I bought a LGE washer dryer tower. I got a fair price on an unboxed scratch unit. Salesperson was great but others in the company dropped the ball a couple times. The delivery was tough to get done. First dispatcher was good but had to reschedule with store after calling second dispatcher that insisted, that I got a call from drivers during first attempt but did not. My call to and msg to "The Presidents Line" was not responded to. Guess it's just there to talk to the universe. It's tough to get rebates through their system done but the IT online guy was helpful. I've bought my appliances for the past 15 plus years with them but will be shopping and possibly using other sources especially because of the lack of the managements concern and some grumpy employees. Many details left out but this could be a short story. All that matters now is my renters have a working unit. read more

I bought two dishwashers from here both of them were broken the first one had a giant crack in the back and leaking from the bottom panel. The "store manager Leon" refused to take the dishwasher back and give me my money back. 0/5. Argued with me and told me he wasn't the store manager even tho his name tag says he is. The dishwasher leaked so much through the bottom of the floor that my sub floor had to be replaced. Jeff Bock is apparently the store manager and is selling broken dishwashers. The dish washer leaked to through my floor and ruined the dry wall in my basement because it seeped through the sub floor. DO NOT buy from these shady guys. I am so disappointed in my recent experience at this Parker location. We have used this location in the past (2016) with excellent customer service and pricing. This time around I just needed a new dryer and an employee named Matt helped me out. I paid for it and he said he scheduled the delivery and someone would call me. When no one did, I called the store and Amy apologized and said he had not scheduled anything (also Matt was no longer with their company). Now I was an additional week out from receiving the new dryer. When no one called to confirm that second delivery date, I called back and Amy had not scheduled it appropriately either. After that, I cancelled the order altogether as the manager Jeff offered a measly $100 credit as an apology. I confirmed the cancellation with John and after 7 days and no refund hitting my bank, I called AGAIN. Klein answered this time and said the refund had never gone through! When I spoke with Jeff he blamed it on the fact that I used AuthV payment type (link sent to you via the phone) and it was a holiday weekend. WHICH IT WASN'T WHEN I FIRST SCHEDULED THE DELIVERY. This store has really gone downhill and I am so saddened to not do business with them again. Senior leadership should be reviewing these countless customer service issues at this store. It started out good until we paid in full. Delivery service was a joke. I had to install it myself after they showed up early and were in such a big hurry that the guy said it didn't fit. He refused to set the doors level saying I needed to buy parts from Lowes to fix it. I told the company, got a phone call from a number which I could not call back. No refund on installation even though I did the work. Only asked for half back since they did get it there. Then I was unable to get my my factory rebate and they said there was nothing they could do and could not give me a phone number to make it right. Steer clear folks! I purchased a new in the box trash compactor Wednesday, Jan. 14th, 2026 from Appliance Factory. Discovered the old one was fine, just required some minor maintenance. Never opened the box or unloaded it from my truck. Kept it less than six hours. Immediately took it back to appliance factory. Customer service rep said they didn't do refunds without corporate approval.Well, a day later the refund was approved, but I had to pay a $495.00 re-stocking fee. Everyone I spoke to used the same refrain, "I don't make the rules". I don,t blame the employees I blame corporate for making customers so uncomfortable doing something as basic as making a return. Do not trust this company. In a desperate situation we purchased a refrigerator that only had superficial small dents and scratches. We understood this and were alright with it. Upon getting the unit home it only worked one day and completely shut down. We offered to bring the unit back for a full refund. They said no and a third party service tech would need to service it. This took a week (all the while we were having to live out of a Yeti cooler). Upon inspection the tech informed us this unit had a previous warranty claim and should have never been sold because of a bad compressor. Upper management took no responsibility and calls to the President's Line went unanswered. After 20 days without a refrigerator they finally delivered a new unit. DON'T buy your appliance there! We bought a brand new refrigerator there 1 month ago and the freezer already has quit working! They made us go through the manufacturer to get it repaired even though they have a repair department and now we have to wait and see. It will probably take weeks! We travel often and now we'll have to worry about our freezer quitting while we are gone every time! BUYERS BEWARE!! We recently purchased a washer and dryer. The dryer was dinged in a few places but we gave them the benefit of the doubt that the damage occurred during the delivery. Upon further inspection, the dings had already been circled (it's a dark blue set and they are circled in black ink). They gave us a used dryer. We paid for a new dryer, not a discounted scratch & dinged item. To top it off, it doesn't even work!!! It's giving an error that the door is open although it is completely closed. We called and they say they want to send out a technician. We paid for a new machine and shouldn't have to fight to get what we paid for. Total bait and switch. read more

Purchased over the range vent hood online. They called to say they don't have it in stock & need to order it. 4 weeks later their installer comes and it cannot work in our space. The exterior vent is 3" too short, the vent hood requires a plug in vs hard wire (our previous unit was hard wired). The plug requirement was not mentioned in the product information nor by the Appliance Factory rep. They refuse to take it back or allow us to pay an insane restocking fee and basically told us to pound salt. It's a "special order" (because they didn't have it in stock) so we are screwed. This is how the make their money, by allowing you to buy a product online, they "special order" it and you don't know exactly what will be needed to install so then your stuck with a worthless appliance & they keep your money. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Every step has been an issue and so many lies. We had bought scratch and dent models that were supposed to be brand new. They delivered a used dishwasher with a broken door. The filter was still dirty! They sent us pictures to approve of where the scratches were on the fridge and stove and we approved. Low and behold, upon delivery, different appliances were sent. Not the ones we approved. Total bait and switch. While they were installing fridge, they needed a different water line. My husband ran to the store and bought what they needed. We were told we would get a credit for the one we had paid for that they didn't use and of course, we were never refunded. The sales rep sent my husband the wrong specs for the appliances. My husband just happen to go online to the manufacture the night before installation and realized the outlet was in the wrong place. Luckily my husband is handy but stayed up until 10pm the night before delivery to rewire it. Now 5 months in, my stove isn't working...I call Monogram and they said my two year manufacturer warranty was up. Appliance factory had my stove in the warehouse since March 2022 and just sold and delivered it to me in July 2024!!!. I am starting to think it was a refurb and I was lied to again that it was not brand new. I didn't realize I was also buying a 2.5 yr old appliance. We had said over and over we need the propane conversion kit. Stove was installed and we asked to confirm that it was converted before installation, we were told yes. After many calls from the service technician to the warehouse, come to find out, the stove was NEVER converted to propane. It could have been total disaster for my family if we had used the stove they hooked up to propane that was NOT compatible. The had to uninstall and take back the stove back to the warehouse for the conversion. We had to wait another two weeks for it to be delivered a second time. I have called Brand Source twice for service and no one has answered or called me back. How I am supposed to get service for the additional warranty they sold me if no one will even answer the phone. These are just a few of things on our very long list that have been wrong with my purchases there. I wish we had just went with another store. The little bit of money we saved was definitely not worth all this hassle and headaches. I have called and left a message for a manager and I called the Presidents hotline. I rarely write reviews, and when I do, it's usually to praise outstanding service. So, believe me when I tell you that my experience with Appliance Factory was the most horrendous I have ever experienced. Appliance Factory recently held a grand opening in Parker, CO. I went there, and they sold me a washing machine that I later discovered its manager, Zack, knew would not be compatible with the wiring of our new house (as discussed below). We had to wait 1 week for delivery and pay extra to get it that "soon." Then, whenever we used it, it tripped the circuit breaker. When I called the store, Zack was the manager I spoke with. As soon as I said that the washer kept tripping our circuit breaker he asked if I had bought the GE front-loading machine. I said yes, and he then asked if I lived in a new house. I said yes, and he said that they had been having that problem a lot with that model in new houses. In other words, the store manager knew at the time that I purchased this washer that it was incompatible with our house, but no one at that store ever disclosed that to me before I bought it. All of our problems emanated from that withholding of vital information from me. In response to my complaint, Zack told me that he would have a service person to our house the following day and promised I would receive a call from them by the end of the day with a time. I never got a call. I called Zack back late that afternoon, and he again promised I would get a call by the end of the day. I still never got a call. The following morning I got a call from the service center saying that they had never agreed to send someone to our house on that day as Zack had told me and that the earliest they could get there was 5 days later. They also said that I would get a call in advance telling me when they would be coming on that day. I told them that I needed to be able to agree on a time because I was not available during the morning on that date, and they refused to work with me and said that they would dictate the time to me when they call. I then called the store again and asked for Zack. He was off that day, so I spoke with a manager named Ron, who was very rude and unwilling to make any concerted effort to help. I explained the entire story to him, and he responded primarily by continuously trying to defend the store, mostly by asserting that I had told him things that I never said. Rather then responding to the actual facts presented to him, he kept attacking straw men to avoid any responsibility. Given all of the trouble the store had caused us, I asked Ron to have the washer to be picked up by the next day and to be given a refund. It had been 1 1/2 weeks since we had been able to do any laundry, so we wanted to be able to get a new washer elsewhere without delay. But the best Ron would provide was to have the washer picked up in 5 days and then to provide a refund if, and only if, I come back to the store personally the following day (which is a 1-hour round trip for me). He was unwilling to make the refund to my card by phone. The dishonesty, inefficiency, and unwillingness to take any responsibility or work with us makes this store the worst that I have ever dealt with in my 55 years. I will never consider doing business with Appliance Factory again, and I encourage everyone to avoid this disreputable business. read more

Would not recommend this place the service was absolutely horrendous. The young man that sold me the fridge was wonderful however, the manager Linda left a lot to be desired after multiple issues and going to the store to try to get it resolved never once did she say she was sorry for all the things that happened. At one point, she told me that she'd already sent out multiple emails that day reprimanding people. I bought a dented fridge and on the day it was supposed to be delivered. They told me that it had been damaged and they won't be able to deliver. I went back to the store. They told me they'd give me the exact same fridge brand new in a box even wrote it on the invoice and signed it for me and then I had to wait another four days for it to get delivered and when they delivered it, it was the dented fridge that they told me they couldn't deliver because it had been damaged. at that point I've been without a fridge for eight days so I just wanted a fridge so I said to go ahead and put it in the delivery guys were wonderful. Contacted the store later that day and the guy couldn't help me because I had to talk to the people I either bought the fridge from or Linda who weren't working that day. The next day I get a call from Linda and she said she's willing to take $130 off my bill which was just ridiculous. The new fridge was a $2500 fridge and the one I got was a $1700 fridge difference of $800 in the end, they ended up giving me $300 off, but for all the hassle and everything I went through, I would not recommend this place at all. read more

I ordered a used dryer and washer for roughly $700 and had to reorder and redeliver both dryer and washer 4 different times. It took roughly a month just to get a functional washer. Each time I received a washer or dryer, it was visibly broken, broke immediately upon use, or was immediately taken back because the DELIVERY DRIVER saw that it was broken. I had desperately tried to be reasonable and understanding with customer service, but they proved to be unhelpful, short, and generally uncaring. It wasn't until I started working with James that I started getting genuine service. Even then, I had to order a brand new dryer AND pay the difference. I'm still waiting for my dryer, and it has been 5 days with no contact or update. It's obvious that Appliance Factory only looks to hustle you and take your money. My LG Studio refrigerator quit working after less than a year, causing me to lose hundreds of dollars worth of food and leaving me with a big mess to clean up because the ice in the bin melted and leaked all over the floor. This was due to a defective compressor and motherboard. Getting answers and timely help from these folks has been difficult. I was treated very rudely by the salesperson and the service representative. There was a class action lawsuit pertaining to this refrigerator, yet Appliance Factory still sold it to us. I don't believe for a second that they didn't know about it. I can expect to be without a refrigerator for at least a week. I do not recommend them at all. read more

We have had two terrible experiences with this Parker Company. I was so excited to get a new cook top. Went in and bought/ordered a good looking Thermador from Cameron. Paid for the purchase, scheduled the install and left happy. Day before the install I called for a time frame so I could plan accordingly. So I would be home or have my son there. they said I would get a call the day of. So ok I waited. On install day, crickets I call them again and they say "you are not scheduled for today, your install was pushed back" what?!? I took time off and have the date written on my receipt. "Oh there's a note Cameron called and said they didn't have it in stock so we pushed the install back" OMG, ok lets re schedule. 2nd Install date, I got my two hour window call and the installer showed up. He was not thrilled that he had to cut our counter top so the new cook top would fit. But he tented the counter area and completed the install. He must have been in a huge hurry because he turned on and off the burners, picked up his tools, said "sorry about the mess but at lease it's not all over the room" and left, just gone. I didn't have time to see the cook top for another 15 minutes because my husband and I had to clean all the dust, debris and mess. Once it was clean I noticed scuff marks and scratches. We called AFW spoke the manager and he said "you have to go through your manufacture warranty now. We cannot exchange it if you use it over the weekend." This was Sat 1:30pm. This has been the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Incompetent management and sales staff who lie and make promises they can not deliver on. Was sold a defective product and three weeks later I am still without a working dryer. Have been only told by store management what they can't do rather then them offering or figuring out a solution. Was told I would get a call today from Mike Strickland district manager and no call. Still waiting in my issue to be resolved. I have never been liked to, treated as though my experience does not matter and completely disrespected by a group such as this before. 4 years ago... great experience. Now... Avoid this place, unwilling to work with customers anymore, and multiple rude people on staff. Started out great... and then the install person came. They did a quick measurement, and said the DW wouldn't fit. okay fine... after they left I pulled out the DW myself and measured just verify on my own, and based on the specs on AF own website the DW would fit. My wife stopped by the store and they were rude to her. I called the store, and they said they couldn't help because it was online sales. Called online sales and emailed pictures of my own measurements next to the specs. They said I was wrong, and they'd send me other DW options. The options they sent me were the same size as what I requested originally... I called again and requested that another install person come out, and remeasure. If I was wrong fine, but based off the specs it should fit. Was told that they sent out there most seasoned installer originally and I'd need to have someone else install it. My daughter has been dealing with this horrible company since March. Here it is JUNE. . . expecting a delivery today of a 3RD washing machine. Their customer service is BEYOND horrible. Their delivery guy called off and not a call was made to my daughter to let her know that the delivery was not going to happen today. Almost 4 months of having to go to the laundromat. . . wasting time and money when she should be using a WORKING washing machine in the comfort of her own home. DO BETTER!!! We were to have our new refrigerator delivered that was purchased last week at Appliance Factory Warehouse-Parker. They were to call us last night to give us a 2 hour window. NO CALL. This morning, we wait, we wait, finally call THEM and ask? We were told 3-5 p.m. delivery. Finally at 6:15 p.m. they show up. The two young men asked me to come out and take a look at the refrigerator. Our "Class A Rated" brand new refrigerator looked like someone had taken a hammer to the side of it. Blemish on the front (mind you, Cameron told us this was a NEW with NO blemishes). The back panel had the cord shoved behind the back plate and the back plate was missing screws. Of COURSE we refused the refrigerator. The kid offers 10%, if we take it. NOT A CHANCE. We go in to call their store (open until 7 p.m.). It rings for a solid 45 minutes. No answer. NEVER AGAIN. Please, please beware and do NOT allow them to bring it inside of your house as they mentioned that if they bring it through the door, they would need to charge us a restocking fee. These young men knew the refrigerator was in VERY rough condition. Now to deal with these scammers tomorrow a.m. I won't even go into how rude Cameron was to deal with. She was abrupt and high strung to put it mildly. We bought because the price was less than Lowe's and Home Depot. Lesson learned. read more

It's not often that I need an appliance store but we recently had a double wall oven die and my first thought was to patronize a local store that wasn't the typical big box. So we ventured into the Appliance Factory in Parker on a Tuesday afternoon in early December. We walked in and noticed 4 sales people around the desk/customer service area talking among themselves. We weren't acknowledged and decided to amble toward the ovens to take a look. After about 10 minutes of looking around, we still had not been greeted or asked if we needed help. It wasn't easy to see prices or learn details about the products so we walked toward the customer service area hoping for help. A few minutes later and still no acknowledgement...so we decided to walk out. Should we have been more proactive to ask for help? Maybe. But I also appreciate and, quite frankly, expect to be greeted and waited on when shopping for a $3-4k appliance. Quite disappointed. Service aside, the selection of appliances seemed just ok. Will likely not return based on this experience. read more
