What WAS the problem was as soon as the car wash arms started moving I noticed the drivers side arms didn't have any soap coming out. Either frozen or blocked, some was dribbling out so I'd assume blocked. Then the passenger side arm came from the back to the front doing the same. At the end, I had paid$12.00 for the premium wash, the passenger side arms dropped all in the floor the hot wax.
