This is a well stocked Best Buy and we were very happy with everything. The place is large and has floor models you can look at and sometimes use. The place is well organized and very clean. You are greeted when you come in and finding someone to help us was not hard. We were here on a weekday, so I don't know if it gets crowded on the weekends. We had need for a few things and our salesperson was great. He knew where everything was and spent a good amount of time with us. Check out is easy and so are returns. There is plenty of parking and someone will help you load your stuff if you need that. The prices are good, not great, but good. They have a great selection of unlocked phones and everything you need to walk it to your carrier and get it all set up. We found the Geek Squad to be uninformed and not helpful, thus 4 stars instead of 5. We will be back. read more

Had a great purchase & repair experience here this past weekend, Valentine's Day/ Presidents' weekend. I originally had a Logitech solar keyboard that was impossible to replace the (rechargeable) battery on. David at the Geek Squad repair desk did the nearly impossible, and carefully coaxed out the tiny drawer needed to swap out the dead battery. SO relived! I'm pretty tech-y, but the K750 keyboard is notorious for making it near-impossible to get drawer out. David may well be our next King Arthur, for pulling out that stuck micro-Excalibur! On my way out, I spied a really nice floor-model large appliance I was in the market for, and am going back today to check that out. (I'm not telling you which one, because I want it!) One thing I've learned lately was to replace an older appliance before it breaks! Glad Best Buy is still local. You just can't depend on getting everything online. Two thumbs way up! read more

This Best Buy has really gone down. Walking in, it looks like it's doing a clearance sale about to shut down. Definitely needs more employees here vs. other locations. It looked bare bones TBH. I came in because I ordered an item for pick up. The person that was working the pick up window was training someone new and also had to run over to the customer service desk to help someone in that line. I felt bad for her. genuinely believe this was one of the better best buy's out there! At the end of the day, this best buy may not be that different to other best buy's. But here are some things I like: 1) There are plenty of parking and I don't think i ever saw the parking full. 2) The store is huge. More than likely, you'd be able to find what you're looking for, or see more different versions of the item you're looking for. 3) Helpful workers. Pretty nice and can answer any question you may have. Only con I might have is that there are not a lot of workers. Whenever it is busy, it might be hard to get some service. read more

The Baseline: For an electronics store the selection of goods must be stocked, have quality on the level technology, good internal circulation, and a good check out payment procedure. Service: i had to hunt down a service specialist but I had a very friendly, polite interaction with staff. The security personnel was polite on the way in and way out. No complaints. Cashier upsold the protection plan on the item I bought for the office coffee pot which will get the wear and tear on it. Selection: Best Buy of 2025 is not the Best Buy of 2015 or 2005 as the stock and selection has changed with online purchasing power. I am an advocate for brick and mortar stores especially for electronics. I love to see the screens, colors, the physical design, see the operational features, etc. and Best Buy really assists in helping with that. Also i like to have the item the day I purchase. Value: I probably paid slightly higher but the value is in walking out with my purchase. It is still good value and Best Buy will price match. The store was clean and organized. Worst Buy has no inventory for appliances and delivery is weeks out. VS Homedepot that delivers in 3 days and has large inventory. I just cancelled thousands of $ in appliances due to delays. Our company no longer buys appliances for our buildings due to long delays and long wait times for customer service when you call in. The total tech program has been altered to make it worthless. From my experience, it seems that they only care about pick up order from online, but from other reviews, it feels like they can't even done that right. Avoid the Best Buy on Pico Blvd, they have shady staff practices! I went there last Sunday to purchase a MacBook using a white Best Buy gift card with $300 on it. The sales clerk swapped it out for a blue card, claimed it didn't work, and then tried to add $150 for AppleCare that I never asked for. My iPhone needed a battery replacement and to my surprise the Apple Support app included this Best Buy among the placed that had an appointment. It was first available so I took it and I'm not sure I'll return to an Apple Store again for Apple service. Prompt friendly service. I really really really REALLY do not know where to turn or how to get a human to actually help me with my human issue. I placed an order on Nov 24th. It was from an outside seller, and arrived broken. After 3 weeks of emailing China (who often told me it's the weekend, and when I finally described how awful they were they told me "there is a time difference" as if these excuses were a response) - finally on Dec 11 a refund was issued to my account. I used $100 in rewards to make this purchase and all the great sales happen Nov - Dec during holiday season. All I want is my $100 I feel like the paper boy in Better off Dead asking for my $2 But it's $100 and it's holidays and I didn't break the product I just want my refund that I worked so hard at. So I try to chat, but each and every time I chat - I am told incorrect information. The first time the "Live Chat Agent" tells me they have escalated me, and assured me that the rewards would be back in my account in 24-48 hrs. But that didn't happen SO I reached out again, but was told again that I needed to wait 24-48 more hours. It took an hour of my time to get to that point in the chat, but heyyyyyyy - - - What is my time (as a disappointed customer) worth at this point? I am a loyal BB customer for decades. I have $100 in rewards because I use that card ALL YEAR LONG. But why help a customer during the holidays? So I try again today, because on Christmas Eve, when I reached out, and spent another (I'm sorry WASTED another hour) of my time - =- all to get to please wait until another 48 hours has passed. "at that time the rewards will go back into your account and if they don't you can reach out an someone will manually put the rewards back into your account at that time". I was told that at least twice, on the four separate days during the holidays when I reached out for support on my refund. 4 separate occasions of being told please wait 2-3 more days AFTER the refund was processed. All kinds of ideas "They might issue the refund back as a credit to your card instead of rewards" and on and on with the ideas, but mostly the assurance that "Next time we will help you". Not only that but the obvious AI "empathizing" with me and assuring me it understands how frustrated I must feel after all this time and effort. HA! and then today, I get the phone # to CALL for help since the chat is just not working and only lying to me and building up hope day after day that I might get help, just to give me the same answer. SO I call, and she sounds nice, and when I finally explain I need a manager - she tells me the manager is in a meeting and can't help. But that if I wait until tomorrow someone can help me. But the chat today said I need to wait until new years day. SO the refund, from China, after 3 weeks of emails was Dec 11. I'll be sure to update what day I finally get my refund of my $100 rewards. Reviews are timestamped with the date and so is the reply. While this didn't happen in store, I have no where to turn and you are my store location. Please help me? With my human concern? I received a damaged TV in the mail and went back to return the item. They would not take it. They said I had to go to fed ex. It says on the website the fastest way to get a refund is to go to ANY store and they will help. The manager said because it came from a different store they would not take it. I had to send her my shipping barcode to her personal email to get a return label for fed ex. Too lazy to do it themselves. I felt like they didn't wanna deal with sending it back. The afternoon manager, Danielle with short gray hair can learn better communication skills on verbally communicating properly with manners to better address situations to help people coming into the store she was very disrespectful. Stayed with a face that seemed to be a questioning discussed face, very unprofessional definitely can work on her vocabulary... it was upsetting how she moved a Best Buy work that I was explaining my problem to, just to say no to me and assume that she knew my request and what problem I was having . I had to re-explain my request request/problem just for her to be rude to me ... From the interaction I had with this manager on 03/29/26 at 16:21 ... her communication skills are poor, she definitely can use some more training on how to communicate with manners... her job as a manager is supposed to help the customer as much as possible, and let them know as much information as they have, but she had no information and no knowledge of the store that she was working in.. Came to Best Buy to do a return of an item under warranty and get the same item again in exchange. The return was easy. However, the item went up in price and I had to pay the difference which I wasn't expecting but I'm still grateful they had it in stock. Regardless, I'm glad I bought the warranty. They do have people to help you bring your product into the store and someone to put it in your car which is very helpful especially when the item is heavy. I enjoyed looking around the store while waiting for my item to be brought up to the counter for the exchange. It was clean and organized and there are so many gadgets to peruse. I was also asked if I needed help which was appreciated. Before I came into the store I was a bit frustrated because you cannot call the store even if you call the store's phone number. The number gets transferred to customer service in Southeast Asia and the representatives were not very helpful. I would really like to be able to contact the store in some way but there is absolutely no way to get in touch with them. I also dislike that a lot of items that you buy online have to be returned in store. I think if you buy something online you should have the option to return it by mail. Overall, the in store experience was much better than expected after my phone calls. Glad I was able to stop by and do the exchange. 3.5 stars rounded up. read more

Please be aware of the revised Best Buy extended warranty for TV's. Apparently they have changed the exchange/return policy for ALL TV's, even the "black screen of death". All tv's, regardless of size must be sent out to repair even when the tech knows it can't be repaired, and it can take up to 2 weeks before you can get a replacement, unless you want to buy a new one and get a refund once they determine it cannot be fixed. Useful to know they want to sell you as many tv's and warranties as possible but give you the runaround when you have a problem. read more

It was done professionally and looked amazing. Last week, I made an appointment for a Monday install of a dash cam in my new Audi. We got there, and the tech had quit. No call from the store. I live in Burbank, and this one is the closest store that has auto install. They just let us drive an hour all the way across LA to get to this store. They gave me a discount on the install and rescheduled me for today. We get there today, and it takes 2.5 hours to install. Really, it was just an hour because the tech sat around and did not work on the car the entire 2.5 hours. Okay, no worries. He's hourly, we get it. But when the new tech is done, he says there is another $99.98 due. $59.99 for the extra time and $39.99 for a wiring harness. My husband had taken the car in today, and he just went with it and paid the difference, even though we had given the tech the wiring harness, and he didn't work on the car for 2.5 hours. I HAD the wiring harness, and it was given to the tech with the camera. To add insult to injury, the tech kept all the spare components. I look at the install, and the tech used black duct tape to tape the wire from under the mirror housing to the camera. What kind of rinkydink operation is this? They basically got the discount back and additional money for a part that I had given them for the car. Best Buy and the Tech are both thieves! All the other reviews are the same. Dear Best Buy Team, I was very excited to begin my move-in shopping with Best Buy. I recently purchased a Ring camera from your store and was ready to also purchase a vacuum mop that was displayed in the sale section. There were several of the same vacuum mops placed there, which made it reasonable to believe they were included in the sale. However, when I brought one to the register, the sale price did not ring up. I was then told by Michael that the items were mistakenly placed in that section and that the store would not honor the displayed price. What made the situation even more frustrating was how unwilling he was to help or offer any kind of alternative solution. His response came across as dismissive and left me feeling disregarded as a customer. As a customer, I believe that when multiple items are displayed in a marked sale section, Best Buy should honor the price -- regardless of whether a placement error occurred. Honesty. I bought an out of box refrigerator. Open a card that same day and when I hired a mover and went to pick it up18 days later, it couldn't be found. After about 45 minutes and two stories regarding what happened; I left with no refrigerator. Unfortunately, it gets worse. In speaking with corporate office, I discovered more lies, but the issue was resolved (so I thought), when I called the day before delivery; I was told there was no delivery set, no notes of my conversation with Camille. Then to top it off, Best Buy never missed a credit for the purchase, that went to the outlet or was taken off the floor due to defective product, both explanations were given. During the warehouse search for my purchase, I saw it wrapped for pickup to a totally different person. It gets worse as my conversations with the store and Corporate continued. Nurses are Underappreciated... I had a really disappointing experience at this Best Buy. I went to Best Buy to look at JBL party boxes. I saw that on JBL in would be 20% off so I asked for a price match and was rudely denied without explanation. I then pre-ordered a JBL Partybox speaker and was told it would be ready for pickup the next day at Best Bug West LA (where I just was) -- just 10 minutes after placing the order, it showed as available for pickup immediately. I went to the store thinking it was ready, only to be told they were closed. The system was confusing and misleading, wasting my time. Also, if I'm picking it up form the store anyway why not proceed match without the middle man and guarantee the sale? To explain the experience in more detail, I asked for a price match since JBL's official website had the speaker for 20% off. I showed proof, and I was still going to pick it up from Best Buy regardless. The associate helping me was polite and said it likely woukdng be a problem as I showed proof and they had a price match policy. The manager they asked was rude and very dismissive. There was no explanation, just a short, cold "no, I don't price match in JBL." No explanation, no checking my phone. Also "I" not Best Buy doesn't price match. No apology for the inconvenience. Additionally, I was wearing my nurse's jacket, and given that it's Nurses Week, it felt especially disheartening to be treated that way. I expected better -- not just because of a price match, but because Best Buy usually prides itself on good customer service. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unappreciated and unlikely to return. I was given a price of $170.00 to sell back my less than a year old computer, I discussed the condition of my laptop, which didn't have any scratches or damage, everything was working properly. So on Saturday I take my computer to the West Los Angeles store. They proceeded to tell me that they were going to try and get me even more for my exchanged computer (more than $170.00. so they would get me more if I purchased their Best Buy service card for a year which I'd already told the representative that I wasn't interested in purchasing. With this information now my exchange gift card was no longer $170.00 but suddenly had dropped to $85.00. I was stuck because I had set my exchange computer back to the original factory setting. I also had a assignment due for school that evening. They just outright lied to me! And it's not the first time. I had the worst sales representatives ever two of them who were looking for the computer that I went to purchase just left and went to lunch and never even informed me or the supervisor that they were leaving so I'm sitting there thinking that I'm being helped and nothing Is happening at all.
