    Very neat and clean store. Plenty of parking outside. Each section clearly marked. Lots of products on demo, excellent inventory. I had an online order pick up. Was in and out within couple of minutes.

    "Best Buy" one of my favorite places to be in: It was pretty crowded when I first got there, I liked how most of the employees were helping customers in purchasing laptops, they had some pretty good deals, I also like the gaming section as well, everything is organized and I just like the whole layout of the store in general, even the flooring is nice, I highly recommend it for all the tech nerds like me, cause you are always learning about something...

    This new Best Buy, at Mill Creek, Harmon Meadow, may be hard to find, it's not like you can see it on the highways like before from route 3 or the NJ Turnpike. But it's a good size store and has major Appliances, a kitchen design section and monster-size TVs on display, and other electronics besides computers. The staff welcomes you and is eager to help but backs off if you tell them you just looking.

    Placed an online order for an item. Never received a confirmation email. Strike 1…read more A week goes by and my credit card authorization hasn't turned into a charge and still no email so i call. Was told that the product just arrived at the warehouse and would be shipped out that day. Strike 2 -- dont show an item as in stock if you didn't already have it in stock. Two days later, still no email or tracking info, so I have to call again. Strike 3. This time was told by a different guy that my order was refunded because it was out of stock. But I check online and the product is showing as in stock still with a price 2x what I paid (now in line with the rest of the online sphere's pricing) -- idk how many strikes to count for these events but it would be several. Why am I being lied to? Why have I had to reach out every time instead of proactive communication from the retailer? Why was my purchase price not honored like any good retailer would? On top of that, the guy I spoke to the second time offered to have the guy from call #1 contact me as he was the one running point on all this of this and of course I never received a call. Bunch of lying cowards at the fulfillment department of this company. Everything you dont want in a customer experience. Would never spend a dime supporting a business like this.

    This "Verizon Authorized retailer" should be removed from Verizon's retailer list. I totally…read moreregret trying to upgrade my phone, ordering an iPad, and trying to order an Apple Watch. I had to work with Verizon Corporate office for an hour just to fix the too many to express mistakes made by this "Authorized retailer". Avoid this location at all cost. Stick to Verizon Stores ONLY. The amount of broken promises to "Fix" mistakes made by them, as well as the fake promises to call you on a follow-up are bogus. I was told to my face by the representative that he would follow-up with a phone call the next morning with me, and he never called. This call was for him to correct his mistake on the wrong watch he ordered. He even showed me the phone alert he entered into his personal phone to remind him to follow-up with me. Not to mention I called several times about the delivery of the original wrong watched he ordered and was told it was in and when I got there, it clearly was the wrong watch (aluminum vs what I ordered, Titanium). Lesson learned. AVOID THIS FAKE VERIZON retailer LIKE YOU WOULD A PLAGUE! It's just not worth the headache of having to eventually work with Verizon directly to undo all the mistakes. Trust me you will thank me for this review.

Shaheed the manager, greeted me right away and was ready to answer all the questions I had. After a few minutes of explaining what I qualified for and the process he paired me up with Joshua who got me the watch I wanted for an even lower price then I expected. No pressure to buy, just great service! Highly recommend!
