I was told that your response to the repair was that you don't do repairs and that it needed to be repaired before services would be reinstated. My review was on the lack of repair options, now if she misunderstood that's her/our fault (see I'm holding her/us accountable). No need to try and air out something that I already said we didn't own up to-payment. If you can make it out on Wednesday you'll get your fee and I'd like for you to provide a quote on repairs, if not, thank you for your service and best of luck in your business.

It was gross, and very un healthy. After the Spa turned green my past Pool cleaning company just walked away, and did nothing about it. They did not care ! I had a balance due which I was going to pay once he resolved an issue with the pool and spa light which he provided an update and agreed to his response. I then had issues with my jacuzzi the water level kept emptying. He said it's a simple fix I'll take care of it he changed out a $30 part he did not charge me for. He said let me know if it works to see what can be done. I told him the following day it didn't he then started to say not sure what to say it was low before we stated. He then sent me pictures to show it was already existing. None of this was said before he agreed to the job and which I assume he would let me know and put in writing if it was existing. I was surprised to his response and said ok, I then told him the water level was low however not empty. His response was to continue to send pictures to try to prove he has nothing to do with it. I told him not blaming you just need it fixed and a solution. I even sent him an easy fixes on YouTube to hope he would offer to check it to stand behind his work. His response was another picture of my jacuzzi saying you have cracks in the plaster you should fix that try to call someone that does plaster repair. I explained never had that issue before and just want it resolved. I thanked him hoping again he would stand behind his self states customer satisfaction that he says. I asked for my final receipt showing paid in full he then sent me a text with receipt and I asked him for an email of it and have not heard from him since. Again started off good the pool equipment itself looks fine just hard to understand how someone will not come and check work related to what they were working on. Again this was not a cheap investment. Not satisfied would not recommend. Hope He sees this and rethinks and at least offers to properly check the system.
