Chad came out to look at my GE dishwasher which quit working after just 2 1/2 years. After diagnosing the problem the repair would have cost about $500 (2 circuit boards) and we determined it would be better to invest in a new dishwasher. After I had the new dishwasher delivered, he returned to install the new one and haul away the old one at a much lower cost than what the box store I purchased the dishwasher from would have charged. What I appreciate most about Chad is he returns phone calls and states clearly that he might not be able to get back to you ASAP. Chad is, simply put -- AMAZING! My dryer had stopped working. I called him and even though his schedule is jam packed, he made time for me. within a couple of days. Came out, took my dryer apart, cleaned it, and fixed the problem! He is extremely easy to work with, very friendly, HONEST, and definitely knows what he's doing. His prices are extremely reasonable. Our 9 yr old $3k refrigerator freezer quit keeping things cold & frozen all of a sudden. After signing up for a Sears repair appt that was 3.5 weeks out, I started looking at other options. Saw Berry's Appliance reviews & made the call & canceled Sears. Chad was able to fit us in the following week & quickly located the issue & ordered the part, we even had him update the water hose. Chad is a busy repairman, which tells you he is good! We had a leaking clothes washer and he fit us in between other calls to check it out. A penny had become stuck in the washer's pump and cracked the housing. He ordered the part and we scheduled a time for him to return and install it. It was great service and a reasonable rate. Chad is great! The drain pump in my LG washer went out, and repairing it required removing the front panel and the door seal, something I didn't want to tackle myself. Chad showed up when he said he would, and got it repaired in half an hour, for much less than I thought it would cost.
