We brought our son's car here to get an inspection done after we fell victim to shoddy work completed at another local shop. All of the guys here are awesome, everyone was so helpful and friendly. They completed the inspection and called me to come check out the issues while they had our son's car up on the racks. They pointed out faulty parts, missing components and gave me solid advice on how to proceed with getting the work corrected. Totally professional and they were genuinely disappointed on my behalf that a local business had charged me for such poor standard of work that they didn't take any money off me for looking at the car. UPDATE: I received a call from Ali, who I believe to be an owner, asking me to bring my car back and committing to fix the gauge at no charge, regardless of the cause or fault. I brought it back the following week, they fixed the gauge, and everything is running well now. I brought my car in for a routine service, a blinker repair and a few other incidentals. Presumably the service was done, but the next morning the inside of the car stunk of gas, the check engine light came on and the blinker was still not working (the incidentals were fixed). When I brought the car back a few days later they fixed the check engine light, the gas smell was gone and the blinker works, but now but now the gas gauge does not. These could all be coincidences, so I'm giving a two instead of a one. I'm going to drive it for a week to make sure there is no more fallout, and then take it somewhere else to be fixed once and for all. read more

I took my car in today because it was misfiring. I didn't have an appointment but they took my car right in and got back to me within a few hours with their recommendations. Very professional, and easy to work with. To top it all off they didn't charge me for the two hours of troubleshooting they did. I really wouldn't go here. They gave us an estimate for $10,000 worth of "issues", saying we had to get it done in 6 months. In the meantime we took it for an engine light and the maintenance light was on for the oil change and they didn't even fix the basic maintenance things. They were so concerned about all the things needing to be done but they don't even change the oil? It was so weird. When I questioned them about that, the answer was, oh you wanted us to do the maintenance too? After we paid over $1000 for them to deal with something else. We liked the convenience of this shop being close by but it's not worth it. We took it a little further away to a friend who has a Benz shop and our friend told us nothing they said was wrong was wrong. At the very least, get a second opinion. My family had been clients for many years. We own Mercedez and BMW. Are the repairs costly?? Yes, but they are pricey cars. Recently our 2019 BMW had an issue with oil leaking long story short it turned out the reason for the leak was a recall issue and the part needed to resolve has not been made yet, per BMW dealer. James who took the call made some phone calls and advised us to take the car to BMW and have them deal with the recall at no charge. Benz and Beamers could of easily fixed the issue with replacing the part with the same recall part but new, charged us and we would of never known because BMW has not taken initiative to announce the recall. We took it to BMW the part was replaced at no charge due to the recall. And as far the part not being made yet....the dealer has the parts but in a low quantity for cars that are having the issue now. So far Benz and Beamers has done right by us.
