Let me start by saying please do not buy from here. I came in today because I needed a TV for a spare bedroom. The sales rep recommended a TV that he had in the back and pulled it out .I asked if I can see it. The idiot sales rep was talking a bunch of complete nonsense by telling me that I can look at a TV on display with the same refresh rate to determine the picture quality of the one in the box that I wanted to buy. I asked several times can I see the TV in the box that he was encouraging me to purchase. I wanted to make sure that 1. it was not too thick and 2. I was okay with the picture quality. He quickly got upset and told me to my face that I could please leave now. In front of my daughter. I said I just want to see it to make sure I'm going to be happy when I get home. He said again harshly you can leave now and then sat down and dismissed me like a dog. My mind immediately went back to 5th grade when I used to have a good time dishing out punishment with a good old country body slam. This guy was such an arrogant ass... He had his daughter there as well on Sunday. So I decided that it was a very good thing that I did not purchase from him. The truth is that most of their inventory are scratch and dents or returns that you cannot completely have a solid Comfort level with. Also if you don't educate yourself about TV specs and usage they will try to take advantage of you and get you to pay similar pricing as you would for a new TV that you could easily find on sale. Despite this I used to love that chain until today but not anymore. By far thre best tv buying experience I've ever had! Spoke with Carlos, and he was so helpful and honest about each brand, model and price. Even showed us the TVs I was buying and plugged it in to show us its in perfect condition! Left buying 2 TVs and will definitely be coming back for another one for my kids room and for my moms place. Woops !! After 3 phone conversations with salesman 'South' we had not been told that they sell only previously purchased returned equipment. After a 1 1/2 hour drive to the store we found out that none of their invertory is new and they sell only customer returns. The warranty is only 3 months and only through hdtvoutlet. We discovered this information while hearing his conversation with another customer. We still were considering the purchase because the price 'South' quoted over the phone was very enticing , but when he increased the price another 50 dollars we then politely excused ourselves. We did have the time to take the drive yesterday and we enjoyed a nice dinner at In-N-Out but considering the obvious lack of disclosure should be a red flag to future potential customers. FYI - This may be of interest to some that are shopping for a new television ! The following day we ordered a new tv , exact model that 'South' had in stock , but 1 year newer , 2020 , and we only paid 16% more than the price 'South' had given to us at his store. Plus we are receiving free delivery , 1 year in home repair warranty and the satisfaction of knowing that our new tv actually is brand new ! My TVs work fine but my daughter purchased a tv from them and a few days later they moved from the Moreno Valley Mini Mall. My daughter's tv ended up not working and it took us a month to find that they had moved to the Perris Mini Mall. I had to call the finance company that I financed one of my TVs through just to find the location. They aren't going to switch the tv because they said it was over the 30 days but the gentleman in the store ended up talking to the owner and her tv was replaced. They do have good prices but I do not recommend financing a tv through them. I would have been better off just paying in full because I am paying way over the original price. read more

They should make it clear that all there TV's are refurbished. Long drive for nothing.
