Great bagel spot with a cozy atmosphere, low music and lighting, lots of plants, and even board games. The freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious. We tried the steak & egg and lox bagel sandwiches, and both were good. Friendly, attentive staff.

I'm a sucker for breakfast so hubby and I decided to give this place a try after seeing a video on socials. As we arrived we had no trouble finding parking, the shop was bright and green. They have live plants hanging above the seating, which adds to the charm. We got the grilled chicken on everything bagel, loaded turkey bagel and a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese that was absolutely delicious! The sandwiches were more lunch oriented, with that being said they were on the pricier side. The bagels were warm and delicious and we both ordered hot americanos that were quite tasty as well. Service was friendly and quick! We will definitely be stopping by again!

Indeed, best bagel shop in Htown! Fresh bagels used to make super delicious bagel sandwiches. Steak N' Egg is an absolute must-have. The staff is awesome and the vibe very cool to chill out, have a bagel and some coffee. I will be back for sure!

The ambience was relaxed and welcoming. They serve coffee, ice cream, & smoothies. I got large hot Americano to-go. It was fine. They didn't offer any cream & I didn't ask so when I got to the office, I added my own vanilla creamer. The bagels looked fresh and the garlic bagel was really calming my name with that crispy garlic. I went with my favorite everything bagel. They charge more for the flavored cream cheese spreads, so I stuck with the plain. It was good. I think it's a great option to include Ice Cream and sweet drinks along with the bagels. That way there is something for everyone in your group! With a kolache place right down the center, not sure if I'll make it back for breakfast, but wouldn't mind to try it for lunch sometime.

Right across from Costco, the Best Bagel Shop serves some creative bagel sandwiches that can please a picky New Yorker. The sandwiches come out hot and steamy. The steak in the Steak & Egg sandwich was surprisingly tender and the cooked onions made the sandwich so flavorful-- with the fragrant onion bagel, it was delish! Bagels are on the smaller side. We haven't tried just a bagel by itself, but that's for next time! They have the basic sweet flavored bagels (blueberry, cinnamon raisin, chocolate chips) and the cinnamon brown sugar and honey walnut cream cheeses. So no crazy/fun cream cheese flavors here. Service was friendly and inviting. There are lots of small tables for dining in and even some communal board games. They open early so stop by for breakfast and lunch!

A new Bagel place has arrived in the loop! Located in the shopping center just across the street from the Costco. They offer a variety of bagels, bagel sandwiches and even ice cream and coffee! As I entered I was promptly greeted and the person at the counter was helpful in and let me know you could make substitutions for meat preferences on some of the sandwiches. I ordered a jalapeño bagel with butter, an order of cinnamon roll minis a coffee and water! All for $13 pretty darn good! The coffee is an Italian blend. I ordered an Americano. Its not the most robust but it is smooth. They also offer alternative milk blends for your lactose girlies like myself. The place has ample seating for the size, cute decor and clean bathrooms

A lovely little shop with a comfy sofa, nice music, an enjoyable bagel with cream cheese. I liked it. I will return.

    Lexington Lite

Today was my 1st visit here and it will also be the last. I ordered the Lexington Lite with avocado and was just all around disappointed. The bagel was really small and wasn't warmed up with the order so it was very stiff and chewy. The avocado was a $2 up charge and it was not avocado at all, it was some prepackaged guacamole sauce that was really salty. It overpowered the cream cheese smear so I can't even say if I liked that because all you tasted was salty guac. I also feel like only one side of the sandwhich had the tomato and onions so it wasn't assembled evenly. For $15 I was really disappointed because in NY you can get a loaded bagel for a few dollars less and totally wish we had more NY style shops here.

I definitely recommend for a morning breakfast before work or on a weekend they are super quick to give you your order! Delicious flavor. Indoor is spacious if you wanted to do dine in. Custer service was great, super friendly.

Solid new bagel spot! They're friendly and the inside is very comfortable. I tried the steak egg and cheese on an everything bagel- I liked that it had onions and was very savory. Price was $10.99. I'll need try more things- the menu has a lot of options so I want to try other sandwiches and some classic bagel cream cheese combos. There is a parking lot with spots dedicated to this spot!

    Egg and cheese bagel

What a disappointing egg and cheese bagel.. the fluffy egg mentioned on the menu seems to be missing as this egg is a millimeter thick. Bagel itself is smaller than other places. My bagel was forgotten but once corrected came out quickly-- maybe that's why this is so disappointing. Nice ambiance-- however, this is my first and last visit.

The front door with no lights on

Tried visiting on a Wednesday at 2:49pm. Doors closed, no lights on. No sign that they would be closed. Not going to try coming again.

I've actually had Jersey type bagels before. I was so glad I made that decision as soon as I walked in I smelled the fresh baking aroma of bagels being made. The place has an open feel to it. The ambience was nice. There were employees working and they greeted me as I came in. The menu was very big. I'm not gonna lie, kinda overwhelming, but a good overwhelming because variety is the spice of life. I forget the employee's name, but she worked the cashier and asked me if it was my first time here and I said yes, and she gave me some great recommendations and I also saw that they had a wide variety of cream cheese to choose from she had me sample two of them and let me tell you who that bacon scallion cream cheese was on pizzoint! My order was the "BIG ED" Bacon scallion cream cheese Bacon Sausage Turkey Scrambled egg On an asiago bagel Funny enough I know a handful of people from Jersey who live out here now and I asked the employee if the owner was from Jersey and the employee said "yes she's sitting over there". I wanted to have a chat with the owner if she was available. I walked over and introduced myself and she had time to speak with me! I appreciate the owner for having a nice chat with me and me getting to know her a little. That bagel sandwich was super flavorful! Overall Pull up, to Jersey Bagel'

The lox bagel is definitely the best I've had in Houston. I love lox bagels when I go to NYC and while this isn't quite there with being fully loaded (I think they're missing capers? Maybe forgot?) it's the best in the area, for sure. The bagel is chewy and flavorful and their cream cheese is excellent too. The bread pudding is a hidden gem. Amazing value, extremely sharable. Huge portions. Texture is great - soft on the bottom, not too sweet either. It's very filling. I will definitely be back!
