They told me my phone had already been deactivated and it took another 30 minutes to get it activated. I spent well over an hour in the store and have nothing to show for it. They were dishonest about pricing, not knowledgeable when it came to business plans, and overall inefficient. The gentleman helping me (lovensky) started out as a nice enough guy but when i cancelled my order (because he didn't tell me the pricing) he got agitated and said i was growing impatient. Additionally, to upgrade phones they need to text their manager for approval and are at the mercy of his response. This whole experience was terrible. I will drive 20 minutes next time to avoid this retailer.

She recommended a new phone, which I was due for, and how it made more sense both financially (deductable to pay vs. free) and from a functionality standpoint (5G, memory and speed). She was patient with me and persistent with Verizon. She even lent me a phone so I could continue to be able to work effectively. I went back once the new phone came in, and they made sure it was fully set up and in working order, even making sure that all data has transferred. This has been the best experience with getting a new phone and replacing the old one. Both my family and I will be going back to them for any new phones.

The online experience was seamless, but upon arrival I was met with a lack of interest in assistance and told I was unable to pick up my phone there, even though Verizon offered pickup online for this location. The customer service was awful and after being told I couldn't pick up I was given no chance to ask further questions as the assistant promptly got up and went into the back to talk with his coworker. I called Verizon support and they had to cancel my order and redirect my account and pickup to a new location in Brooklyn. I would not recommend going anywhere near this location , they are not interested in helping and would rather you leave than actually take your business. Go to the Atlantic Terminal Verizon as it is a corporate location with lovely staff and quick service.

He diagnosed the problem, almost immediately, and delivered the good news, while I waited. Then he gave me my options and described the service that would be provided and the cost involved. He did not pressure me in any way, he left it up to me. I decided to go ahead and he indicated that as soon as he got the screen in, he would notify me and the repair should not take more than 24 hours, once the screen was received. And that is exactly what happened. The screen came in sooner than expected and my laptop was ready the next day at noon!! Juan went through all the repair details and saved me a ton of money!!
