When my dad got his I asked nicely if they could give me a 40th Anniversary Mario bros case, they happily gave me one with the purchase even though that wasn't the promo. I really dislike this Best Buy Menifee is the fastest growing city in California yet this particular best buy is in shambles. The shelves are poorly stocked and If I wanted the buy something on line or wait 2 weeks for arrival I certainly wouldn't chose this company for that commerce. Things just don't work as I had back to back returns because the item just didn't work. don't get me started on their return policy because it sucks. I was told they had what I was looking for at the menifee location unfortunately they were not able to place it on hold. I then proceeded to call the Store to Make sure it was there which they notified me one was left. I decided to make the drive out to Menifee. Once I arrived, the gentleman working at the cell phone kiosk was quick to let me know he was busy and would be unavailable for the next 45 min, no greet and no welcome when I asked what I was looking for. He told me he had sold an hour ago, which I had just gotten off the phone 30 minutes ago with customer service from their location and told me it was there. Fine no problem. What I didn't appreciate was how unfriendly, un personable, and dismissive he was. Not the Best Buy customer service I'm used to felt like I was being rushed and lied too. I purchased online TV and TV mount. I picked up the TV mount at the store at this location. Days later I open the box. To find TV mount is a used product. The screws were missing for the mount. The handyman had to buy the screws and other items from the local hardware store to be able install the mount. It is disappointing to receive a product I paid full price for and to find its missing parts. Not a satisfied customer today. When you pick up your order make sure the box hasn't been open. If it looks like it's been open, check it the contents with the cashier before you leave with it. read more

Words cannot express how disappointed I am in Best Buy. I have bought easily 20,000+ in products in the last 4 years. I recently purchased 3 panels for my Bespoke refrigerators. Because THEY advertise they can be delivered. First day of delivery, they bring the wrong bottom panel. I have to reschedule after driving 2 hours for this app. They push my app another month and today, again they bring the wrong panel. The service delivery people are TRASH and don't care they messed. This is the 3rd person that calls me from Best Buy's General service and in simpler words, they said the panel just doesn't exist and we don't know what to do. They don't seem to care at all that I've wasted about 3 months, gas, and time waiting for this product that simply hasn't gotten here and they are so quick to just say "I don't know what to tell you". We needed help installing an outdoor TV, and the Geek Squad, especially Bryson and Vince, truly came through for us. We opted to upgrade our Sunbrite TV from 55 inches to 65 inches. Bryson quickly realized that our existing mount was incorrect and immediately found a better option at Best Buy. He ensured that the new mount would adequately support our TV and provided me with a link to order it for same-day pickup at a more affordable price. We had to postpone the installation for two days because we had to order a new mount, and Bryson and Vince were already scheduled for other appointments, but that wasn't an issue. Fortunately, they were able to complete the installation just two days later. They worked swiftly and effectively to install our TV on the outdoor patio, and the job was done in no time. Vince also gave us a demonstration of the TV and the remote, and everything looked amazing. I will definitely reach out to them for future projects. Best Buy wisely introduced a major brands section in each of their stores and now there are Apple, Samsung, Google, Windows sections, along with trained employees. We have come here a dozen times since our move in June. We have bought TVs, Sound Bars, an array of Apple products and found every one to be friendly and knowledgeable, whether it's a purchase or a return. We have also purchased an entire set of kitchen appliances and Washer & Driers at their Pacific Sales over the years with no issues. read more

I am writing to the Investors department, because I have exhausted my options, I have spoken to whirlpool customer service, they informed me they can not do anything the appliance service center, Appliance Rescue would fix my fridge. Appliance Rescue has been to my house several times and my fridge still does not work, everytime they come they tell me to give it 24 to 48 hours, ok I have done this, they have been to my house 7 times my fridge still does not work. They were recently here. On thursday Sept 25, 2025, Now my fridge is making a loud noise, CLANK and it is warm in my fridge. I don't know what else to do, We chose whirlpool because it is a great brand, It is our go to Brand, But this fridge is crazy, It does not work at all, and how many times are they coming to my house. All I get from whirlpool is we will send a service company to fix it. I am not asking for anything for FREE!!! I want a working fridge. That is what I paid for. Why is that hard to do for a big company like Whirlpool? This company you guys send to my house they DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING REALLY 7 TIMES. I don't always shop at Best Buy, but when I do, it's usually because I'm getting a great deal on something. Today was no exception. My family and friends always say I'm a walking magnet for deals on everything and well... I am not denying it at all! I had been browsing online for a particular item. Was gonna get it off Amazon or Target, but decided to Google away and Best Buy popped up with such a great price I couldn't pass it up. Reviews were stellar, price was amazing, so I ended up getting 2 sets in different colors, haha! You know me, always gotta be #MatchyMatchy with my gym fits! Lol This Best Buy is located in the Menifee Countryside Marketplace, right next to Kohl's. The parking lot is huge and they have marked stalls for curbside pickup. They were really fast at getting my order ready. Ordered and picked up within an hour. Glad I didn't have to wait 2 days for Amazon or spend more at Target!! I was impressed with the level of customer service here. They were great especially for a cold and rainy day! Best buy through an independent contractor delivered the fridge I ordered. The contractors removed a new Refridgerator of about 45 days for Best Buy. The Refridgerator was being returned for credit as it was less than 60 days which is their policy for club members. Unfortunately the return was hauled away and was not credited to my account . Best Buy was responsive but for some reason they have not been able to reach the contractor who took the fridge. They promised me they will solve the problem but here I wait for them to correct a problem of their making and control. The reviews are right ! I bought an OLED TV and after 3 years it needed a repair. The man named "guy" who supposedly the best said that my motherboard needed to be replaced so he told me he will come following week and replace it . After he opened my tv and replace the motherboard board a pixel line turned up in my tv screen he said it might be some wires that needs to be replaced so he said he'll come back the following week. Then he tried replacing that too but it still there a few visits later I think he got so annoyed that he needed to keep coming back and when he ran out of parts to replace he said it's the screen it's gonna break sooner and when he opened it up it finally gave in. He said it's bound to happened that was his exact word. So I called the manager because he charged $124 for doing nothing to my tv as it turns out he didn't change the motherboard because geek squad over the phone said he returned the motherboard that was ordered WOW! That motherboard was $300+ labor !!! He said he'll waive that because the line showed up! Well fudge ! My TV was $2k I wanna give them $300 instead and they can fix my goddamn TV ! But apparently my TV breaking is not their fault. So all they can do is waive the $124 ! And if I wanna get it fix ! I have to pay $1700 for the screen replacement that they fucking broke ! The WORST customer service... they have different policies depending on who you talk to. We tried to return a game that came to us with a broken case. We called ahead of time to ensure that we could process the return, and we were advised to go to a Best Buy near us, and they would help us. So we did. We came in and tried to return the game. BUT the customer service representative we dealt with didn't know what to do. He checked with his manager and told us that they didn't have the game in stock. So, the only option was to exchange the game. Which meant we had to wait another 4 days for the game. Then, during the process, you know what he asked? For an additional $8, if anything like this would happen again, then we could refund the game. What kind of policy is this? We need to pay extra so that we can return a purchase?? Purchased Whirlpool Dishwasher in September, 2024 from Best Buy. Quit working January, 2025. That's when nightmare began trying to get it repaired. Best Buy won't do anything until the unit is one year old. They referred me to Whirlpool Corporation. That was extremely time consuming. Finally made appointment for technician to fix. Technician canceled appointment. Rescheduled with same technician. He was a "No Show". Have had no contact since then. Phone always go to "HOLD". Contacted Best Buy about problem. Even though I have a 2 yr warranty with Best Buy, there is nothing they can do until the dishwasher is one year old. I'm done with Best Buy. Ordered a part for my grandsons PlayStation online. Had a 10% coupon available so I applied it at checkout. For some reason, best buy CANCELS my order, not ONCE BUT TWICE! Called my bank to make sure all was okay on my end, and when my bank said they authorized the payment, I'd have to contact best buy directly, that THEY CANCELLED it. I tried but to NO AVAIL did I get ANY HELP! So, with the price that I would have to pay with shipping and my discount, around $187.00, I drove 35 MILES to town to purchase a best buy gift card for $200, thinking I would have a few bucks left over for another time...WRONG!!! When I tried to re~place my order, it was not giving me my 10% coupon/discount and so now my total at check out was $201.18. At Geek Squad I had an appointment for repair. Arrived there 15 minutes early. The manager was very rude and demanded that I must pay $199 for repair. I told him that I already have a card for 13 years. Other best buy stores were served me well. That store is the worst I ever had. The manager must be replaced very soon !
