MUST READ BEFORE GOING: On February 2nd, 2026, I leased a new "Late 2025" Q5 from Paul Miller Audi…read more Since the first night I got it home it began alerting me to a Central Locking System Malfunction and to contact the dealership immediately. I called them and they asked me to keep an eye on it, so I did. The error message continued and the car was unable to lock. Then, the Check Engine light came on. I called Paul Miller Audi to report to them that my car would NOT LOCK. The earliest appointment mentioned they had to receive a loaner was 9 days away. Fine. I turned in the car and received a loaner. It was a "Late 2025" Q5, same as the car I leased. THIS LOANER BROKE DOWN ON THE HIGHWAY. It overheated and had a drivetrain malfunction. I called Audi and they told me it was my responsibility to have it towed back to the dealership. I was not charged, but I had to wait with the car in the freezing cold for one hour and a half. When I asked them if I was able to Uber to work and if they would cover the expense they said "NO". I returned to Paul Miller and they had another loaner waiting for me. Funny how they had it so quickly. Now for the unbelievable part. It has now been one month since my brand new car has been in the shop. There is still no ETA on when the car will be fixed. I am still being billed for the car AND ON TOP OF IT I AM STILL BEING BILLED FOR MY PREVIOUS Q5 THAT I RETURNED WHEN I LEASED THE NEW ONE!!! YES, I'M BEING CHARGED FOR BOTH!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT BUY AN AUDI. PAUL MILLER CUSTOMER SERVICE COULD NOT BE WORSE. ED IS THE GENERAL MANAGER, "We don't make the cars, we gave you a loaner, you need to pay your bill, there's NOTHING I CAN DO." This is my 4th AUDI. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. This is how they treat people. Car still in the shop. No one calls me to apologize. No one knows anything. PLEASE BEWARE.

I sent over requests for 2 or 3 cars to get a feel on prices.. Tatiana was great with replying. I even ghosted them a few times bouncing around looking at all car company deals. But each time I came back they were there like an old friend. After a few weeks of my search I found 2 cars I wanted. I went in, I sat with Dashawn, they were sold. Damn. He showed me the nearest to what I was looking for in my price range. Never with an agenda to get me into something I didn't want. I was discouraged that the car I wanted was gone. I told him thanks but no thanks.. he was great and helpful even in this situation. I should every make model deal I could. I ended up at another Subaru location on a referral. I had to pull teeth to get in my price range. Back and forth 6-7-8 times. I agreed to a deal except the car would be a week away. I left, happy but not so happy, it felt like work, but $34k worse. I get home go to another company, no dice. On my way home I call Tatiana again... Hey I left there a few days ago without pricing on these models.. she got me right to our next hero in the process, Sharon the sales manager. I told her the truth, I checked out another Subaru store. She asked why did I go so far we are neighbors. She literally throw out an IDENTICAL offer in the first 2 mins telling her my story. We agreed to a price in minutes that was better than my 3 hour battle at the other Subaru dealership. She gave me all the time I needed to discuss it with my wife. It was too good to pass up. I was told the cars going in for detailing and prepped for me at like 445, they close at 6, they say come when your ready. I get there like 515. Go right up to Deshawn and he was as happy as the first time I met him, just a nice, honest, positive, straight forward, respectful down to earth guy. It was easy to pick up where we left off. The paperwork was already on the desk ready to go. We went to the finance department. I met Carlos, who is probably the most honest, informative and insightful finance guy I've ever met. A truly great person, the kind you want to sign 25 pages of paperwork with. They were both stuck there with me on a Saturday night well past closing. Deshawn went over every feature in the car, with zero rush. None of this felt even 1/8th as bad or worse than work like the other dealership. You may show up and not get lucky enough to sit with Deshawn or Carlos, but if you can ask for them, do it. An overall incredible experience from a person that hates typical sales people. Forget about the great deal and quality car I bought... The people at this Paul Miller store are there working for you from bottom to top. Thank you to Deshawn, Carlson, Sharon & Tatiana for dealing with a not so easy customer like me and still getting the best possible deal on a super reliable vehicle.

Finding a good, honest, and reliable mechanic is the Holy Grail for any car owner. Derrick…read moresucceeded where two other mechanics across town had failed. Not only was the diagnosis absolutely correct, but it was explained in a way that actually made sense without talking down to me. Derrick and his team have been my mechanics since I moved to West Orange in 2018, and at this point I trust them completely with my cars. They're straight shooters. If something can wait, they'll tell you. If something needs attention now, they'll show you why. No pressure, no mystery charges, no unnecessary parts swapping. From a technical standpoint, their diagnostics have been consistently spot-on. They don't just throw parts at a problem hoping something sticks; they take the time to trace the root cause, whether it's electrical, drivetrain, or something more subtle that other shops miss. The work is done right the first time, and I've never had to come back for the same issue. Pricing is fair, turnaround times are realistic, and communication is excellent. They treat you like a long-term customer, not a one-time invoice. Shops like this are rare, and if you're looking for a place you can stick with for years, this is it. I recommend them without hesitation.

Their shop is very clean and the mechanics are professional and friendly. Derrick was great to meet after reading so much about him in previous reviews. They have music playing in the three bay work area which is great, it keeps everyone in good spirits while working on your vehicle. Pricing was very reasonable and straightforward (and no games that are played like from my area in NYC where there is a cash vs credit price where merchants charge you 2-5% extra if you pay by credit card.) I made an appointment for my service on their website and highly recommend you do as well as opposed to walk-in service as they are very busy and then calling them to confirm that for your requested service that you can wait rather than drop off (BUT that depends on where you live and of course what you need done, I'm in NYC so I can't drop it off and leave and comeback when done, I need to wait; if I needed time consuming work / parts like the lower block changed on my J35Y6 engine due to the connecting rod recall, I'd need to leave it there and come back when done days later of course, but for fluid changes like oil/atf/differential/transfer case/break/coolant, I would wait.) For my service, they got to my vehicle quickly and the service was perfect and took the exact amount of time to do it right. I'll be coming back for service for both of my vehicles going forward. I'm coming from NYC and getting there is very convenient especially if you take the I95 to 280W. I have nothing but praise for Derrick and his team!

The salesman gave me a BLANK CONTRACT to sign after we decided on a price. I knew very well how they would fill in everything after we left which was not what we agreed on from my unfortunate experience with them in the past. that they would change everything I was told. The salesman told me I would not be allowed to purchase a car if I didn't agree to buying insurance to cover the theft of the car. Even after I told him I'm already insured for that, he insisted that I wouldn't be allowed to buy the car without buying this worthless insurance. I told him I wouldn't buy the car if he insisted I buy the insurance and he insisted I had no choice. I was insulted and he much later said, after I walked out and told him I didn't want the car that I didn't need the insurance. This salesman obviously lied to me numerous times during the sales process and I called him out on it. I called him a lier and he didn't flinch because I'm sure everyone calls him a lier because he does it so often. If my wife didn't want this car so badly I would have walked out and would have trouble not misbehaving.
