four months later, the brakes were squeaking again. Last week, my husband waited four hours before the car was even looked at, so we had to schedule another appointment. Today, we left the car there for over SEVEN HOURS. They completed the oil change and ultimately they fixed two rotors, but the experience was still incredibly frustrating. We weren't kept informed throughout the day and only received updates after repeated calls and texts. Around 4:45 p.m., we were told a necessary part wasn't available, and if they could need to keep the car overnight. When we said we'd just come pick up the car the part wasn't actually the issue, the real reason was that the repair would require the technician to stay late to finish it. And miraculously the work was done. Only after we wasted an entire day because we were given conflicting information instead of honest communication. A nearly $2,000 brake job shouldn't fail after just four months, and customers shouldn't have to spend an entire day chasing updates or dealing with poor communication. We expected much better from a dealership and have completely lost confidence in their service. We will never be back.

Mark has helped me around June for a different recall for my LEAF vehicle and has been my contact since. When I reached out to him again but about my rearview camera, I felt relief and reassured that he listened to my concern thoroughly and provided the written documents (for paper trail) I had requested because I definitely did not want to shoulder a backup camera issue that was affected from 2024 that's showing signs of acting up 2 years later since it couldn't withstand normal hatch operations. I was dedicated to getting my hardware replacement for free (under this old recall issue), or just walking away, and definitely Mark showed incredible competence and communication with me during my visit. At the time of writing, my vehicle is getting the replacement on the same day! He is absolutely wonderful with excellent customer service and I strongly recommend him to other customers. Apart from loving my first LEAF, Mark will also be one of the reasons why customer satisfaction is high, and my loyalty to Nissan still so strong today. Shoutout to Yazan for being so accommodating during my wait and showing me the complementary drinks/snacks table and offering me a coffee (which, for so long, I thought it was an employee break area -- don't judge me ). This forced me to go back the next day to the dealership on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, waiting to be helped to get the contract revised. Now, it's three weeks since that transaction, and Nissan of Orange has not paid off my prior loan to Bridgecrest who is now blowing me up for payment. I have called and left messages to several different people, and no one has called me back. It's really simple...most dealerships pay off the last loan for the buyer by 10 days. This is the 10th trade-in I have made in my lifetime, but the first issue I've had of sorts. Going forward I don't see how I can justify giving my future business to them, when I have been lied to, inconvenienced, and now ignored.

On May 22, I dropped my truck off at a prearranged time at the dealer to have some scratches and dings that happened on the lot fixed. I was assured this would be a quick turnaround. When Ken Grody tried to return the truck to me, it looked worse than when I initially dropped it off, there were multiple very visible defects in the paint that were not present before. This is a brand new vehicle by the way. They sent it to the body shop a second time. It came back to the dealership with more of the same defects. It went back to the body shop a third time. It came back to the dealership tonight, several days short of a month since I dropped it off initially. The body shop forgot to fix an entire area. Now it's going back to the body shop a fourth time. I've already made a payment on the vehicle and haven't even been able to drive it. On top of that: Since my initial negative review of this experience, I have been receiving threatening phone calls and text messages that are clearly coming from someone who works for Ken Grody Ford and wants to intimidate me into removing my review. I've never ever experienced anything in my life.
