I'm honestly really disappointed because I usually love this place. I ordered a spicy chicken salad (which I get pretty often), requested no tomatoes due to an allergy, and paid extra for avocado. When I got my order, it was loaded with tomatoes and had no avocado at all. That's not just an inconvenience, that's a safety issue. If you're going to offer modifications, especially allergy-related ones, they need to be taken seriously. I will say the food is usually good, which is why this was so frustrating. I'm currently waiting to hear back from them and hoping they make it right, but this definitely needs more attention on their end. read more

Best burger is a drive through or walk-up establishment with a few round bench/tables you can sit at. I'd recommend calling in your order as it can get very busy, and expect to wait through a line even if you call in. That said, they make great food. I've enjoyed their burgers, and their fries are delicious and plentiful. Good pastrami. They'll refill your drink if you ask. Pretty decent burger spot. Had the chicken strip dinner but didn't realize it came with a side of toast and a salad. I just wanted a cheap chicken basket. But the chicken was great! Had a vanilla cone, wouldn't recommend that unless you're okay with the fake ice cream. I typically like the soft serve ice cream that tastes milky and authentic. Look, there are many places like Best Burger in town that all taste pretty similar...Triangle, Rainbow, Doc's, etc...but I really like Best Burger. When Mooney Grove park is open (and it's free to get in), I like to come to Best Burger and get lunch. I recently got my two daughters and myself lunch for $28, which is cheap in 2023. I did try a BLT and I think it's as good as some of their burgers. Of course I always have to get the cheese sticks, okra, and fries when I come. read more

Honestly, best burger is pretty good. I've been here multiple times but have only reviewed it just now. Why I don't know, but let me get to it. The best thing I've had on the menu so far, is definitely the pastrami sandwich. It's hRd to find good pastrami, or even pastrami sandwiches on the go in general. Their's is pretty delicious though admittedly, and huge in size. A meal will 100% satisfy even someone the size of The Rock himself. Today I ordered a double super bacon cheeseburger meal with a pink lemonade. I will admit this place has the best ice, easily. It's like shaved ice lol. Soooo bomb. The burger itself was delicious as well. What brings this to a 3 star, is one the wait time, and two the fries felt undercooked. The fries are HUGE in size, crinkle cut, but today they felt off for some reason. Maybe it was just a rushed batch, no biggie mistakes happen. Now the wait time as well, and I will admit I believe everything is made to order, and they may have been short staffed today so it's understand. None the less though, today's experience was the review I was set on making, so I for that I must bring it down to a 3. It was Amigos Express and now its Best Burger. Drive thru both sides or tables under a patio. The burgers are good so are the fries, the prices are good, there are 15 combo meals to choose from or just order single items. its just South of Mooney's Grove on the east side. Give it a try. It does get busy when Milans students are on break. The customer service is great but when there are students from Milans there we have seen some of them be rude and mean to the workers inside. It's hard to beleive that some reviews are so bad and I'm sorry they had a bad experience but I've always had pretty good luck. Sure they made a mistake here and there but it's been mostly a good experience and they always make it up to me.
