I signed a year contract in August 2021, and the company sent a rep. to do the initial spray of my house and property. I was told it would be monthly, and they have never showed since, but charged my card $40 per month since. I just called today to ask why they haven't shown since, and the lady on the phone said, "oh sir, you have quarterly service not monthly." Ok, lets do a little math here......August 2021 until February 2022 is 6 months. Shouldn't they have been here twice if that were the case? I have cameras at the house, and I work out of my garage daily with the door open. I went and looked back at my cameras everyday that they stated they were here. Complete lies.... So if your looking to sign a service agreement with this company, go back and reread how I was treated. I will be looking for a new pest control service. read more

I usually don't give one star reviews unless I have experienced repeated disappointment with a company. Everyone can have a bad day right? Yesterday marked the THIRD time that they have said they would come on a specific day and did not. It's a bummer to wait around all day for a service to be completed and then it never is. Also, we paid extra for the German roach treatment and we had to remind them, more than once, to come out and finish the treatment (it's a two step process). On top of that, we are not seeing many results with the service provided. Overall it seems like a lot of money to spend to not get results. There are other good pest control companies out there, so maybe it's better to not waste your time and money on this one. read more

So far a terrible experience . Called out 4 times in a week. 1st time forgot equipment. 2nd time covered only a portion of the home. 3rd time had to come out to lay down bait vs the initial pest control. (Whatever that means) Now requesting them to come a 4th time in a week as we are starting to see ants everywhere. Got bit a few times. I mean everywhere. I have an infant so I am concerned and told they wouldn't come out for another 7 days. Terrible service. Save your money and time till they get their shit together. None of these issues existed prior to. The only reason we called was due to some wasps outside in the back patio. read more

I saw him thoroughly scrub away areas where wasps had been nesting. He thoroughly treated the outside and he treated the inside areas as well. The company only cares about money and not their employees or customers. I got really injured in March of 2023 and went under major surgery to my left Knee or Femur. After a year when the surgeon finally set me up for light service, the HR department after many weeks demanded for me to come to the office everyday for a salary position only which offered no chance of any commissions at all. Traveling rob hat office would cost me over $120. A week in gas charges. The HR department was a very uncaring department which wanted to end my employment.i never received the items in my truck which Chris S. Promised to bring to me 4 different times since the injury. which she never came through. Berrett's only cares for themselves and not their clients or their employees. In March of 2022 Chris the Dallas sales manager set up a special incentive that stated if we exceeded our last February sales by over 10% they would pay us a $100. Gift card. I went from $19K to $39l and I've never received that incentive. . That is how they work to get more sales. Berrett does not follow through with their incentive plans at all. Nathan no Steve care about their employees or their customers. They just care about MoNEY! read more

Used them in 2015 to help my parents, had trouble scheduling services, and ended up having to cancel the services. They ended up changing platforms and I did not know of this cancellation fee. Never got a notice or calls on this, although my number is correct and so is my email with them. I even checked my online account with them. After noticing this odd charge on my credit report years later, I called them and they said they would make the cancellation debt disappear if I renewed for a year of service. Troy did get in contact with me to remedy the issue, which I appreciate, but with no paper or electronic trail of communication, I ended up just paying the debt collector to remedy the issue, now that I am aware of it 3 years later. Maybe their services are good, I don't remember now, but I dock points for the communication issues and recent hassle I had to go through. read more

Their "unlimited" quarterly contract is a joke. The contract explicitly states the pests that are covered, however, when you actually have a pest that needs to be taken care of, it's an extra charge. The manager said "yes your contract does not state that this treatment is extra, however that's just how we do it". Extremely poor service. Completely breech of contract.
