DONT SHOP HERE My experience with Bert's mega Mall I live in the antelope Valley so I'm about an hour and a half drive away Magic who is the sales manager talked me up and made me feel like I was getting this great deal so I agreed and when I got down there letting them know I was fighting a blizzard and in a rush to make it back home fearing I was going to get stuck down there because of freeway shut downs putting my trust in Bert's mega Mall only to find out that they had a sticker price for $16,399 on the car that I purchased and then when I looked at my paperwork they charged me over $1000 more when I called down there and talk to magic The sales manager he told me that it was an assembly charge I'm sorry but if we are just throwing extra charges without letting me know and changing numbers by over $1000 I would think you would let me know about itI would think the sale Price would be the first line and any other charges would be on a separate line ending up with your final price I mean at that point why not just charge me $1000 for the half tank of gas that you put in it complete crap in my opinion they will charge the customer whatever they want at the end of the day knowing that I was in a rush and putting my trust in them they took complete advantage of me knowing that I was fighting a blizzard and needed to get back home then told me when I talk to him we showed you all the paperwork and you signed you're right Burts you showed me all the paperwork and you got my name on the bottom of it good job your sales team really knows how to take advantage of the customers putting our faith in you to treat us right and only to find out that it really is just about the paycheck for you they bounced me around 10 different people and when I ended up signing my paperwork because I did not want the extended warranty and that's were there finance guys make their money after I told him I could not afford any more he became super rude and insulting because I could not afford there warranty on the monthly payment when I talk to them they tried everything they could to divert me from the sales price write down to the point of them telling me to go talk to my friends on what kind of deal I got I'm sorry Bert's I don't care what kind of deals my friends got or their opinion about my deal I only care about my deal and those two numbers should have been the same I put my trust in you to take care of me and treat me right as a small business owner myself I have customers that put their trust in me every day and I aim to treat every customer just as I would treat myself but I get it you guys are the biggest off-road business biggest in the world and I'm just a number to you I will not be recommending any of my friends of whom I have a super lot of and six of them in the market right now or in the near future I do not believe this is the way to treat anybody that works hard for their money Bert's took complete advantage of the situation and it's my own fault for putting my trust in them to treat me right just to let you know this is the short story and I believe that we should treat people the way we want to be treated making it fair for both parties involved I can't help but think that they sat back and laughed at me as I was walking out of the store telling the new guys now that's how you make a sale unfortunately Bert's owner agrees that it's OK to advertise a sale price on the floor and just because I'm an hour and a half away and could not see The sales price that they were advertising it's OK to charge someone $1200 more than the guy who walks through the front door to see the sales price again the proof is in the pictures nowhere on any of my paperwork does it say 16 399 and that's because I did not get the price that the guy would've got walking through the front door they took complete advantage of the fact that I was so far away and charge me $$1200 more then advertised the proof is in the pictures I would never treat a customer this way and I would have been willing to work with Burt's to make this right they offered me a free camera for their mistake I just think they're hundred dollar camera doesn't make up for my $1200 loss so I told them to keep their camera again as a small business owner I strive to take care of each and every customer to this store they have not even tried to make things right with me and here we are almost 2 weeks later and nothing buyer beware you are just a number just a sale and if you are not very knowledgeable like I'm not don't worry there sales team will be ready to take your money to they got me for $1200 above the sale price they were advertising read more

So went in here just looking. But of course when you want something you decide to take a shot at it which I did. Our salesmen Yogi was great he was informative and had great customer service but this review isn't about him. It about one of the managers. I work in customer service myself so I know first had the part of making sure we can install trust and the "Choose us because ..." So once Yogi came back after running the application the manager comes out. He seemed great like he was trying to help and get me on the bike we wanted. Unfortunately they needed a check stub which I didn't have on me because I went in looking which I understood. So he said to me why don't you send it to me and I'll send it over to the bank. I said great he also stated the sooner you get that too me the quicker I can have an answer and we can even get you back in today to get the paper work completed. I said well great I live in Downey so I went straight home send the picture. I never got an updated call or text that he had received it. So of course because this is something I want I called the store making sure he had received it. I ask to speak to him they stated he was with a customer which I understood. Store gets busy sales come in and out. So I spoke with Yogi the salesman and he confirmed with me that he had received it. I said okay great should be receiving a call. Waited and waited and waited. No updates or calls. I called when I guess the manager work on my application was either going home or in this case had already gone home. I then spoke to Yogi again he stated that he would shoot him a text or call because unfortunately he didn't know that update. I was a bit upset at this point that I didn't even receive a call from the manager at least stating to me hey this is the update and I will call you tomorrow or something. In the managers defense he ended up calling me I guess out of work hours and gave me an updated that the banks still hasn't given him a respond something about them pending. At this point I was a little better he took time from his personal time and called me and have me a very good update. He stated he would call me by 12 if not to call him. The next day. I waited on a call and I didn't not receive anything. I attempted to call the store he was with a customer. I then had hit my line. This is the 2nd day and still not update. What bothered me the most is that one conversation I had with him in the store was very ensuring I left very happy and even told my boyfriend how wonderful it was to find someone who speaks the truth. At the end of it all I sent a text because again attempted to call him at the store and I couldn't get through. I stated that I want to withdrawal the application and thank you for well not much. I was thinking maybe I would receive a call maybe him attempting to try to give me a explanation not for the banks "pending" but maybe for him saying one this and doing another. All I received was a simple text stating "the bank is still pending" it's been maybe about 2 weeks still not some type of courtesy call. What a joke. read more

I have to say after reading some of these reviews it's apparent that people in LA can be high maintenance. I've never seen such a bunch of cry babies in my entire life. One complained that they couldn't find "exactly" what they were looking for at Bert's or any other dealer...they were from West Covina and had checked several other dealers prior to going to Bert's which is located in Covina...gotta question their intelligence if they had to check other dealers first before hitting the largest dealer on the planet that is in their own backyard. Another guy complained because he wasn't given important "maintenance" information before he left with his scooter...dude, that's what the owners manual is for...get home and read it. It's amazing to me how people want to be spoon fed their entire lives. Then he was upset because couldn't get his scooter in right away without an appointment. You didn't mention you were movie star...maybe if you had told them you were Brad Pitt you might have gotten in right away. He takes it to another dealer and is told about this important maintenance that's needed...sure, you just sat there and complained about Berts to the service guy, of course he's going to try to make his dealership look great by giving you that extra special attention right there, right then...why didn't you shop there when you bought in the first place? Then there's the person that doesn't like the dealership, but was happy to spend an hour beating a salesman down a few hundred dollars. I understand times are tough and we want to save every dollar we can, but you're living in the land of plenty...if you live in LA and aren't making more than $400 an hour you're in the wrong place...I don't think this negotiating tactic was the best use of your 60 minutes...but hey, maybe I'm wrong. Let's not forget that dealerships are entitled to make a profit, that's what pays for that building, that inventory, the lights, the air conditioning and everything else that goes along with giving you that special experience. Not EVERY person, unfortunately is going to be able to walk out of Bert's happy, you can't satisfy EVERY person...it's impossible. I don't live in LA, I'm from the midwest, we could only be so lucky to have a dealership like Berts in our area...we're not backwards, we just don't have a market that could support such a store. But I've been to Bert's three times and received exceptional service each and every time...without question. Maybe it's my midwest demeanor where I tend to treat people with respect from the get go...maybe it's my expectations...they aren't unrealistic. Bert's is truly a Mega store...it's almost unbelievable...the selection is unmatched, the experience is incredible to say the least. I can tell you this, you can go there with high expectations, in most cases I think Bert's will surpass them...maybe not EVERY time...but more often than not. I will without doubt be back to Bert's in the future, and I look forward to every opportunity to walk through their doors...even their parking lot is impressive!! read more

I went on Saturday 19,2011 to Bert's to go look for a jet ski, i had talked to a sales person on the phone that Thursday prior because i had seen a 2008 Sea-Doo RXT-X for $7999. The sales guy was very happy to tell me that the ski was there and that the price was good. Well i had a budget of $10,000 as you can see this ski is well with in my price range. When i got there Saturday looked at all they had to offer and i might say i was impressed. Afters checking out all there ski's i finally decided what i wanted, of course the Sea-Doo was the way to go. I had my sales guy paged and came over and we started talking about the ski i wanted. This guy started talking about the ski i wanted and giving me all the odds and ends about the ski, very knowledgeable was very impressed. Talked about the price and said that he would honor the price because the ski i wanted was sold. I said no problem cause he would honor the price on a other ski same year. I said lets fill paper work and we did, this is were it got tricky. Advice if you fill paper work out only fill on the ski you want to buy, the reason is if you sign anything else that is what they will try to put you in. I know i don't have the best of credit but my girl has awesome credit so i was going to use her as a co-signer. The processed started around 1:30pm we finished around 5:45pm. They said that HSBC Sea-doo could not finance and dint give us a reason. The they said that Yamaha could and i looked at a few Yamaha's and only one cough my eye and i said this is the one i like. The sales guy said no problem that was the doable, all of the sudden that one was not doable either and wanted to put me in lower class model which did not want. the sales manager came out with my sales guy and this guy was a lil weasel. Every sentence ended with why don,t you put it on a credit card or sign me a check for a down payment. When i told him this is what i can afford and told me the same thing i said no deal and walked away. also the ski they were trying to sell was $14,000 when they knew i had a $10,000 budget. It just don't make seance. Don't qualify for a $8,000 ski but i do for $14,000 one just don't make seance. This is not a good way to do business sell me what i want. My whole take on this is they made a mistake on the price on this Doo and could not fix it and really would not honor the price this sound like a bait and hook trick SHADY PLACE WATCH OUT THEY WILL TRY TO STICK YOU WITH WHAT THEY WANT AND NOT HONOR THERE PRICES. I purchased a new Triumph motorcycle yesterday. I normally do not give top ratings when doing customer reviews. I simply have nothing to complain about at this point. The purchase process started with a call to the Sales Department. Greg Delgado gave me a very competitive quote. Greg was straight-forward and did not try any of the salesperson Jedi mind tricks. Because of this, I decided to drive the 2-3 hour distance and make the purchase. Upon arrival, Greg was unavailable. I believe I was told he was on a lunch break. Which was fine. Greg needs to eat, right? After a five minute wait I was greeted my a man who was not wearing the store uniform (Polo style shirt). The name he gave escapes me at the moment. He was friendly and eager to find the salesperson assigned to me. He introduced me to Ethan West. Ethan politely explained that Greg was unavailable and he would assist me with the purchase process. Ethan patiently answered my questions, and again, did not try any of the annoying sales tactics or change the original quote. After signing a few docs Ethan went to set up a meet with Finance. That's when Greg approached me and introduced himself. He apologized for not greeting me upon arrival. We chatted for a bit, until Ethan passed me over to Jami Still, the finance manager. Jami was also very polite and eager to answer any questions. I've purchased many new motorcycles, and from my experience, the finance person usually displays a slightly snooty attitude. Jami was friendly and clear about each document I was signing. When the purchase was complete Jami passed me back over to Ethan. Ethan showed me where the parts department was, and walked me to the counter to receive a free T-shirt. Ethan then took me to the Service area to take possession of the motorcycle. The Service representative was also very friendly, and extremely thorough. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name either. The Service rep and his co-worker carefully loaded the bike into my truck and patiently helped me secure it. During this whole experience I was expecting some sort of disappointing surprise. The store was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. They even have a coffee shop that sells food items. I like how Ethan, Greg, and the rest of the crew appeared to work as a team to attempt give me the best experience they could. They communicated well with each other. The store seems to have a very efficient sales process that doesn't sacrifice customer service. This is probably related to the large amount of inventory they move. Bert's will definitely be one of the first stores I contact when making my next motorcycle purchase. Received a great price, with the appropriate customer service. Do NOT buy anything from here, PERIOD! But since Yelp would like an explanation, here it is. If I could give these scum bags a zero star rating I would. Don't just take my review for it make sure you read all the other 1 star reviews. I went to Berts on 9/10/2017, was casually looking at bikes and of course got the high pressure salesman to tire me out and I allowed him to run my credit. Lucas ran my credit, came back with some paperwork and said "We're technically closed so sign these quickly so we can get the numbers for you!" Yeah my fault for skimming the paperwork because they gave me paperwork to sign up for Yamaha financing. Again my fault for not reading. However very shady on their part that Lucas hid that from me and simply said "Sign this so we can run your credit, typical paperwork." What a load of BS! Low (how I would describe Berts all together) and behold in reading other reviews, others have got screwed the same as me. Now you can say read what you sign, but why do business with a company that wants to slip one past you? Which brings me to Casper! Perfect name for this white POS bald headed white Mother F-er.! (I DESCRIBED HIM IN DETAIL IN CASE THE NAME IS FAKE). He had the nerve to tell me that since I made them stay late I owed them a sale. Check it out, I didn't say please run my credit. He said he scratched my back by shaving off an extra 400$ if I could put down 600$, which would save me 1,000$. LOL not only was his mind games misleading, "save 1K" it would be me simply financing less, but not getting 1K knocked off the price as he tried to word it. Owe you? Great guilt trip, sorry tactic to force a sale. And you became a sales manager pulling this crap? Berts is terrible because 1 bad Apple ruins the bunch, and I dealt with 2 in one night. Not to mention the first guy (Asian, no name) that suggested I NOT get insurance to save money. LOL I can't wait til these idiots pull this crap on the wrong person, because karma! The only time I will ever return to Berts is to save someone from making MY mistake or to warn people to spend money elsewhere. I regret buying 1,200$ worth of gear from them just a few months prior. Do yourself a favor and buy from a different bike dealer, 9/10 will match or beat the price of Berts. Lastly they only advertise 4 & 5 star reviews on their site. If that isn't a red flag in itself, idk what is. Be sure to read all the 1 star reviews, too many of us have similar situations. If you are looking for a great shopping experience this is the place to go. We went in looking at a used bike and ended up rid8ng off with a great deal on a New GSXS1000F. Firstly, the shop.. Large and well lit with a great coffee bar and numerous sitting areas and a restroom of such quality one would think they were in an upscale restaurant! Ron really hit what is important to a customer as he also has displays and a great collection of equipment that are presented with a great presence and the Parts Department is highly diverse while the service department is meant to accommodate those of us who choose to wait around. Larry was our first contact and he was quick to act upon our decision to purchase a used motorcycle and introduced us to Greg while he ran paperwork. Greg is a good guy and he hung out while we tire kicked offering us assistance if we had questions and when he met with Larry to show us the deal on the used bike we presented a change of heart that instead of leading to a high pressure sale on what we had them run the numbers for, our change was met with enthusiasm and zero negative feedback which i felt was great! Paperwork came presented clearly and with no fine print as quickly as it was round filed to start the sale of the new bike. When we met with Gary in the finance department the same situation appeared where paperwork was clean clear and precise as well as organized, and ran into another delay thanks to our credit union placing a limit on funds per day. Still no problem as we were taking delivery next day so like a gentleman's company a handshake was all we needed to send the bike to be prepped. Upon delivery the bike was looking fantastic and when the serviceman Sean went over the equipment and standard issues such as traction control, new tires and paperwork.. I was off and heading home with a smile!.Not only was everything easy to read this shop made every other I have been to look like it was dial up fax machine slow! The shop is an A+ business in my opinion and i have been to numerous dealers and purchased 7 bikes over the last 5 years, the last two Suzuki and have to say, Thank you Bert's Mega Mall!! Top Notch from the front desk to the service exit! The GSXS sound is really really cool. When they say roadster they meant it! On a side note.. if your on the fence about a 1000 from a 600, buy a GSXS. The bike is loaded with safety features and the throttle if not attended will always choose to cut power over over irregular surfaces instead of pull your arms back and grab throttle. "Bert's asked for me for an update for my review, Well here's my update. Only been 20 days ago sense my last issue with the brand new motorcycle I bought from this Dealership (My previous issue was that the bike couldn't start back up). And here I am again, stuck on a shoulder of the entrance of a freeway. This time it's not that it doesn't want to start up but now THE ENGINE SEIZURES in mid ride! It happens when I go past 3rd gear, so when I hit 4th (This is a 5 speed bike) the engine shuts off. Unfortunately this happened to me on a Sunday in which the service department is close, so now I have to wait and see what the excuse it's going to be this time. As the owner replied in my last review (Which I will also be posting the screenshot of their reply They're going to state that it was not their fault, "NOT DUE TO THEIR SHORTCOMINGS" (They told me) that this is a manufacture issue, but at this point I'am stumped and may just return the bike and ask for a new one or a different one depending on what they offer. I sure as hell don't just want a free oil change which is all they offered to me for my last incident, in which I had to scramble to even get (Yet I'am still awaiting for that Oil Kit). I'd cancel the contract if possible. Well you Yelpers, wish me luck I hope Berts takes care of this problem and makes it up for me missing yet another day of work. Just think twice before you choose Bert's mega Mall. Here's a video of me trying to start the bike, the bike barely starts, but if you know anything about motorcycles and listen closely you can actually hear the engine wanting to die." After not riding a bike for over 30 years I decided to finally get back into the sport and buy me a nice R3 Yamaha street bike. Then I went to the motorcycle safety foundation and took a 2-day class to help me remember the things I forgot and to knock the cobwebs off my skills After listening to the lectures I decided that my equipment was woefully outdated so I looked around to where I can buy the various things I needed with a good selection I'm 62 250 so some of it is limited I lived in Covina for years I remembered Bert's mega mall. So, I drove down to Bert's and when I get to the parts department first guy meet is a guy name Cesar Really nice guy but the more I talk to him the more I realize he is extremely knowledgeable and he really seem to care what I bought no matter the price or availability. When I asked questions, he would say save your money don't buy that but let me recommend this because .... several times I looked at things that were cheaper than what I was originally looking for Of course, the big high dollar item is a helmet because one good hard thump and now you're a rutabaga So, I spent my big money on that but being a big guy with a big head he really helped me out with fit comfort price and of course I wanted a Bluetooth to help with navigation etc. The guy is knowledgeable. I now consider Cesar family and have been to see him three times in 2 weeks and decided before I do anything I'm going to give him a call and get his recommendations, that includes buying my next bike. I bought pants, jacket, gloves, helmet, vest, Blue Tooth, and other misc. stuff, I was so impressed with the way he helps me that I even told his manager Mr. Huber It was really refreshing in this day and age to have somebody who gives a damn. he never rushed me. never pushed me never try to change my mind. He just listens let me talk and then gave me his opinions and we went from there. Everything I bought was spot on I just put it on and enjoy my bike. When we finally decided it was time to get back into the UTV hobby this season it was late October. My local orange county dealers told me supply was limited for the Two can am X-3 turbo cars that we wanted to purchase so there would be an extra fee on top of MSRP just because they couldn't afford to let them go for anywhere close to invoice price. "It's just business" they told me. I was not happy with paying a surcharge penalty because I didn't buy my cars in the summer time so i gave Bert's a call on a Friday night. Immediately an eager and knowledgeable salesperson answered and he said they have the biggest inventory to choose from (which they do). We quickly made a surcharge free deal that all parties were happy with. The next morning we were on our way to get our new SXS cars and take care of all of the details. When we arrived our guy was waiting for us to walk in the front door and took care of all the paperwork as efficiently as possible. As with any purchase there is some downtime waiting for the paper work to be processed before heading to the finance dept to finish up the transaction, lucky for us Bert's has a very nice cafe to eat at and a really huge parts department to browse in. After finance was handled we then were taken over to the guys that handed us the keys to our new X-3 cars. They went over the entire X-3 with us and answered any last minute questions about maintenance and all of the buttons on the dash of this high tech vehicle that we had. To say that the whole process went very well from start to finish would be an understatement. But how do you get two cars home with one truck and a 6 week wait time for a trailer that can fit two 72" wide cars? The icing on the cake of this purchase was that Bert's also had the custom width 26' flatbed trailer in stock that i needed to get my cars home and to the desert. Bert's has the bases covered when it comes to getting what you need without driving a zillion different places to get it. We were using our amazing X-3 cars the next day and couldn't be happier with them. As with our last SXS purchase of two XP-1000 cars in 2014. I'll start with Sales... Larry over there has turned out to be one the best reps I've ever dealt with. He's completely a great guy all around and very knowledgeable especially in Ducatis as hes been the main rep for about 20 yrs, I believe but his experience goes bounds beyond just that and whats one of the greatest characteristics of Larry is if for any reason it does step outside his very large wheel house he won't just blow hot air. He'll actually take the time and effort to get the right info on whatever you might want or be looking for. I believe I'm on the 4th or 5th purchase of one toy or another with Larry and wouldn't think of taking any future interests anywhere else. Not to mention just a super down to earth nice guy you'd be glad to know and better yet call a friend. If your in the market be sure to seek him out, he'll get you hooked up right for sure. Onto Service. Robbie over in this department sets a new standard for service advisor. If you've been to Berts you know how big and busy it is and can get but regardless of that Robbie will make sure you're not just shuffled through and given a number. He spends the right time with you double checking and often triple checking to be sure any and all concerns are thought through, mentioned and recorded. His follow ups and updating are unheard of. I've literally never had to wonder, is my bike gonna be ready?, is it being thoroughly checked out? The simple fact is Robbies already doing it time after time. Also going that extra effort to ensure that even the manufactures recommendations are verified and proper for what's happening. On top of all of that Robbies one of the nicest guys to work with and know and easily consider him more than an advisor but a friend. If you get the chance to have any service performed with Berts, go with Robbie and you'll easily understand why he's such a good dude. Great group here! Don't be fooled by any bratty reviews... So here is my update on Burts, my previous review still stands, sales team treated me great, very flexible and recommend them BUT the service department might possibly be the most uneducated and worst mechanics I've ever laid eyes on. Starting with them saying an oil change would take 5+ hours once they began work then leading into my second oil change which I did at home. I was forced to use Berts service for my first 600 mile service per Yamaha warranty but all following services I am able to complete at home and let me just say THANK GOD. I left Burts with my oil level at the bottom of the sight glass and had to purchase a quart to fill it to manufacturers spec and the mechanic told me "don't worry bro it's supposed to be at the bottom like that" like I'm some kind of idiot then continued to insult me by asking if I checked the oil "while the bike is running because that's how you're supposed to check it" either he is that ignorant (which is sad to see someone like that working on people's brand new machines that could take their life) or he was trying to insult me. Now post oil change at home these clowns they call "mechanics" tightened my oil filter so tight that using the proper oil filter wrench it actually was ripping the casing of the filter taking it off, once off I examined the threads on the filter to see that they tightened it so tight that they etched in a half loop of thread onto the filter, but they did not stop there, the drain plug is half rounded out from them cranking the absolute hell out of it, I would assume these ding dongs use impacts on every nut and bolt on these bikes and do no understand what a torque wrench is and why manufacturers have a PROPER torque spec for every nut and bolt. absolutely disgusting work ethic that they have, please take this as a warning and do NOT use their service, incredibly over priced (which I do not mind if the work is done CORRECTLY) and will ruin your machines. read more

Not unlike reviewers mention here, these guys are pretty shady. I was interested in trading in my bike on one worth less according to KBB. I just wanted to know how much I'd have to pay extra for the convenience. After two hours of waiting while they were looking for "better financing" for me they finally came back. They had a terrible offer on the used and had prepared a quote on a bike I didn't want (and with me telling them I just wanted the number, that I didn't want to use their financing any ways.) They wanted me to pay nearly $5k to walk out with a bike worth less than my trade-in.Their trade-in offer was ridiculously low and their used price on a bike was only a couple hundred lower than MSRP with over 13k miles on it. I told them I wasn't interested and that I wanted my documents back. IT's their imperative to set prices, but I don't have to agree with them. The first guy argued with me for 10-15 mins, then said he'd get the docs. He returned with the useless "Internet Sale VIP". I told them I wasn't interested, I just wanted my docs so I could go. I had to argue with those two for 10-15 mins. Then the first salesman went to "get my docs". He returned with a useless floor manager, still without my docs. I argued with him for 10-15 mins until he went and got my stuff. He was surprised that I then said I was leaving. He refused to shake my hand. They was clearly holding my documents hostage as a negotiating tactic. Well, when I got home I was super peeved, so I called my attorney. They told me I should have called the police the second they refused to return my docs, and then called them. What they are doing as a "negotiating tactic" is 100% wrong. Still weighing my options. Purchased a Can Am maverick X3 Max Xrs RR yesterday. I already had negotiated numbers and had approval before going in . This was the second one I purchased this week, other one I had purchased at Del Amo Motorsports, but they were closed. Decided to give bertz an opportunity. Once I got there with my cousins, Apollo came and said hello. Showed us the vehicle and showed us a Polaris we were undecided about. Once we were waiting for finance we went back to look at the maverick again and there was an oil leak where the car was. Sent a picture over to Apollo , never got a response back so I went to go look for him. Told him , said he would bring it up to service. Didn't really seem like he cared at that point anymore since we were almost done with purchase . Finance did an good job, very cool guy. Once we finished finance Apollo couldn't be found to walk us over to the vehicle. Got to the vehicle with the service attendant and mentioned the oil leak to him. Said he wasn't aware of it and nobody told him anything. Pages Apollo over and he never showed up, so we started doing the walk around on the vehicle and found the oil leak coming from the axles. Service attendant said he would let management know and give us another vehicle. I called Apollo to let him know, he came and took the paperwork. waited 30min outside for him till I got frustrated and walked back inside to find out what was going to happen since I was clueless of what was going on at that point. Found a manager and he updates us with what was going on, so we waited for finance and redid paperwork. Never saw Apollo again ... just seemed like they didn't really care the whole time. Where do I begin........So far I have had an awesome experience at Bert's Mega Mall buying my new Can-am Maverick X3 XRS!!!!! From the great sales guy's ( Marco & Jimmy ) and a few others that I can't remember all of their names right now, Really helped me with the selection of my car!!! They helped me locate a car and gave me a great deal on the car even know everyone and their brother is trying to get this car, which no other dealer was able to get it for me in time for my up coming Thanksgiving Glamis trip. Marco then introduced me to Junior in the parts department who spent at least 3 or 4 hours over two different days helping me select all the after market parts and getting all of the out of stock parts ordered. And Finally there was the MAN, the MYTH, The LEGEND.....Mr. Will Rivera. I am brand new to the whole off roading world and knew absolutely nothing about these cars and how to build them. All i knew is I wanted a good reliable car that i could go out and have fun with and make it look bad ass!!! Will in the custom shop took the time to explain how and why different items worked and didn't work. he took the time to ask me what i was looking for and what i expected and spent several hours going over my car in person and over the phone. The car is in the custom shop at Bert's as we speak getting the final items installed and I'm so excited to see how everything turns out???? But with all of the time and caring interest Will has given me just getting to this point I have no doubt that the finished results will be amazing!!!! GO SEE KENNEDY AT BERT"S MEGA MALL!!!!!! I don't know what all these other reviews are bitchin about because they sound SO unlike the experience I got when I came to buy. I did my research calling around to ALL dealerships in southern CA and Bert's was by far the absolute BEST price, they were actually under by HUNDREDS. I have family in the industry that are head exec's of Monster and Kawasaki and I wouldnt give my review if this place didn't 100% make me happy. I bought a 2012 kawasaki kx450, obviously not a cheap bike and I got a killer deal! I called first and there was no pressure or run around!! Kennedy was upfront, honest, and just willing to work with me at a price I was comfortable with to earn my business. Process was EASY!!! I went downt there and my paperwork was already started!! It took a few signatures and maybe an hour at most to be complete from start to finish!!! They went above and beyond and even helped suggest other parts we were intereseted in for the bike, AGAIN WITH NO PRESSURE TO BUY RIGHT THEN. I will definately return to them with anything I need to buy in the future. Staff was friendly from the moment I walked in, everyone said hello and asked if I was ok without being the typical car salesman style approach. Peopel usually only use these sites for negative experiences because something that was probably there own fault they couldnt get the toy they wanted!! I have never owned a side-by-side before. It was recommended by four other friends to go to Bert's and speak to a guy by the name of Art Wood who was very knowledgeable on side-by-sides, which was good since I didn't know one machine from the next. When I arrived, I asked the front desk if I could speak to a guy named Art. She made a call and he immediately showed up. He was nice enough to explain the differences in the SxS, provided an explanation on all of the accessories that I had viewed at different websites online, and provided any requested literature. My husband joined me a short time later and he had several questions on their dirt bikes and road Spyders. We were discussing several different vehicles and Art was kind enough to answered all of our questions, as well as brought over others that knew specifics on the various motorcycles we were inquiring on. My husband and I lost track of the time and it was closing time and it was also closed the next day for a holiday. Just before closing we had finally decided on a SxS to buy and Art said 'no problem, we will take care of you.' We ran over to the parts and accessories area and picked out what we wanted to add to the SxS; Art asked that dept if they could stay open long enough for us to purchase the metal doors, roof, and other items. The SxS was prepped, the paperwork was orchestrated, and we left with a beautiful new SxS and accessories (after) the close of business hours. I flipped my 2016 RZR XP Turbo in the beginning of the year got stranded on top of a mountain 10 miles away from my house in Arizona had to walk the whole way from Midnight to 5 in the morning to get help because it's was too heavy to flip over by myself I finally got it back to my house there was extensive damage so I brought it back where I bought it and will in the service department did such a great job getting it back together looking new again it was only 2 months old and he made it look better than you I just need to commend him and his guys in the shop for doing such a wonderful job it rides and looks better than when I bought it I would refer anybody to contact will and service at Bert's Mega Mall if they have any issues or any upgrades they would like to do you there off-road vehicles when I bought the razor I took it to a stereo shop install the stereo for me it cost me $4,000 and they did a hack job I brought it back to Will because I had issues with installation they did and will went through the whole stereo system and rewired it for me and did it right he had all the connections soldered and shrink-wrapped and I have never had a problem since he went through and did everything the right way so now I have to bring my car back for the recall and I'm having him add some more lights for me I keep my Razor in Bullhead City Arizona I could have had the recall and the work done out there but I do not trust anybody but will Bert's Mega Mall he does everything the right way the way I do things go the extra mile take your off road vehicle to see will at Mega Mall read more

Came here today with my husband. We had every intention to just look around. Basically window shopping . We were greeted by a sales rep. After much talk about there bikes and what they had to offer we insisted that we were just looking around today not really interested to buy just yet. Sales rep ask "well we can do a rough estimate on that we can do for you ". We said "ok". He comes back asking alot about our personal info. For what??. Really you need S.S. D.L. reference . For a so called " rough estimate ". He comes back after quite some time. Oviously they ran a Hard Inquiry on his credit report as if we were going to buy.... Grrrr.. we didn't like the numbers. So there started the back and forth of haggling. With not one or 2 but 3 different sales rep. Kept Pushing and Pushing we get this loan. And of course we couldn't leave cause they held hostage my husband's DL and Credit Card . This went on for nearly 3 Hours. After every sales rep. Just wouldn't stop I was getting really annoyed by now. Finally after the third rep. We gave them a ridiculous amount of what it would take to home that bike and of course they couldn't approved it. Ugh finally they gave back my husband's stuff back. ..Mind you everytime we told them No! . when they left they said they would be back with our stuff and another sales rep came back to haggle some more.That shit got annoying real fast!. Unfortunately we thought this place would earn out business but after 3 hours of pure bullshit. We are taking our business elsewhere. read more
