Craig and his team did a solid job draining and cleaning the pool, and I appreciated the bundled pricing offer to keep costs manageable. Where things fell a bit short was in communication. The monthly pool cleaning service was quoted at $170, which felt a bit high, and when I asked about flexibility, communication started to taper off. I also didn't receive a walkthrough on how to use the new pump -- just the manual. Overall, Craig really knows pools and gets the job done efficiently.
