Scott is the most honest and competent, licensed and insured plumber I have come across. Our story starts with a leak who knows where. No sign of water leaking or damage. They came in and found the area and informed me of the bad news that I have multiple slab leaks. This is where plumbers have you by the you know what and some will use this emergency situation to take advantage. They were able to bypass the leaks with a temporary fix for us to get through the weekend while he plans out a much bigger job then either of us anticipated. Sam saved the day! We just moved into a house in Irvine and less than two weeks after we moved in, the toilet in the master bathroom started leaking. I was very anxious about finding a plumber, let alone an efficient one, quickly. I called the number on the website and got a call back in less than an hour. Sam was at our house pretty soon after that. Sam was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. He gave us all options, including the cheaper ones. Best plumbers out there! Called these guys both for a home issue and a plumbing issue at work. At home I had an issue with my garbage disposal and it was making a weird noise. I tried sticking my hand down there to see what was up but couldn't figure it out. Went online and found berrys plumbing and they were at my house within the day to see what the problem was. The guy that came was super nice and helpful. I didn't feel nickel and dimed, the pricing is super fair and comparable. He showed me the problem and what I can do in the future if it happened again (which was awesome since he didn't have to do that) Second time I called these guys was for a clogged drain at my work. I work at a dog wash in Huntington Beach so lots of hair and sand is always clogging the drains. One day one of the drains was totally backed up so I called my favorite plumbers and to the rescue they came! Once again very fair in pricing and fixed the clog within half an hour. Early Friday afternoon our water heater began to seriously leak. We thought we would either be without hot water for the weekend or have to pay an after hour premium to have a plumber either repair or install a new one. I called Berry's Plumbing, a plumber my parents had used and were very happy with. Sandy took my message and told me that I would receive a call shortly from the plumber. Within three minutes Sam called, asked a few questions and said he would arrive at our home in approximately half an hour. He arrived, as promised. He replaced an old pipe, which was backing up, for a good price and 1 months later when we were still having minor back up issues he came out and rooted the cast iron pipe it was connected to 25+ feet to the city line for no charge even though it wasn't expected. He just wants happy return customers. Our house is almost 60 years old so he'll be on our speed dial until we can save enough to have him replace the old plumbing.
