Most ask for vaccines but then never verify anything. I let them know I'd be staying in the area in case my little man was not able to be groomed. He hates water, the blow dryer and is skittish around strangers. He was abused indoors before he was rescued so he's not a fan of new places either. They told me it would take 2-3 hours even though he didn't need to get trimmed at all. I walked out thinking this is never going to work. When no call came within 5 minutes I was a little surprised. Then the phone rings 40 minutes later....I thought.... there it is, he's not going to make it through. It's only been 40 minutes and not even close to the 2-3 hour eta. To my surprise, they told me he's ready for pickup and he did great. I was truly shocked. Shelly did a phenomenal job. My only negative is that they opened the little gate to the back room before having the leash on my dog. There were other dogs in the waiting room which was not a big deal but had someone opened the front door or had been walking in, my dog would have darted out immediately and would have likely run right out into the street. That didn't happen thankfully but it crossed my mind when I had to grab him by the bandana they put around his neck. I'm grateful that was on him. I will return and will request Shelly ever time. I'm glad I found this place and appreciate all the attention they gave my pup.

The technician was kind to our pet, but I was surprised that no one initially checked our pet's temperature or assessed his condition based on his symptoms; we had to remind the staff to do so before we left. Dr. C made a poor initial impression with his curt demeanor. He seemed short and almost dismissive of our pet's situation. For instance, he did not introduce himself when he came in and after a brief greeting, he pointed to the table for our dog and began his assessment without allowing us to provide input. He was halfway out the door before he finally asked if we had any questions. However, It came off as more of a formality versus actually caring if we had any questions and addressing them. The initial interaction, lasting less than two minutes, felt rushed and impersonal, reflecting poor bedside manner. However, Dr. C significantly redeemed himself when he returned with the medications and was very polite and more attentive. Additionally, a gentleman named Alex was extremely kind and helpful, answering many of my questions and putting my mind at ease in the reception lobby. Overall, our experience mostly positive and if I had to point out any areas of improvement , it would be the overall bedside manners that the doctor provided with patients. With that being said, I would return.

Our 9 year old dog went through many years with bad groomers and now for the past few years we have been taking her to Quinci after the first groom, Mia happily goes in. No longer terrified of the groomer. 3. I LOVE that she doesn't use kennels. She gets the dog in and then out and usually in less than hour, which is incredible. What a horrible experience! We came looking to buy electric clippers. They don't have the actual…read moreboxes out to buy, but paper slips that you take up front and then they go grab the clippers from the back. An anti-theft thing. Totally fine with that. We go to buy the clippers and they are $99 in store, but $77 if we buy online from petsmart.com. They say there is nothing they can do about that. Also fine I guess. Stupid, but fine. We are in a hurry so we just buy them. The employee says the person who can grab them for us out of the back is on break and we will have to wait. We wait 20 minutes before the person gets back from break. They go to the back and then come back out saying they are actually out of stock of those clippers! At this point we've waited 30 minutes. They look up in the system and tell us a different petsmart location has them in stock and we can go buy them there. Then they make us "return" what we already bought because they can't just let us go pick them up from the other store. How is this location still in business? Why do we even bother going to a brick and mortar?? Amazon it is from here on out.

I went into the grooming salon, was checking in and the gal tells me they won't groom him. Why? Because he came in with a muzzle! WTF!!! Rude and condescending I told them this was BS my dog doesn't bite or anything else. He just has a loud, annoying bark. too bad thats the Petsmart policy!!! i grabbed my purse and was walking out and a gal called after me in a condescending voice. "Have a nice day" i told her to " F.O" and within 10 minutes i had another appt for my dog with a " Decent" groomer!!! i'll never go to Petsmart again. i see why they have such crappy reviews! ive spent a lot of money with Petsmart but i will not buy the food, toys, treats, grooming EVER AGAIN!!! Don't take you pets there! they are awful!
