Sean, Peter, and Andre are all such great people. I needed a chest freezer since our normal freezer (shared among 3 people) was getting too full. I texted Peter and he gave me a call back within minutes. He then set me up with a phone conversation/appointment with Sean. It turned out the freezer I wanted was out of stock, but they were able to get me a comparable one. They gave me a great deal on it as well! Furthermore, they were willing to deliver for a fee which was great because I had broken my leg a few weeks ago. I paid over the phone with credit card and within 30 minutes of my conversation with Sean, Andre and another coworker, who I didn't get the name of, showed up with the freezer. They even offered to help me unbox the freezer; I couldn't have done it without them with my hurt leg! The whole transaction from my initial contact with Peter to receiving the freezer in my garage from Andre and his coworker, took less than 2 hours, talk about quick turn around time! He spent time with me explaining which microwave to get 2) Delivery and installation was prompt and next day 3) Price was fair Room for improvement: Docking stars for poor installation 1) Email confirmations would help 2) It's a relatively new company so the owner would need to spend time gaining people's trust Unlike a stove or refrigerator, an OTR microwave is a finicky appliance, it's suspended from the top and is used more than other appliances therefore installers should pay additional attention to detail In this picture you can see that the installer had to make holes to get the screws in from the top. There were several other holes to begin with. An aluminum plate or a wooden piece to reinforce would have been better. It's a $1-$2 investment. In my opinion such small things would help earn customers' trust. Changed review to 2 stars because of shoddy workmanship. I could not be happier with Best Deal and my new range. (Note, Best Deal either moved or has a second location in La Habra where I bought my new range.) I needed a slide-in range with a counter lip to be installed in an island after my similar old range broke. These ranges are extremely hard to find because apparently no company makes them anymore. I spent hours searching mainstream stores to no avail and only found Best Deal because in desperation, I searched Craigslist looking for a used range. Best Deal has essentially no online presence, which worried me, but I did not want to drive an hour to La Habra (the address given in Craigslist) to make sure the company was legitimate. I ended up having someone nearby confirm it existed. I ordered over the phone in about 5 minutes for an excellent price, and my new range was delivered a couple of days later. It looks great. It also has a one-year manufacturer's warranty. read more

Best Deal Appliance I bought a Samsung fridge from Best Deal Appliance 4 months ago. The owner, Shawn Nguyen, was exceptionally helpful and courteous in the selection process. The fridge was delivered in cellophane wrapping and stored it with the wrapping on for a few months while my kitchen was being remodeled. Upon unwrapping it for installation, I notice that one of the door panels had many more large dents in it than when I picked it out. Whether it was damage during or after the delivery process I'm not sure, but I contacted Sean and he immediately ordered a replacement door. Got a new GE profile microwave 2.2 cu ft with the trim kit couple of days ago...my built in microwave died 2 weeks ago and this model was the only unit i could fit in the existing opening.. microwave was out of stock at Best Buy and Home depot but they carried this model here...i got a fantastic deal here..peter was super nice and helped me with measurements and testing the microwave before i took it home... the trim kit had few screws missing... again peter was nice enough to order a new trim kit in a day and then delivered the kit himself ... can not ask for a better service... and i forgot to add... along with the microwave, Peter gave me a bottle of red wine too for free...really great prices and fantastic service... read more
