Although the place looks nice and the staff seem nice, don't be deceived. My bf and i walked down and spoke with the front desk about an appt. I gave her my insurance and instructed her to notate in my chart that all services needed to be pre cleared with insurance before appt bc I am legally disabled, on a very limited fixed income, and could not afford anything not covered. At the end of Sept I spoke with the Insurance person, Lura, regarding my coverage. On the phone I also informed her about pre-clearing my services and she told me no problem. At the 1st of the month she ran my insurance and told me I was good to go. To me, this means that she called the insurance company and made sure the preventative services were covered. Otherwise I would've hoped that she'd advise me to find an in-network provider who did cover the care. But she didn't do that. Just a go ahead to come to the appt. Day of appt, I signed the forms, including the financial responsibility forms, under the assumption that I was pre-cleared for my services. Boy was I wrong. I received a $325 bill for services- which is astronomical for someone on a tight budget. When I reached out to Lura I received the exact response that I was expecting-- reference to signing the financial responsibility agreement and that it was my responsibility. How unsympathetic can you be to not even do the proper insurance verification on a patient specifically requesting it for financial reasons, and then surprise billing them. It's just completely dishonest and wrong when the patient is greatly depending on the services to be covered. I highly recommend finding a dentist that works in network. I found others on Yelp with the same exact complaint as I had- being told out of network insurance is accepted and then getting a surprise bill. In order to avoid this- find an in-network provider or pre-pay.

At my next visit, I received my temporary veneers. I immediately told him they looked too big for my mouth. He told me not to worry and said the final veneers would look smoother, smaller, and more natural. The next day, I emailed the coordinator to explain that I wanted a natural look -- not bulky, not too long or too wide -- just similar to my original teeth with a small upgrade. I already had beautiful teeth, but as I got older, I had some discoloration. The response I received was simply, "Thanks for letting us know." I also called Dr. Cooper again and told him I did not like the temporary veneers and asked him not to make the final ones bulky. He again told me not to worry. Four weeks later, I went back to receive the final veneers. They placed them with temporary cement and asked how I liked them. I told Dr. Cooper they were too big for my mouth, too long, and uneven -- the left side looked bigger than the right. I clearly said I did not like them. He told me he could not change anything and that we needed to cement them permanently. I felt like I had no choice, so they were permanently cemented. After that, I felt terrible. My speech changed because the top teeth were too big. When I talk, I sound different, and I sometimes struggle to pronounce words clearly. When I eat, I have to be very careful. I experience daily discomfort, nerve pain, and gum irritation because of the poor work. I have now spoken to four other doctors for second opinions. All of them said the veneers are definitely too big and bulky, and that is why my speech has changed. They also said the unevenness is due to poor work. I paid a lot of money for this treatment, and now I am paying even more to fix the damage. I lost my confidence, I am in pain, and I feel like Dr. Cooper ignored my concerns and did not listen to me. This is a stress free experience with the most knowledgeable and kind dentists, hygienists, and staff. I'm a long time patient as are my sons. During my latest cleaning which cost no more than other practices in the area, I was given sound blocking headphones with soft nature sounds, beautiful screens to look at, a warm lavender neck wrap, a hand and arm chair side massage, a cozy blanket and felt as though I was in a luxury spa. My cleaning by Dorina who has always brought a lot of expertise in her work. She used an Air Flow polisher for the gentlest most thorough effect on my teeth. They are so clean and bright. Dr. Brett Reeve is my dentist and he is highly trained and works hard to be on the cutting edge of options for his patients. I'm grateful for this practice.

It was scary looking at all that was needed, but they offer sedation dentistry and that's what I did. After a good couple of hours of being "consciously knocked out", Dr. Gandhi, Whitney and Britney got the work done! I left being able to smile showing my teeth for the first time in years! But more so, correcting the things that could affect the rest of my health. After I got home I did NOT have ANY pain which is saying a lot as I had a ton of work done. They said that days 3-4 might be the worst for pain, but there was NONE. And that's taking nothing but ibuprofen. The advancement of dentistry is amazing. More than that, finding a dental office that treats you like family, sees you at your scheduled time, offers you neck warmers, blankets, headphones with your choice of music...but most of all truly cares about your patient experience. Once I became involved, the finance person and dentist stopped answering calls and did not respond to voicemails. She chose not to proceed and attempted to confirm she would not be charged; after that, communication stopped. She then received a $12,000 CareCredit charge, and the doctor was paid despite no surgery being performed by Aesthetic & Implant Dentistry of Atlanta. We are in an ongoing dispute with CareCredit/Synchrony, which has treated the charge as valid based on signed intake/treatment plan/financing documents, without confirming that the procedure actually took place through clinical documentation (for example: procedure notes, anesthesia record, extraction/implant charting, implant serial/lot numbers, radiographs taken day-of, dated post-op instructions, or other records tied to an actual date of service). I originally applied for a loan through their office for a procedure I specifically requested. After the loan was approved, I was later informed by Dr. Motoban that the procedure would no longer be possible. In spite of that, the finance company had already paid the office, and I was now obligated to repay the loan for a procedure I was no longer getting. When I requested that the loan be canceled in August, the office stopped responding. For nearly three months, they gave me the runaround and avoided assisting me in any way to rectify the situation. During this period, I was forced to pay on a loan I could not use, while the office refused to cooperate with the finance company to cancel it. My calls were screened, and messages were ignored by the office. I live an hour away, so the only way to get any type of response was to show up in person unannounced. I went into this process very insecure about my smile. They took advantage of that and knew it would fuel me to follow whatever they suggested in order to get approved for a higher loan limit. Once that higher loan was denied, they ceased all communication with me entirely. It wasn't until I began pursuing professional outside options that the office suddenly claimed everything had been an "oversight." What they refused to resolve for nearly four months, they completed in ten minutes once outside pressure was applied. When I finally went to the office in tears, the office manager's "NEW‼ assistant (Mrs. Morah) who had just started and was not involved in the earlier communication--showed genuine kindness and empathy toward me. I shared with her how this experience had terribly affected my credit. Sadly, Dr. Motoban refused to honor my cancellation request and even instructed her not to give me a receipt after I mentioned the possibility of legal action.
