This store is way too small to have this much merchandise and all of the strange odds and ends are... well, odd. If you can manage to get your cart past the "yard sale" in front, the store does have a great selection of household necessities and the employees are helpful, but my ADD brain wants to run kicking and screaming.

The price was also better than I expected. My only two suggestions for improvement would be, 1) add signage to show there was floor tile in the center of the store. I saw the sign for "decorative floor tile" but did not realize there was other, less expensive, floor tile elsewhere in a separate area, and 2) have people on the floor ask customers if they need help. I was wandering in the wrong area and 4 different employees either stood talking to each other or were putting new samples on the wall who basically ignored me.

Mr Amison at the Aurora store knew return policies and courtesy to customers who are following the corporate return policies. I felt reassured that my shopping at the Aurora store was valued. Not so at the COUNTRYSIDE store, where aggressive nastiness is a norm and where the MANAGER decides the return policy. I will have Floor and Decor LAST on my list of places to shop, but if I do return, it will only be to the AURORA store.

We set up an appt. so she could show me what our new kitchen would look like on the computer. When we arrived she had the 3D visual and the quote ready for us. They even stayed open after closing hours to accommodate our schedule. Other extras:. Jenny actually visited during construction to ensure all was going well. Would have been better suited for children. If you don't know where to start- look at online options before you get here, so you don't waste everyone's time and you become frustrated. Become an informed customer. Lastly, they delivered for us and worked with our kitchen contractor on sink specs and delivery timeframes. We have a very upscale look and would use them again.
