We originally booked the 6 a.m. tour, but the…read moreday before, they said the 6 a.m. tour was no longer available and changed our time to 10:30 a.m. When we got there at 10:20, it turned out the actual leave time was 11, which I felt should've been more up front about. as we had to wait for a bit of time before we left. The bus ride there was great as our guide was able to share many things with us in the surrounding area. It was also cool to cross state lines to Arizona and even have a time difference change. The actual ATV itself was maybe an hour long, which I wish it was a bit longer. This is my third ATV tour in the last year and I have to say that, I don't know if its because the group we went with was more experienced riders, but they rode so fast. So fast in fact that I fell off the ATV and tumbled onto the ground. I did appreciate that they had me riding up in the front and slowed down the pace a lot more, but I wish it was a bit slower so I could actually enjoy the desert views a bit more. I also thought the 10 minute break for pictures was not super necessary, 3 minutes would have been enough. Overall, great ATV tour when in Las Vegas. I would recommend not booking this place if this is your first time riding an ATV and are a bit nervous about the pace. Of course the guides will accommodate, but they will ride faster than normal.

It said we need to be there no later than 9am but we waited a long time to sign waivers and actually get on the van to go to the atv site. Total time was probably 3.5 hrs and not 2-2.5 hrs like I was told when I was booking it because of all the wait. It was a thirty minute van ride from the strip Meetup point to the atv site and we were taught to drive the atv and Kobe was a great guide. Straight to the point. We did two test rounds and then went on the road. I have a very short thumb and so it was kind of tiring for my hands to drive the atv. But otherwise it was kind of fun. Since the atv site was next to an Air Force base so we saw a thunder spike so that was pretty cool

We walked the grounds, took pictures of the Werly family's decades-long collection of toys and decor, watched an action movie clip filmed on the property, then hit the trails. We're a group of experienced dirt bike/quad riders, but Alisha made sure to put some of the guys in their place and let us know that the ATV ride rules are rules, not suggestions. The views were incredible, we ate a delicious lunch by the Colorado river, then headed back for the gold mine tour. Being from the east coast, this part of US history isn't something we're familiar with, and we learned so much! Even though we had a large group, Alisha made a point to have a one-on-one conversation with every single one of us, which made it very special and personal. She was also an incredible photographer! Two college students in my family decided to try ATV riding while they were in town. They told me the ride itself went smoothly and there were no accidents or issues the entire time. However, when they returned the ATVs, an employee walked directly to the vehicle associated with the driver whose card was on file and suddenly claimed the ATV had been flipped and damaged -- something both young men say never happened. They were then immediately charged an additional $50. As a grandmother and a local, it was very upsetting to hear how shaken they were by the accusation. It felt like two young Black men were seen as an easy opportunity for an extra charge rather than customers simply trying to enjoy an experience. One of these young men is studying aviation and the other is a college athlete. Instead of leaving with a great memory from their trip to Las Vegas, they left feeling taken advantage of and deeply disappointed.

We decided to take it down the Las Vegas Strip and even had enough time to visit the Hoover Dam. This is perfect for sight seeing and casual riding around the city. After calling a few other places we were getting disappointed...until we got SinCity Moto!!! What a GREAT experience! Most of all the paperwork and forms we all done online and checkin was a breeze. The instructions for the Slingshot were explained to us by Cheri and couldn't have been easier. We got the four-hour rental and it was perfect for our drive up to the Red Rock loop. On our mini-trip, many people seemed interested and lots of people took pics of us and the Slingshot. For a few trips up and down the LV Strip and the downtown corridor trip a two-hour rental probably would suffice but while you are in town, check out Red Rock area. There is a 13 mile loop that is simply amazing. For that a 4-hour rental is plenty of time. Our next trip will be to the Valley of Fire which would probably require 4-6 hours. What a great time.
