This is an important step necessary to be done correctly from the very beginning if not you will have to start over. Madison will tell you how they want the documents notarized before they pass it along to the other countries consulate for their certification. This is particularly important because of identity fraud and security. We worked with both of the notaries and they were both patient with doing the paperwork accurately each time. We're very lucky to have this service available. This location is disable accessible with a ramp available on the eastern side of the building. I simply send them an email with attached images and instructions, and generally within the day they'll respond either with clarifying questions or the time it will be ready for pick up. Sometimes I just need a few sheets of paper printed in color/high-quality so I'll just stop in and have them do it on site. Normally doesn't take more than a few minutes. Lately their employees haven't seemed the most pleasant or happy to help you, but I did see a sign explaining that they are short-staffed, so perhaps that's it. I definitely give them some grace, as I'm sure they're trying their best. Do note, they now have a $5 minimum for printing items, which I suppose makes sense. I've felt bad the times I've stopped in for something small and swiped my card for $2.81. I have yet to have an error in anything I've had done here, so I will undoubtably return again and again.
