One of our showers wouldn't shut off, so I had to turn off the water to the entire house. I called Rockstar, and Ricardo was at our home within three hours. Ricardo quickly diagnosed the problem and worked with Snyder Diamond and, ultimately, the faucet manufacturer to get the correct replacement cartridge. Once I saw how thorough and efficient he was, I asked him to tackle a few other projects while he was here. He performed the annual maintenance on our three tankless water heaters, replaced the worn components in three Toto toilets that have had chronic running issues after flushing, and fixed two leaking faucets that seemed to decide to act up at exactly the same time. Every job was completed quickly, and everything has worked perfectly since. What impressed me most wasn't just that Ricardo knew what he was doing. It was how efficiently he worked. He diagnosed problems quickly, came prepared, and got everything taken care of without wasting time. Today, we have a fully functioning shower, three serviced water heaters, toilets that no longer run, and faucets that don't leak. With the help of a factory tech at Navien, Joseph was able to quickly diagnose and correct the problem associated with that code and didn't require an new parts to make that happen. As I am not a professional, I would have taken Joseph's direction if he had wanted to up-sell me, but he did NOT exploit that opportunity. His honesty, competence and desire to invest in repeat business overrode the pure profit motive and that will serve both he and his company very well. He said he was closing and would charge $750/hr. Water was running down the street so I texted people on Yelp and Angie's list. The first company I contacted said they'd be here in a hour. An hour later I called and they said maybe I should call somewhere else. I called a second plumber who said they'd put me on the list and get back to me in a couple of hours. Then I texted Carlos Molina, he was a half hour away and came exactly at the time he said he would. He stopped the leak and started to determine the source. He didn't give up until he identified the problem, then came back the next day and finished the job. Carlos Molinas is true to his word, is a great guy, and did a fantastic job fixing my water main leak. On top of that, he felt he charged me a more than fair price.
